Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

This is our fourth time staying at this property and it always exceeds our expectations. The location, views, and amenities are wonderful. But the owner is even better. Sherri is great and so easy to communicate with. We had two small issues during our stay and both were quickly resolved. First, one of the showers was draining slowly causing water to back up. Sherri had maintenance out later the same day to repair it. Secondly, one of the beach chairs broke during use. While not expected, Sherri had two new chairs delivered via Amazon two days later. You really can’t do any better than this property and we are already looking forward to next year!

The condo is located a short walking distance from pool and beach, very clean and updated place to stay, amenities are great, we enjoy biking around the area, and the beach is quiet and lovely. I have been going to Seabrook Island for 30 years and have stayed all over the island. This was our first time staying at the Atrium Villas and we loved it. The view was amazing. Access to the pool, beach and restaurant were excellent. In addition, the villa was very clean. Lastly, Sherri is a fantastic host, very quick to respond to questions and a wonderful communicator.

We had a wonderful stay at Sherri's beautiful villa! It was SO clean. I usually have to wipe off counters when I arrive and I did not need to do that here! The corner balcony is huge and since the pictures were taken, a 6 person table replaced the 4 person table outside. We loved having dinner out there. The view was perfect and the beach and pool were so close. It was an ideal location. Sherri answered all my questions quickly and gave great recommendations. We drove into Charleston a few times. My kids didn't want to leave and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seabrook!

Let me start off by saying how amazing Sherri is. She truly knows how to manage a rental property. Always answers questions promptly and corrects any issues. Now on to the property… The pictures online do not do this property justice!! It is very clean and well cared for. Has high end materials. Loved the porch. We had everything we needed and more. The island itself if very manicured and taken care of. I love being on a gated island. It felt very safe and family oriented. The pool was great. We ate at the salty dog multiple times and it will not disappoint. If you get a chance take a boat tour to Morris Lighthouse. We also loved exploring Charleston. When we come back we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

We had a great time and did not want to leave. The condo was wonderful. We have stayed at many places on Seabrook but this was by far the best and the only place we will ever stay.

The delights of our trip began with Sherri Macik, the owner. From first contact, to helpful information as we made our plans, to her follow-up after we left, it's clear that Sherri deserves her designation as a VRBO "Premier Host." You'll be in very good hands. The pictures and description of the property are spot-on. The 2nd story corner unit gives you far more privacy and a far better ocean view than most villas on the island. The expansive patio extends along 2 sides of the villa and you can see the ocean from anywhere on it. The villa is nicely furnished and was spotless. Everything promised was in place and in working order. The pool is right across the road. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. Sherri is a dog lover, so her villa is pet friendly. And the beach near the villa is the most dog-friendly one in Seabrook. We really enjoyed having our Golden Retriever with us. If you're not a dog lover, don't worry - you'd never know one has been there. We arrived during the recent flood warnings for the Charleston area. While rising water never became a problem, it was pouring when we arrived, and we were glad to be able to unload in the covered parking area and have the luggage carts and elevator to help us move in. You're just a 10 minute drive from Freshfields Village where there's a Harris Teeter, gas station, a wide variety of shops, and a varied selections of restaurants. You're also just 15 minutes from Kiawah Island where we went twice for delicious lunches at the Jasmine Porch restaurant. Plus you're only about 45 minutes from Charleston. This was one of the best seaside trips we've ever taken. We enthusiastically recommend Sherri and her villa and look forward to going again!

Communication with the owner was great and check-in directions and parking pass was sent well ahead of time. I would recommend this unit!

This was our first time on Seabrook Island, and we had a lovely vacation from beginning to end. Linda was great to work with and check-in/check-out was so very smooth. My family - husband, myself and two teenage sons - found the condo to be the perfect size for our family. It was clean and cozy. The porch on the front that overlooks the ocean is exactly as described and does not disappoint! We sat out there plenty! We had a few afternoon thunderstorms roll pass and the porch is covered over the patio table area and it was PERFECT for sitting under and watching the storm roll through. The condo's close proximity to the ocean, the pool and restaurant was ideal. It is all just steps away. We also golfed right next door so we could literally grab our golf bags and walk about 50 yards to the golf course! The workout facilities are top-notch - you have to pay a small fee for the use but its well worth it. We rented four bikes, and we biked to the workout place, worked out and rode back. Riding bikes all over the island was awesome - the treelined streets and the beautiful Southern style homes were breathtaking. The beaches were peaceful and the water very calm and not cold at all! I liked the island because its very quiet after 9pm and I loved having our boys at the condo with us rather than them out and about like they might be at a vacation spot with a boardwalk or nightlife. It was quality family time. Beds were comfortable and family room was great. If you plan on cooking at home a lot, just be sure to bring spices, cooking spray and that type of stuff. That is not a criticism of the property - just take note that the kitchen is empty of those types of supplies(which is totally understandable especially with COVID). If we come back to Seabrook Island, I would rent this exact condo again. It was ideal and a perfect fit for my active family who enjoy sitting on the porch looking at the moon over the ocean relaxing after a fun-filled day! We also did a day trip into Charleston and wow - we loved the town! Venture in to check it out- so worth it. This unit is in an excellent location with great views from the balcony. Parking is located in a ground level parking garage and either elevator or stairs can be used to get to the top floor where this unit is located. Beach access and the outdoor swimming pool are both just across the street. Amenity cards (explained with the rental information) are used to access the pool, to buy ice cream at the shop next to the pool, and to access other items and services available on Seabrook Island. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation for our family.
