We had a great stay here. It is walking distance to the beach, a few bars and coffee shop. The house is spacious and was very clean. Would definitely stay again, thank you for everything!

The property was clean and comfortable, easy access to the beach, good location. Children and adults liked having a pool there. Host was very helpful in finding transportation from and to San Juan.

This property was great and the owner Ms. Dianna was awesome person. She went above and beyond with our requests and ALL the questions I had. The property was REALLY clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and the beds were really comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was a blessing with really cold air.! You can wake up make your coffee and sit in the balcony and look towards the beach or in the evening make yourself a drink and sit in the same balcony and watch the kids in the pool! Which ever you choose Dianna’s place is great. I plan to return for my next real vacation with more time! Thank you Dianna!!!

Diana house was amazing so beautiful and big ! the neighbors were awesome with us playing music and enjoying the island. The waterfall in the back and how clean the house was my favorite <3 thank you so much!

Nice to have some restaurants and bars close by. One block walk to the beach and super close to Pools Beach and Parking Lots. The açaí bowls are the beat at Jakes Java also only a block away! Easy drive to Maria’s, Domes and Tres Palms.

Had a great time meeting the owners and learning a bit about them. The house is beautiful and love that it offers another unit for bigger groups.

Dianne, who I stayed with my first time in PR 10yrs ago is always extra accommodating. We stayed in a spacious 3br/3ba with balcony and access to the smaller pool. Kitchen came in handy as we cooked most of our meals and ate at the large family table on the balcony.

8 of us rented the 5 bedroom house for a week, and had such a great time! Lot's of room, and areas to relax and visit in. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The view from the top floor pavilion is awesome! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, searching for beach glass, and watching the surfers. A short ride into Rincon can get you to different events and shopping, and an even shorter ride can get you to a fantastic place to eat and watch the sunset. We made several meals at the house (in the fully equipped kitchen), but also ate out at several of the local restaurants which were all great. Our only difficulty was arriving at night. If you aren't familiar with the roads, make sure to arrive during the day as the roads around Rincon can be tricky to navigate (our GPS was spotty). Dianna was a very patient host, though, and guided us in safely! This is a very laid back, relaxing location. The local people were so nice and accommodating. It does get a little bit loud on Friday night at one of the nearby bars, but really wasn't a problem at all to us. Thank you Dianna and Gino for a great vacation! We hope to visit you again soon!

Diana, her husband and helper Rob are all amazing! The property is absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and they were taken care of immediately. We will definitely be going back.

Location was perfect, the home was beautiful, and Dianna and company were excellent hosts. Very accommodating, and were quick to respond with any questions. At one point we went to grill and noticed the propane tank was empty. One quick phone call and 10 minutes later a fresh tank was being dropped off before we were even done prepping the food, awesome!

Great house for the whole family

This house is located within a short walk to Sandy Beach and also to great places to eat, drink and hear music. We were 2 families of 3 and rented both the upstairs and down ( separate apts) and there was actually plenty of room for all of us in the 3 bdrm upstairs. The house was modern and clean and there are different levels of the property where you could hang out. The waterfall and bar area were very nice with a tv and couches. We didn’t use the pool because even though it was very warm outside the pool didn’t get a lot of sun. Diana and Gino were great and very accommodating.

10 of us thoroughly enjoyed a week here on yoga retreat... the Verandah was stunning and lush gardens create a very lovely atmosphere for our daily practices. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating! They were completely accessible and present much of the time as they manage the compound of multiple units. The ONLY challenge for my 70 year old guests was the night life sounds within a stones throw, and the property has quite a few flights of stairs throughout ... as it is built up on a hill providing the gorgeous view! Thank you, Diana and Gino!

Nice property and nice location! We had so much fun. The place is big and plenty of room to spread out on the porches. The 12 of us never were crowded. There is no dishwasher. But maybe no places have dishwashers in Rincon? It’s a block to the beach and bars. We took excursions to other towns. The power and Wi Fi were spotty, the generator would turn on . But Diana came immediately to check and fix. Great week!!

The house is great for a large group or family, having your own privacy each. Dianna was very responsive every time we had a question or need something. The house has a beautiful view specially if you stay at the second or third floor. Also has a nice pool.

We had a family of ten and we were very comfortable! Perfect for us. The pool was great. We rented both apartments ,they were modern and very clean. The manager of the property was very nice and helpful! Love the area! Beautiful ! Thank you for your hospitality!! Already thinking of next years vacation!

We spent a weeks vacation at the Oceanview Paradise and had a fantastic time in Rincon and the surrounding areas. I had invited my sister-in-law and her 14 old daughter. we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was updated and very clean. We had beach towels and use of the pool. we walked to beaches and restaurants. I would recommend renting a car. We had a great time visiting different areas such as Crash Boat beach Copa Marina in Guanica and the Luminescent Bay in La parguras. The property owners at Ocean view Paradise could not have been more accommodating and helpful with our vacation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one .

We rented the 3 bedroom and the pool level 2 bedroom together. The property owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. We were there during the Superbowl and they have a large party for all their guest and local friends that was really great. The properties are very well kept and equipped and clean . I work in the Vacation Rental industry and I would love to have property owners like these . Great location to beach and bars.Walk to the beach is about 100 yards. The wave at sandy beach were closing out a lot and the other breaks are a short drive around the point but you do have to drive. Very frendly locals and a laid back and relaxing place to stay. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again in a second .

We rented this property with the two units. One unit was upstairs with three bedrooms and one was down with two bedrooms. Both units were very up to date and nicely appointed. We were 3 women traveling with our kids so the two units worked out great. Pool was great to have but it did not get a lot of sun but with the beautiful weather we did not need it. The upstairs common area with the hammocks was good to get away and read. It would have been nice to have a ping pong table up there because we were traveling with teenagers. We used the grill one night to cook burgers and it was well maintained. The bathrooms were nicely done. We were supplied with a few beach towels and chairs which was great. We could walk to great restaurants and bars and that is one of the main reasons I picked the property so we could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. It was quite dark when we would walk at night so you may want to bring a flashlight. We did spend more time driving around than I thought we would. We had to drive to the grocery store and one day the sea was rough so we went to another beach on the island. We did a great horseback ride on the beach with, I think, Pintos in the name of the company. It is well worth it if you are somewhat adventuresome. It's a little tricky to find if you are not familiar with Puerto Rico so make sure you have GPS on your phone or get it with your rental car. However, when we couldn't find the rental we called Diana and she answered and told us right where to go. Diana was wonderful to work with!! We will definitely return to this part of Puerto Rico and hopefully this home!! Stop in at Casa Verde and say "hi" to Aca!!
