Had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! The pool was a perfect way to start and end our days. Had one little issue and Michael addressed it quickly. He was very responsive and helpful! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful beach house. We will definitely be back!!

Property was a great stay, and we would stay again. Property Manager was extremely responsive and provided great detail before and during the stay. Loved the spaciousness, and close proximity to the beach. You really can't go wrong if you book this property.

This well appointed house (with elevator) exceeded our needs for our three-family beach trip. The large dining table held all of us easily as we cooked the majority of our meals in the kitchen. If we weren’t at the table or at the beach, we were relaxing in the large pool that served as a great way to wind down for the day. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had its own full bath. Michael was very accommodating with our schedule, and he kept us updated on check in/check out procedures. I took a “show of hands “ survey to see if everyone would return to this house another time, and it was unanimous!! We’ll be back!! Thank you for helping us make the best memories!

This is our second year to visit Sea Glass Place! We love making memories here as a family and can’t wait to come back!

Great house and location.

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family, including my disabled sister. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the decks and the pool! Would suggest adding some more towels and particularly having a kitchen towel for drying dishes! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Port A!

Sea Glass Place is a charming, modern, wonderfully located property for a large group getaway. We were 11 in total, split between 5 kids (ages ranging from 6 - 10) and 6 adults. The owner, Michael, was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating! The property looks and feels new. It is very well kept. The three-story residence had plenty of space for all of us to spread out for "alone time" and get together for group time. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor in-ground pool (quite a nice size compared to most of the others we saw) and the large living / dining / kitchen open-concept space on the top floor. The chef's kitchen was furnished with modern, high-end Mongram appliances. And the dining table (right off the kitchen) had comfortable seating for 10. There was plenty of pantry and fridge space for us to unpack and move into. The bedrooms were ample and nicely furnished. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV which was an added bonus. We had plenty of parking for our three cars and two rented golf-carts. The property could've easily accommodated one or two more cars in the driveway. All-in-all, for our first trip to Port-A, Sea Glass Place made it memorable and fun! We would definitely consider this property for a return trip in the future.

Beautiful location, close to beach and shopping. House clean and pool sparkling! Only cleaning issue was most cooking pans/pots needed scrubbing before use. Owner very responsive. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! I can’t say enough good things about the house, location, the view. The pool was fantastic! We loved every minute and never wanted to leave!

Beautiful home, comfy beds and relaxing pool. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The grill is down by the pool. Having the elevator made it very simple getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Very spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The bunkroom is the first room you enter in from the front door. Which kind of eliminates your privacy from people always walking in and out. The full size beds on the bottom bunks were big enough for two people. The side room was nice to have somewhere to put your luggage/belongings. Bring your own beach towels. There weren't very many towels, wash clothes or hand towels though. We had to wash a few loads to have fresh towels by the end of the weekend. Michael was quick to respond when we had any questions or needs. Our family had a wonderful time together. This home offers comfortable common spaces and patios for everyone to enjoy without being crowded. We highly recommend this beautiful home for a family gathering.
