Our experience with the apartment on Verb left much to be desired. Despite being advertised as suitable for 8 people, the reality was far from it. The space was cramped and overwhelmed with clutter, largely comprising the host's personal belongings. This not only limited our ability to move comfortably but also created an unsettling feeling of intruding on someone's private space. Adding to the disappointment was the state of the furnishings. Rather than being conducive to a comfortable stay, the apartment was filled with antiquated pieces that seemed more fitting for a museum than a living space. Broken ottomans, tables, and beds littered the area, serving as constant reminders of the lack of care and maintenance the property had received. Enduring these conditions for a full 7 days was challenging enough, but what truly soured our experience was the host's response upon our early departure. A week after leaving, we received an email accusing us of causing damages and demanding additional fees. This accusation was not only unfounded but also incredibly dishonest, as the items in question were already in a state of disrepair before our arrival. The host's attempt to shift blame and extort money for pre-existing issues was nothing short of outrageous. It speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and disregard for guest satisfaction. Such deceitful practices have no place in the hospitality industry and certainly do not warrant a recommendation.

Great place to stay for the value. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. They did a great job of communicating with us before and during the stay. Community pool and hot tubs were in next building and in great shape.

Great but too brief!

This is our second stay (first in 2021). Great location and nice shared amenities (pool, hot tubs, etc.). Close to resort and slopes and served by free shuttle. Well appointed 3 BR, 2 Bath. We had 2 adults and 3 tween/teens. This is a compact unit and sleeping 8, which is possible, would be challenging from a shared space standpoint.

This is a great location with immediate access to restaurants and other activities. Not even 10 minutes from Winter Park / Trestle. Plenty of room in the condo and the pool and hot tub are great!

The rental was very clean, had plenty of linens, and a full kitchen. Everything you could ask for at a great price, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this well located spacious condo! The ski bus picked us up only two buildings away and dropped us straight off at the Winter Park resort. After a long day on the slopes, we were able to enjoy the large pool and multiple hot tubs at the rec center. Definitely recommend!

This property was great for 6 guys for a ski weekend. The location was great. This place isn't huge but we didn't need a lot of space. This was able to sleep all 6 of us comfortably and provide shuttle access with nearby restaurants. It was fantastic for the price. No issues at all. We'd definitely stay again.

There were 2 families of 4. It was cozy for sure. Not a lot of space in the main area for everyone to hang out. It was fine for a night but couldn't imagine doing a long weekend. Something was up with the heat - we had to turn it off completely and it was still boiling in the condo. The location is great - bus and pool area were a bonus.

Close to town, easy drive to Winter Park. Had all we needed. Amenities were nice and hot tubs were great after a long day on the slopes.

We booked this place months in advance knowing we wanted to drive up to Winter Park for NYE. The location is really great, and condo set up made efficient use of the space. Kitchen was well stacked w the necessities to feed 5. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse as well. One two “challenges”: 1) the VRBO app was glitchy so we were missing check in a. Check out details. The owners were super responsive when I reached out with questions, though. 2) the unit does t have great air circulation and the heat works very well. I personally needed to turn the heat off and open some windows especially when the oven was on. The heat working well in late Dec/early Jan is a good thing, and the remedy to address my needs was simple. Just something had I known sooner, we would have adjusted the temp prior, so I’m mentioning for others. Easy enough.

This condo was a perfect fit for us coming up from Denver for a night to get two days of skiing in. It is conveniently located right by the mountain. The condo itself was clean, as advertised, and had all the basics needed. The layout is efficient and can sleep a surprising number of people comfortably. Would recommend!

Everything about the place, location, facilities , and property made for a great get together. The property was clean, bright, a inviting, with everything we needed. The pool, playground, and surrounding areas were very nice with plenty to keep the kids happy.

Property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had a quick visit and the high country weather did not cooperate. We did enjoy our accommodations. Easy walk to town restaurants, park, trails.

Sheets are so old every time I moved they slid off mattress. Band from previous residents braces was still on bathroom floor

We enjoyed our quick trip through Winter Park. This was a great property with plenty of space for all of us. It’s a must to have a full kitchen due to our dietary requirements, so it was wonderful to have everything we needed on site. Thank you for a great trip!

Our family enjoyed the time we spent in Winter Park and the surrounding area. The condo was conveniently located and had everything we needed. Note to owners: the road sign by the pizza place has been changed. You probably need to update your directions to reflect that. Also, if there were toddler toys in the condo, we didn't find them. We found a few toys and art supplies for elementary age kids, but we were glad we had brought toys for the 23-month- old. The stuffed animals might have worked, but you never know how germy they are. Toddlers tend to put things in their mouths. We would have enjoyed an outdoor fire pit. If you can't put one on the property, is there one nearby somewhere that guests could use?

Had plenty of paper products such as paper towels for the kitchen and toilet paper as well. Had shower products supplied as well. Was great since we flew in for just a couple days. Great location easy for bus route even though we didn’t use it this time

Property is what you would expect, seemed a bit smaller in person but can sleep a large amount of people. Communication with owners was great, check-in easy. The new rec center pool is great and location in town is great, condo right next to a town bus stop and parking is right outside building. Place could have been cleaner and is in need of some linen/towel/bedding updates
