Our daughter was getting married in the Hamptons and this house served as our base for the weekend festivities. We couldn’t have picked a better house for our needs. Close to town and to all our venues. It was clean, updated throughout and well equipped (wine fridge came in handy on wedding day). Nice backyard with heated pool was great to have. Laura the owner was always accessible and easy to work with.

Best house that we have ever stayed in the last seven years. Beautifully maintained inside and out with a great salt water pool set at a perfect temperature for every one to enjoy. Also the owners are terrific people who could not be any nicer.

House was terrific! Very comfortable and tastefully appointed. Everything we needed (and more) was there! Back yard was especially nice! Lovely pool and great ambiance. Very apparent the owner went to great lengths to create a very special property!

From the moment we settled on Laura’s lovely home, we knew that we would be in good hands. Her charming restored house, with an amazing gunite pool, provided us a vacation that was long overdue. Conveniently situated within walking distance to the village and a short drive to the beach, we were more than satisfied with our choice. Laura is truly wonderful, super responsive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether it was having household items quickly replenished, increasing wi-fi speed, adding channels to the tv line-up, and sending helpful texts/tips for our vacation, ALL unprompted, we always felt our stay was a priority. The house is also very quiet and gets wonderful sunlight the entire day. We were sad when it was time to leave, but we hope to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was a gift.

We were there for my daughters engagement We were 6 of us . My son is handicapped so we have him the main floor bedroom as the stairs are steep & that worked out very well 5 of us slept upstairs , the bedrooms were enough but only 1 bathroom upstairs so a little inconvenient as the 2 nd bath is located on the main floor The backyard is just what we were looking for & when we were in the property spent most of our time there . A little noisy during the week as there is Muncipal building next door Very conveniently located close to town Overall we had a great time & Laura our host was very responsive to any questions we had Thank you Laura

We were VERY happy with our 2-week vacation here! Most notable: 1) the location of the house--about half a mile to Southampton town center and a little over two miles to Coopers Beach; 2) the entire downstairs of the house, with new master suite, bath, office, kitchen, new washer and dryer, and very comfortable family/TV room/couches; 3) the additional king size bed in the second of four bedrooms upstairs (not always easy to find king size beds!) 4) a fifth "bedroom" being the air conditioned attic/loft which our 17 year old and two friends thoroughly enjoyed; 5) three full and modern bathrooms, which allowed our family of four and guests to shower easily, with plenty of space; 6) the pool, which was very well maintained, with great deck furniture; 7) communications with the owners--they were readily available to us with any questions we had, provided suggestions about local restaurants, and made our stay as easy as possible. We would absolutely book again.

Everything you could want in a vacation home- beautiful rooms, a fantastic kitchen, comfy beds, and the most amazing pool and patio. Also great air conditioning and internet - something you don’t find everywhere. We all had a great time We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. and can’t wait to come back.

The house was amazing! We went with our two college-aged kids. We all loved it. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and walking distance to town. Laura was a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this house.

We spent a week and a half at the house. Great location only a couple minutes drive or 10-15 minute walk to town. Pool was beautiful and always the perfect temperature. Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The house was even more beautiful in person and super clean! Great location and Laura and her husband were quick to respond and easy and nice to communicate with! Definitely would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. Very central location easy access to Southampton downtown and shops nearby. Property as shown on photos. Nice master bedroom suite on first floor with walk out to backyard. It’s cozy and Our family enjoyed staying here and a plus for our kids who can see the train crossing the overpass at the background! We would highly recommend this property to others.

I can not speak highly enough of Laura and her property. When booking our girls weekend she was extremely responsive and flexible with any of my needs and requests. She is VERY quick to communicate and answer any questions and provided a plethora of recommendations to help us plan our weekend together, considering many of us were first time hamptons visitors. The decor and set up of the house was great and fully stocked with everything we needed- including high end appliances. You truly do not feel like you are a rental when you are staying in her home- the furnishings are pottery barn and high end and house was extremely clean! Even when there was a slight issue with an umbrella from a previous umbrella she inquired right away informing me of some options on our stay - truly cares about providing a good expirence for tenants of her home. I want to thank Laura for opening her house to our group and we really enjoyed our time. I recommend HIGHLY this property and if i come back i wouldnt even look at another property beofre seeing if this one was available again!

this home is wonderful! very well appointed and exceptionally clean. outdoor space is perfect for swimming, lounging, grilling. it suited our family of 5 perfectly. good location...close to shopping, Main Street and short drive to cooper's beach.

From the moment we arrived all of our expectations were met. The home is professionally decorated and landscaped providing a beautiful setting to celebrate my wife’s bowing our children. We are very type A when it comes to cleanliness and this property net those expectations. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to town and a short ride to the beaches. This home was more then perfect for a nice get away. Everything was just as described and more. The home was spotless and everything my group needed Laura was their to help us with. She was very accommodating to my group and super responsive, honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely be renting with her again, great person to deal with!

What a great place to rent for a family fun weekend! The house is within walking distance to town, a market, TATE'S!, and restaurants. Laura was super responsive when we had questions. The heated pool was so nice and we cannot wait to book this house again in the future!
