Lovely house, roomy and comfortable and the view of the river was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning! Robin provided everything we needed including a lovely selection of snacks. Excellent communication and easy check in too. Highly recommend.

A stellar property and host. This house is in the most convenient area of Sebastian, walkable to many restaurants/attractions. We have stayed here numerous times and it’s just a perfect 5 star in all ways.

Not only was the view perfect, but we had a basket of treats waiting for us and plenty of toiletries in case we forgot something. The home was very clean and the water was hot! We’ll definitely stay again!

The River House is a home away from home for us when visiting Sebastian. We feel so spoiled when we visit. Robin supplies the home with so many goodies such as many snacks, bottled water, any cleaning and laundry needs, many personal needs, etc.. There are many CD movies, and games for rainy times. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Indian River. You can't beat the view and location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Robin is a terrific host. The home is light and bright. We love it!!!

I was so surprised how large and clean this home was! She left so much stuff for us to use, when ch worked out perfectly being disable and not being able to shop right away.This was my family's first vacation , I was a single mom and never could do this for my children.sadly I am very sick so I may not be able to do this ever again.so when I say it meant every thing that me I mean it.The splashrlpark and fishing and stores and entertainment all in walking distance .thank you for the memories

The Riverhouse is our favorite VRBO property of all time. The location cannot be beat…..walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, breweries. Robin is a terrific host. She provides everything you need to enjoy your stay and the level of cleanliness in her house is unmatchable. It’s one of the many reasons we keep returning!!

The house was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. There were also paper plates and bowls, though we chose to use the non-paper dinnerware. The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, paper products, and various toiletries. The welcome snacks were also very welcome after our drive. The overall supply of these products made settling in an easy chore as we didn’t need to immediately run to the grocery store and, even then, usually found that something we had forgotten to bring or buy was supplied. This was a great special touch. We did have a problem with the satellite TV upon our arrival. There had been recent storms and the home had been unoccupied during that period. However, the owner, Robin, was there within 30 minutes and worked tirelessly to get it resolved with the service provider. We really appreciated her extraordinary efforts. The location was exactly what we were looking for. We launched our kayaks just across the street. There was a nice sidewalk/bike trail running by the house for us to take strolls and ride our bikes. It was a short drive to several very nice beaches. We also brought along our dogs. The house was very dog friendly. The fenced side yard was an ideal place for us to let them out without being concerned that they would escape. Overall, this was a great home for our one week escape. We highly recommend it and will stay there again if we return to Sebastian.

We enjoyed the whole experience! The kids loved the treats upon check in and the video game. Location is wonderful. House is very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Robin was very responsive.

My husband and I chose a change from the condo we normally stay at in Sebastian and we were so surprised when we entered Robin's home. We expected a quaint clean home from pictures on VRBO, which is what we got and much much more!! It is much larger than we expected, bright, very open, with lots of large windows with wonderful views of the Indian River. Robin left tons of extras we were not expecting, snacks, personal hygiene items, and games, DVD,s, etc... We loved it there and plan to return.

Comfortable, exceptionally clean and one of the best views on the inter coastal. Robin offers a well stocked home with all the necessities. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants, a brewery, Dunkin. It’s close to everything that Sebastian has to offer while maintaining a comfortable level of privacy. This was a second visit and we are looking forward to a third.

Beautiful view of Indian River with walking trail directly across the street. Wonderful eateries as well as kid friendly park also in walking distance. We enjoyed the living space surrounded by windows letting all the sun in as well as back yard. Very comfortable and accommodating

Our stay was the perfect getaway for two city girls! The location was perfect, with spectacular views. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and a stunning view of the sunrise from the room just in front of the kitchen. The house had absolutely everything we needed, and Robin was so helpful, responsive and kind. This was our first experience with VRBO, and it will be very hard to beat!

A comfortable open, airy place to spend your vacation. Relaxation and serenity, you will find it here. The view is wonderful, we saw dolphins from the front windows. A short walk brings you to the River Walk where you see dolphins swimming by with pelicans in attendance, fish jumping and beautiful herons walking along the shore while you enjoy the warmth of the sun and serenity of the water. The River House is within walking distance or a short drive to wonderful restaurants where we enjoyed great food, entertainment and water views. The owner provided all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay and was accessible and helpful. We would most certainly return to this thoroughly enjoyable home.

An immaculately clean, well stocked, lovely house with a beautiful river view and within easy walking distance of at least a dozen restaurants and various points of interest. This house is a gem....looking forward to returning next year. Robin is a great host.
