We really enjoyed our stay here. I really love it when you see a rental online and in person the rental is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The house was cozy and absolutely perfect for our stay for the two of us. This rental has everything you need for a great stay!

This place is perfect for 2 people, awesome price, very clean and cute all over. They had extra beach towels, coolers, umbrella, and they softest sheets and towels. The host quickly responded to our requests immediately. It was just one of the best places we have every stayed at !!

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The private porch in the back was beautiful and a nice place to cool down after a day at the beach. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!

This adorable cottage has all the basics covered - a well appointed kitchen, tons of towels, beach towels, outdoor area, plenty of storage for longer stays, and a washer/dryer onsite too! The carport is awesome when it rains.
There’s a seafood restaurant in walking distance, CVS/Target and an Indian restaurant less than a mile away and Aldi is less than 2 miles.
I found the neighborhood clean and safe too.
And Pam’s communication is awesome!

I needed to be in the Bradenton location for a minimum of 6 weeks and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Pam was very responsive to all my questions (I was unfamiliar with the area). The house itself is on a quiet, dead end street with wonderful, quiet neighbors and even has a carport to keep your vehicle nice and cool out of the hot FL sun. Inside, it's small but very cozy and has everything you could possibly need from full sized appliances, plenty of kitchenware, both charcoal and gas grills, laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and very comfortable bedding. There are plenty of amazing beaches close by as well as multiple grocery stores, Target, and restaurants less than a 5 min drive away. I will not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This is my second time staying at the Tiny Florida Cottage and I still love it. It has the perfect amount of space for me and my partner and the kitchen area is a godsend! Close enough to the best beaches and right around the corner from our favorite restaurants. Pam the owner was helpful and super communicative. We will be back next year!

The “Tiny Florida Cottage” was clean, comfortable and accurately described. The location was convenient to several beaches and many restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in/check-out was easy.

We were very satisfied with our VRBO stay. It was clean, comfortable, stocked. Property manager was responsive. It was not too far from the area we wished to visit. Though it was small, it fit us just fine. We would stay here again.

The little house was a great alternative to a hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Good communication with owner. There were some fighting neighbors several times. Some properties on the road were a bit sketchy… All in all a great little place.

My daughter and I were in town for her soccer playoffs hosted at IMG Academy. Pam’s cottage was the perfect space to call home for 5 days. The location was quite ideal from and to everything. It came w/ every amenity you can think of including a washer/dryer which we definitely used as well as a shed that held beach chairs and coolers if you wanna hit the beach. Pam was very accessible and super quick to respond to my inquiries. We highly recommend this cottage for your visit. We certainly would stay here again.

The tiny cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The area was very quiet so no issues sleeping at night. The bed was very comfortable but not the couch. Pam was available whenever needed.

Very cute place and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the fold out sofa was comfortable as well. Seller was easy to reach and instructions for access was easy. 10 minutes to the airport is great. We will stay again when we are in the area.

My son and I stayed here while attending a tournament at IMG. The cottage is tiny but very cute and clean. We didn’t use the patio space but it was very cozy, private, and welcoming. The street was quiet with quiet family activity during the day. Pam was proactive in details for check in, bedding, and check out. She had nice additions like face cloths for make up removal. Very good experience!

Perfect for a couple
The perfect size for a couple to relax and get away. Has everything you need. Took about 25-30 minutes to get to the beach which was fine with us. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

The house was very clean and equipped with everything that was needed. Just a little far from the beach. But we had a great time. Pam was great and very responsive to our questions.

Great treasure find
We had a wonderful time. We travel a lot for my son’s baseball and we usually stay in hotels. This was plenty of room for us and within our price range. Very cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Second Stay
My work was extended, so I ended up staying at the Cottage for another week. The only problem I had was that there were some connectivity issues when trying to watch football games on the big tv, and there was no ESPN included with the internet tv. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Good place to rest
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Tiny Florida Cottage. The neighborhood was quiet for how close it was to the airport and downtown. We mostly spent the evenings there to relax after visiting family during the day. Lots of entertainment options and the patio outside was very spacious. The cottage is tiny as advertised, but packed with cute decorations and plenty of towels. My husband and i enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind staying again when back in the area. Thank you pam for the great communication on checking in and out.

It might be tiny, but it delivered big! Great stay, exactly what we needed. Was nervous about the pull out couch, but the 17 year old had great nights sleep.

This was the perfect little location to explore everything the area has to offer. We took day trips to Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, St. Petersburg, the Siesta Key, and so much more!
The house was very clean with many amenities provided including beach accessories! Everything was perfect. Loved the back patio area and watching the little lizards run around. Thank you for a great place to rest and regroup every night after our daily adventures!
