We recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spotless and well-maintained the entire property was. The spacious layout allowed for both relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views that enhanced every moment spent on the terrace . It was the ideal setting for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The villa was equipped with everything we needed—kitchen essentials, comfortable furnishings, and even some thoughtful extras that made our stay more enjoyable. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Overall, we highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Fantastic villa, very well equipped with everything you could need.lovely outdoor space and lots of space indoors too. Beds very comfortable, Nice quiet location. 5 mins drive from puerto del carmen . The hosts Elizabeth and Jose where very easy to contact with any questions. We will be back to this villa again and again

Prior to arrival very helpful correspondence with the owner who made us feel very welcome, contact with them was easily maintained during our stay. Tias is a lovely quiet place away from the hurly burly of the coast and allows you to set off on some lovely walks. Very good shops nearby and nice restaurants in town. Near perfect, probably the highest score I have ever given - indeed would go to 9.5 but we do not seem to be able to do that.

We would prefer less hard pillows! Lighting in the main sitting room could be more subtle - such as small table lamps. These are just little points around our preferences. Just bear in mind this was based on a January stay - we have no idea if Tias remains so quiet all hear round.

The villa itself was fantastic with great and welcoming hosts. Everything about it was amazing from the pool, outdoor kitchen and the number of bedrooms which was ideal for our family. This truly is the perfect family villa. We really would love to stay here again in the near future.

The villa was lovely. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Great for a family. Great location and incredibly helpful hosts. Tias was a lovely location with delicious (host recommended) tapas. We were very happy and would return.

Our favourite part was the outdoor kitchen area leading onto the pool. Glorious.

The host was there to go through everything and give us the keys so lovely and friendly and easy to talk to. Always helpful if we needed advice or taxis ordered to go to town. The villa was amazing this is our second visit and we will be coming back it has everything and more. WIFI is good, all the rooms are lovely and air conned. The outside kitchen and pool area are just so nice. a taxi takes about 5 mins to get to main strip and if you need supermarkets there are 3 all within a short walk hopefully coming back soon.
