Beautiful property and condo- plenty of space, very clean, thoughtful setup and convenient location. If you want to shop, there are several plazas only a mile away. If you don’t feel like leaving, the pool is beautiful and there is a restaurant on site. They keypad door entry is super convenient for the day you arrive- no worries if you get there late, you’re still good to go! Definitely will stay here again.

We have stayed in other units at Hali’i Kai, but this one is by far our favorite! Our group consisted of a grandmom, two parents and two kids under 10. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the living room/dining room was big enough for dinners and movie nights. Everything in the unit was in great condition and it was well stocked. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys which our kids loved!

The clubhouse is nice, staff friendly and they have delicious fresh fish on the menu daily. weather can be stormy on the island in places while this location is generally very pleasant. Our host was very quick to help out with an awkward unexpected door lock problem. We had a solution in a short time and the lock totally replaced in 24 hours.

We loved this condo - it has everything you need and it's light and bright. The rooms are beautifully done and very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have had on a rental! We enjoyed having beach towels, scuba gear and boogie boards at our disposal. The community club and pool were very nice - the pool location was stunning. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a premium ocean view which did not disappoint. Beautiful sunsets, whale watching, sunshine, and blue skies were always there on our lanai. The unit itself was fully equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, utensils, cookware and bakeware. As a group that cooked most every night, we were never lacking for items. The Weber gas grill on the lanai made it even easier to prepare meals. Kitchen staples left by previous guests were a welcome surprise. Some places we have been did not encourage this, so it was nice to have some basics . Starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap) were plentiful to last for our two week stay. Beds were comfortable in all rooms and the common areas were spacious. The unit was well equipped with pool and beach items. If you wanted to spend the day at the beach, coolers, chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc, were there for your use. As far as the resort itself, it is very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice - right on the ocean. There is a bar area, which is open all the time, and food is available most days for lunch and dinner. The food is surprisingly good and the service was always good. The only complaint about the pool is the number of seats available. Like most resorts, people will “reserve” chairs, then disappear for extended periods of time. The pool staff could do a better job of policing the area to avoid this from happening. All in all, we would highly recommend this unit. It is on the second floor, and it is a two level unit so more steps are inside, so it is not advisable for anyone who has mobility issues. We loved it so much we have already booked a stay for next year.

Home was well stocked with all needs from daily needs (spices, dishes, laundry) to pleasure (coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear). This home had more than what was in the listing. Amazing pool with friendly clubhouse employees. Only downfall is if you have sensitive back mattress are near the end of their life or need mattress pads. Otherwise highly recommend

After a 15 hour flight, standing in long, hot lines at the airport for covid screening, baggage claim, and then the rental car, we would have appreciated walking into a cool condo. It's not as if no one knew we were coming. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but had some disappointing issues. The dishwasher was horribly noisy, and we did not want to run it and stay in the room. The refrigerator was a too small over/under unit and lacked a through-the-door ice/water dispenser. Instead, 2 large Brita-like water filter units sat inside the refrig, and took up a lot of space. The over-the-stove microwave was mounted way too high -- it was fine for anyone over 6 ft tall, but awkward to use for others. Finally, the pull out cupboard unit which would have conveniently held the pots/pans fell apart on our third day, and was not useable thereafter. We fished out the pots/pans we commonly used, and stored them on the countertop instead. This condo deserves better kitchen appliances. A couple of us tried to keep in touch with work, but found the internet access to be rather slow, particularly when the kids were watching TV. There were 3 TVs, and each one was set up differently. We never were able to figure out how to access the Spectrum cable tv service. The only way we could get programming on the kids' bedroom TV was to sign into our own Netflix account. What a fantastic and central Waikoloa location!!! My husband, our two teens, my brother, and I spent a week at the Blue Pearl. It was a lovely, comfortable, spacious home. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook in a few nights. Make sure to make reservations at restaurants well in advance if you don’t want to cook or wait in long lines if restaurants will even allow walk ins. The closet had plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and even snorkel gear. The complex amenities were fantastic as well. The teens loved hanging by the pool, and we enjoyed working out in the morning with a spectacular view and beautiful ocean breezes blowing through the gym. The sunsets from the deck were an added bonus. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would stay here again!

It had a lot of space had everything in kitchen to use down to Lysol cleaners comfortable beds good ac and ceiling fan just the bottom bathroom couldn’t lock but other than that is was really comfortable for me and my family

We LOVED our morning and evening swims in the pool and the pebbles at the bottom of the hot tub topped it off. The house was well furnished and fit our family just right.

Wonderful property! Everything you want in a vacation rental. The views are outstanding! We already miss the beautiful ocean view from the lanai having our morning coffee. Also one of the best locations to watch a sunset. Very spacious and extremely clean condo and bedrooms each have a bathroom available so everyone has privacy. Highly recommend!

Took me a minute to get the lay of the land with all the condos in the area, but Halii Kai could not have been more perfect! The complex itself is very nice, well kept with gated entry. There is a very nice pool with a restaurant/bar on the ocean with spectacular views (no beach access however due to lava). Our unit, 9G was even better than expected and true to the photos. 3BR and 3Ba let my girls have their own space. We ate on the pictured patio every morning for breakfast and watched every sunset and caught a few whale sightings with the binoculars they kindly have for just that purpose! The kitchen was well stocked and even had condiments in the pantry. All the nice touches to make cooking easy. The closet is stocked with every possible beach toy/ accessory needed. For us, we appreciated the chairs/ umbrella (me!) and the cooler and the nice plush beach towels. For younger families, lots of beach toys and snorkel gear stocked for fun! The beds were comfy. The master has its own deck with chaise lounges and a huge bathroom and giant closet which let us hang our clothes and stash our luggage. The property manager was very accessible with our questions (like where was the nearest grocery store!) and the concierge service they provide for free with the rental was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. Having never been to this island, I knew nothing and they helped me choose quality companies for our excursions and ideas of what to do. We snorkeled at Captain Cook monument and took an amazing ATV waterfall tour up north in the Kohala valley. Both were awesome! I highly highly recommend working with them. We were there in late January and the weather could not have been more perfect 70-80 degrees!! Thank you for a great place.

Previously we stayed in an oceanfront unit but there wasn’t one available so we stayed in 9G with a golf and ocean view. In many respects it was a better view to look at. The unit was well furnished and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us - 4 adults, two children and an infant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Darrell was especially helpful and prompt in fixing an internet problem. I would highly recommend staying here.
