This house is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are so comfortable. So nice to relax on the deck overlooking the pool and beach watching the sun rise or hang out by the pool or watch your favorite team on the tv in the outdoor kitchen. If you can think of any amenities that you might need, it’s there.

The king bedrooms are ocean view beautiful- spacious and comfy 👏🏼 the single bed mattresses have seen better daysWhat would put this house so over the top would be if there were chairs or benches outside the bedrooms upstairs on the patio to gather for morning coffee and watch the sunrise or in the evenings for the moon.- It is a very big house to turn over between guests but I do believe the outdoor living room/kitchen/ bathroom could receive a little more TLC😜

I think it may be the best house on the island. Our family enjoyed it so much. The outdoor area by the pool is absolutely amazing. Our family is growing but the bed room with the 4 twins will help to sleep the little ones as they outgrow their cribs. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We completely enjoyed this house, as it accommodated us perfectly, had everything we could possibly need in the well-equipped kitchen, and was in the perfect location. Poolside could not have been better, with comfortable lounges, and a complete outdoor kitchen. A few issues were quickly addressed by management, whose office is close by. It was the perfect vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is comfortable and accommodates a group nicely. There were a couple of issues that were unsafe when we arrived but the property manager took care of those things promptly. We did find that many dishes were dirty upon arrival.

Long walks with the kids and grandkids, sunset bike rides, fun meals from local restaurants as well as those we prepared at the house. The Fourth of July fireworks were a plus, for sure! The furnishings were a bit dated, the appliances a bit hit and miss, but it did not affect our joy in spending this time all together as a family! East Island Rentals was attentive and prompt in resolving any issues. We will enjoy sharing our memories of this special place for many years to come. We would rent this property again.

This house has it all! Beautiful oceanfront view with easy beach access, wonderful pool and large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. As someone who has rented many homes over the years, comfortable beds are a big deal! We had a couple of small issues that the management company quickly responded to. Love this home!

We especially loved the outdoor kitchen and eating area by the pool. The grill is top of the line! The pool is large and was enjoyed by all. The location is perfect! The rental company was very responsive to the calls we made about ice and a clogged shower drain. However, I would like to mention that we all agreed the house was cleaner last year. It needs a deep clean. Several of the beach chairs need replaced and the boogie boards were cracked. We all had a great time and plan to return next year!
