The description of this house was completely accurate. It is clean and well maintained, and the location is amazing! We had everything we needed and more. Also, communicating with the owner was easy and informative. He was friendly and honest and he truly cared that we have a great experience. We highly recommend this house, especially for a family vacation.

Cannot say enough great things about vacation experience! Brian does a fantastic job at making sure his renters don’t have to worry about a thing other than spending time with family and making wonderful memories. The house is extremely clean, safe, well cared for and very well stocked with everyday essentials for a vacation that is stress free. He was extremely communicative and easy to talk with. Rooms are all comfortable and the ease of a full kitchen plus washer and dryer really helped this mom of two out :) Best part…. Anything your family needs for the beach is organized and there for you. What an amazing vacation experience we had!

It’s obvious the Owner cares very much about the property and their tenants experience during their stay. We would definitely hope to stay at this home again in the future.

We know LBI very well and the location and side of the street was exactly where we wanted to be. Brian briefed us well before and during our stay and we really enjoyed the house.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The house has every amenity you need. Great location, steps away from the beach and located just a few short blocks from Bay Village. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be returning!

We just spent a week at this beautiful vacation home. It was clean, comfortable, had great furnishings and was stocked with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach cart, cooler, and sand toys. We had 3 kids under 5 years old and had a lot to transport each day! The location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach and close enough to the major attractions and restaurants of the area where we rarely had to move our car. I also liked the fenced in yard - again with 3 small kids it was a great safety feature and provided privacy to grill and eat at the large picnic table if desired. The owner, Brian, was very responsive to any questions we had and truly was interested in us enjoying our stay. He takes great pride in his home and it shows. Thanks for sharing it with us! I would definitely rent again.
