We were traveling for softball and this space was everything we needed for our stay.

This was our first trip with our 7 month old baby and they had everything we needed and more. Communication was great and all instructions were accurate and clear. The space was cozy and comfortable. Parking can be tough in the area but the off-site garage made it convenient for us.

Great location, very clean and well put together cozy place with every amenity imaginable. Although parking is the only con to this property the owners offer a parking space it's just not convenient as you have to walk a couple of blocks. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at this location again.

This place was perfect for a one night stay, although, we would have happily have stayed for more! It was cute & cosy... And a pretty quick lyft to downtown. :)

Every conceivable item or travel necessity that you may have forgotten awaits you in this delightful Long Beach casita. The hosts make your stay easy, uncomplicated and wonderfully safe. The quaint casita may only be a few hundred square feet in total, but the casita’s living/sleeping/kitchen areas have been maximized with carefully selected, space boosting pieces. You’ll use the mirrored armoire and appreciate it every day as you work to keep the place as spic and span as the hosts have provided it to you. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen, which is big enough to cook breakfast and some dinners when we wanted to save money by not dining out. The tub/shower area is new and spacious, complete with convenient shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The bidet was also a nice touch! The kitchen is colorfully decorated with Ikea simplicity in mind and the concrete floors…oh my! We were taken aback by just how clean these floors have been kept. The cleanliness of the floor is what signaled to us the pride for which the hosts have in their casita. A window a/c hums away, keeping the casita cool with two additional ceiling fans in the kitchen and living/sleeping areas. The queen-sized bed was beyond our expectations for comfort and helped us to sleep soundly every night of our 7-night stay. The convenience of the casita also provided far more than we ever hoped. Although night time parking is limited (day-time provided no challenge at all), we never parked more than a block away. We walked to Albertsons, and even ran to the beach one day, however, unless you like long distance running, the average person may find that distance to be a little far. The people around the area are friendly and we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood just taking in the view of each yard that teams with vegetation in every flavor and color. You won’t be disappointed in your relaxing stay when you choose this Long Beach gem.

Absolutely PERFECT little guest home!! Everything you could possibly need is provided!! Location is great, central to LA and OC areas!! Incredibly clean and comfy!

We loved our stay in this quaint home! It was such a stylish home with so many beautiful details from the kitchen tile, to the bright furniture and sleek bathroom. The cupboards were well stocked and had all the appliances we could’ve ever needed. The check in system made us feel very reassured when it came to safety. The parking was our only problem, make sure you arrive in time to find a good place and read streets signs regarding different hours. Overall we loved it and wish our stay could’ve been longer!
