The home was very clean and spacious! It was perfect for our family of 4 plus two friends. It was nice to have so many places to walk to. On rainy days we cooked dinner, played cards or watched movies. So it was a great balance of activity and relaxation. This was a great place to spend quality time with our family.

We could not be happier with our stay at this OBX home. It was perfect for our 2 families to share with teenagers & young children combined. The house was well-equipped with beach supplies & bikes. The inside was perfect for our families. It was convenient for our families to walk down to the pool, the beach, & also a little local dock where we can watch the sunset. The owner was also great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our family vacation 2024. The house was very nice situated well in Corolla not far from 4 x 4 beach which our family enjoys. Check-in was very easy. The home was very clean with comfortable sleeping for the entire group. The house is nestled in a very quiet community not far from multiple amenities. The kids had so much fun riding the bikes around in the community and taking advantage of the Pickleball courts and the community swimming pool. There was adequate space for our large family would definitely rent this home again.

This house was lovely and exactly as pictured and described. Easy walk to the pool, and the nearby beach is beautiful - soft sand, pretty surf, and long enough for long walks on the beach. Everything felt easy and so relaxing. A wonderful vacation for our family.

Very nice house. Well equipped for beach activities.
The grandchildren loved crabbing with the equipment supplied and some chicken gizzards. The clubhouse with pool, playground, basketball and pickleball courts is a 5 minute walk, with available parking. The beach is a pleasant 15 minutes walk, with parking available a block away.
There were problems with the kitchen appliances.

If cleanliness is a priority then this is the house for you! No joke. This house is very welcoming, comfortable, stocked with everything you need and in a lovely community. And the furniture is very comfortable. The house was great for everyone from my teenage granddaughter to my 93 year old mother. The stairs were a slight challenge since mom broke her knee earlier this year but that didn’t stop her.
I have not ridden a bike in about 30 years but decided to give it a try since there were several in the garage. Enjoyed a bike ride around the community every morning it wasn’t raining. So much fun.
This house is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and other activities. When Corolla is our vacation destination we will choose this house every time.

Well kept and maintained property. HOA amenities are very nice. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there are multiple living levels in the house and no bathroom on main floor. Beach access locations required multiple levels of steps and the one handicap access was out of service. These limitations would not be problematic for most. The area is very nice and sunsets are outstanding.

Great week in Corolla!
We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having chairs, bikes, etc was so convenient. The beach was a quick bike ride or drive (there is a close parking lot if you want your car closer to the beach) and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Just like the pictures. No disappointments. Having the bikes, chairs, and other items available for the guest was just great. I felt this was very generous. I have stayed at many places and this was the first time I have seen such generosity.

Great Beach House
The house was updated, spacious, we had 8 adults staying the week. The Kitchen had most everything one would need for cooking large meals. The top deck was nice to have coffee in the morning in the shade. Proximity to shopping, etc. was extremely convenient.

Great house, easy rental, lovely stay
First time in Outer Banks and the house was one of the highlights. Beautiful large house with everything needed for a great stay. Owner was very easy to work with and provided great information before the stay to let us know what to expect. Just a short bike ride to the beach and bikes were provided which made the trip fun for all.

Beautiful area
We had a great time at this house for vacation. Other than an influx of spiders on the decks which was out of the owners hands, the house and property were beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very close to a beach across the street and a few minutes away. Kay was very good with communicating with us for any issues or questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Excellent! Great location, lovely home.
Exceeded our expectations. Great location within walking distance of community pool and dock in well kept, quiet neighborhood. We had fun crabbing at the dock and fishing on the oceanside beach. Family of 12 enjoyed comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware/appliances. Food Lion and Harris Teeter grocery stores within 15 minutes. Hostess Kay was wonderful answering questions and seeing that we were equipped with everything we needed. Overall excellent stay and we would definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you Kay! You made our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family a cherished event! We felt right at home!

We had an fantastic time with this rental house! The great open kitchen and living room made it nice we where all able to be together. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The bikes and games provided was an extra plus. Definitely would come back to this rental.

Great Location
The house and community is outstanding . Great walking area and biking areas . Very close to the beach a few minutes by car and a short bike ride. Very quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. Kay was very communicative before the trip and welcomed us when the house was ready . We had a great time and was hard to leave

Beautiful home in great location
The home was situated in a perfect location with just a 90 second drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 10 minute walk to a beautiful Corolla beach and within a mile of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The home itself was beautiful and exceeded expectations. It had everything we could have needed and then some, including a large kitchen with plenty of utensils, countless beach chairs, bikes for the whole family, an outdoor shower, crabbing gear (we caught plenty of crab off the pier!), multiple outdoor decks with plenty of seating, spacious living area, I could go on. Further, Kay was an amazing host and so easy to work and communicate with. Both Kay and the home provided an amazing stay and stress-free vacation for our family. I highly recommend staying here for your OBX getaway!

Even better then promised
The location was fantastic! A six minute bike ride to the beach, and two minutes to the sound. House was even nicer then pictures on line. Kay was so easy to deal with and helped us out immensely with finding rentals for kayaks during COVId! I can’t say enough about how great our time in the OBX was!

Fun at the beach
Kay was wonderful to work with as she was helpful in all the questions we had. It was great having access to bikes, beach chairs and sand toys as we had several children between 5 and 8 and thus no need to pack these items. Grandpa was even able to go crabbing with the traps there. We usually drove to the beach and then one person would drive back with all the stuff and everyone else would walk to help eliminate all the sand in the vehicles.
The living area was a great size for our large group and the deck made a wonderful place to eat our meals. The kitchen was also well stocked with items for a large group. It was a great place for us, our grown children and grandchildren to relax for a week and be able to still social distance during this pandemic.

Great Family House
We had a great time at this house! It’s good for both adults and kids. We enjoyed the bikes and the beach chairs and toys. It was nice not to bring all that stuff with us. The pool and neighborhood is really nice too. We had kids from 8 yrs to 17 yrs and they all had a great time and enough room to spread out and not be cramped. This may be my favorite rental house yet!

Great vacation place
We took our family to OBX for the first time ever and we all had a great time. The grandkids enjoyed all the beach toys and the parents enjoyed the beach chairs. House was wonderful and had everything that we could ask for. Great location, close to the beach and all the stores. We’ll be back again.

Great House! Great Location!
This was our first stay in Corolla (we usually spend a week in Duck). Two dads with five teenage boys. We had a blast. We love to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed - sharp knives, pots, pans, organized Tupperware, charcoal grill, etc.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean and in good condition.
There is an EXCELLENT outdoor shower.
It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but there is beach access parking that can be used instead. There are 3 adult bikes and 5 or 6 tiny bikes for very little kids. Cornhole and lots of sand toys. The pool and gym were closed due to COVID, but we didn't miss it. There's room for 3 cars/SUVs. If needed, you could easily park a car in the garage.

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood. Corolla is peaceful and quiet. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean!

Corolla Beach House
Beautiful home, great neighborhood. Club House & pool are very nice, but would be better if it stayed open later. Pool closing @ 5:00pm, didn't allow any early evening relax time. Housekeeping Staff could have done a better job, one room had sand in the beds and the floor did not look like it was mopped. I'm sure the owner will rectify this. Kay, the owner was so gracious and accommodating, we highly recommend this amazing house.
