This surprisingly spacious home is wonderfully designed and finished out with everything you could ever need. Enjoy coffee on the patio with an unobstructed view of the slopes of Breck, or lounge in the great room with friends playing games or watching TV. I know it sounds like I am writing an ad, but it was an absolutely fantastic stay for two families and a bunch of kiddos. Highly, highly recommend.

We brought our family together for Independence Day week in Breckenridge ... 8 adults and 5 children(ages 9 months to 3 years) ... this stunning home was beyond our expectations and gave each family their own private room with their own bath, while providing ample room for us all to be together. The Bogart house was built with incredible attention to detail, is immaculately cared for and has incredible views of the ski slopes. While only one block from Breckenridge's main street, you would never know it as you sit up high and the outdoor area remains private and quiet. The location let us rest and relax while coming and going to the activities that were close at hand. The management company was exceptional with their communications before, during and after our stay and tracked down a forgotten item for us. We give the highest recommendation possible for this property.

The Bogart house is a beautiful home in a perfect part of Breckinridge. We were conveniently located to shopping and many restaurant choices. We walked to dinner every night. The house is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had 12 in our party, ages 8-79. We had a lot of space and never felt crowded. Any time we needed anything, they were very nquick to respond. I would recommend the Bogart house to anyone traveling to Breckinridge.

Our family of six adults and 3 children ages 3, 2 and 1 loved our five nights in early June at the Bogart House. The location can't be beat and the finishes and design of the home are first class - like staying in a Ritz hotel with your own kitchen and living areas. You'll get incredible open views of Peaks 6, 7 8 and 9 from the living area and front patio and most every room in the house. Located just a block and a half from the middle of Main Street yet quiet and peaceful as can be. The photos really can't do it justice - the front of the house faces a protected undeveloped historic meadow area - with a small playground just steps out your front door. Grandparents could keep an eye on grandkids while vacationing parents could go shopping or for a cup of coffee together. The layout was perfect to put kiddies to bed while adults stayed up playing games in the living room - or for afternoon naps. The kitchen was super well equipped - we were constantly amazed by how well thought out everything was. Top that off with the great service we received - Wow. AA++! Wonderful memories will last a lifetime from our stay at the Bogart House.

It's a shame the bunk room is a double over a double - for families there are more options if bunks are singles. The house is close to the gondola, but a little too far for kids to walk in boots and with skis. Unfortunately by the start of April the free bus is just once every 40 minutes, which isn't really ideal, so we did need to drive to the gondola. Perfect for walking to shops and restaurants though.

The house is very well thought out from the heated garage to keep the gear and the back entry off the garage for coats boots etc. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The in floor heat on the first floor & master bath was so nice after a long day skiing. We will rent it again and will recommend it to others. I will say if you’re not accustomed to the altitude, Pinnacle recommended to have an oxygen concentrator at the house, which we did and it was worth every penny. Sarah at Pinnacle was quick to reply with any questions. It was a great holiday!

This house was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Walk to restaurants and shopping, as well as the gondola. I parked our car in the gondola parking lot every morning with our ski boots so our crew could walk to the car in regular shoes, change and hope of the gondola. It was a great trip!!

Great home! We enjoyed the central location downtown. The house was as described. Smooth checkout process. Would consider booking again if we come back to Breckenridge.

We rated this property 5 stars. The location is excellent, 1 block from town. The bedrooms are large and private. The home is very clean and has all of the amenities. We highly recommend this property!

Our group loves to ski and patronize local restaurants. This is the perfect property to meet these needs. It is a 10 minute walk to the town lift and easy access to Main St. The property owners seemed to have spared no expense updating the house. Plenty of room for multiple families. The heated garage is great for the winter. There is a separate area to store skis and other equipment. We would definitely stay at this property again.

There is not enough space to write all the things that I LOVED about this property! I am a very picky person, like I wash all the dishes before using them, however this home is very clean and I didn't feel the need to wash everything! Plenty of blankets to snuggle up with, beds very comfortable, lots of space and very easy to let this home feel like your own! This home has everything and location is excellent. Walking distance to lifts and restaurants couldn't be easier. We are already planning on coming back to this home! I had changed our dates several times and the response was very quick and accommodating. Loved, Loved, loved this house and definitely would come back again.

Can’t beat the Bogart House for design, comfort and location. Full amenities including well equipped kitchen, electronics and hot tub. In the middle of action- 5 minute walk to gondola and dozens of restaurants.

The Bogart house was everything as advertised and more! The home is spectacular with top-notch amenities and architectural beauty. The bedding and furniture were all top notch. The location is perfect - just off Main Street and a 2-minute walk to the best activities in downtown Breckenridge. The hot tub and views on the back patio were perfect too!

From the booking to checking out the process was great. Loved how quick their management team replied to any questions we had. Property was very clean and the location with views of the mountains was the best one!

We had two families stay over spring break. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, two upstairs masters. The steam shower was great! Great location too.

This brand new home was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. The location was also perfect - just one block from town! We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay here again.

We stayed at the Bogart House for several nights in February 2018 and absolutely loved it! The location, layout, finish, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations! We had 3 adult couples and 4 kids with us (10 people total) and there was room to spare. The 3 king suite style rooms were perfect for the adults. My only recommendation is to make the arcade game free for guests to use. We were excited to have that as an amenity to the home only to get there and find out it takes quarters...needless to say our kids were disappointed. We have rented homes in Breckenridge every year for several years now and the arcade games have alway been free. We will certainly look to stay here again in the future!
