Great location nice common pool area for family and friends! Not crazy about all the cameras when trying to relax on vacation!

Outside pool and patio area are beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed having coffee outside in the mornings. Plenty of lounge chairs and seating outside by the pool. Central location in Marco in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fabulous time. The view cannot be beat. A beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our owner/manager was attentive and addressed any issues / questions.

Very nice location at the end of the street. Very nice views. But This is a 2.5 bath home. Not as advertised. The bathrooms are very rundown. For the high rental rate this home is not worth the money. I would recommend trying to find another place. The property manager was responsive however they did not handle many of the problems we experienced.

Excellent vacation home, located at the end of street with a beautiful waterfront location. The house was large with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Never ran out of hot water and the A/C worked great. First time at Marco Island and will be returning again and staying here at the same location as well.

Very comfortable home in perfect location at end of street. Enjoyed the pool after a full day of fishing.

Other than some issues with the management group and the no WiFi issues, the place is great for a family gathering...

The house was situated on the back end of the court with a dock to sit and fish from. A pool and large patio area overlooking the water as well. Large home with multiple accesses to the patio. Located close to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Easy to get to Naples and all that area has to offer. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 10 (couples mainly or shared beds with kids) a pullout couch wasn’t quite what it needed to be but sufficed for our 16year old. Tvs didn’t work properly in any of the bedrooms. Xfinity was the carrier. Kitchen was missing a few necessities and toaster didn’t work. Super cold A/C in the mornings. The trash situation doesn’t work well if checking out in middle of the week. Trash will sit for the week until it comes again on Mondays. But recycling is twice a week. Plenty of linens for beds and towels for the whole family. Would love to visit again.

My family really enjoyed usage of the property. We have a did not like the lack of customer service by the property management company. When we arrived there was still trash out front (overflowing full bins). There with a huge garage we were not allowed to park in (it was empty). There were locks on every storage area like closets and cabinets. Although when you keep 10,000 rounds of ammo and guns in 1 of them then I understand why it's locked. There was no warning or schedule we were aware of, so the pool guy scared my wife as he was on the property unannounced. The refrigerator was on the fritz was freezing fresh food and freezer needed defrosting. Overall it was a great time had by all. Although it was less about where we stayed and more about the company kept. Should be priced $50 cheaper per night.

What a great home to have the family stay in!!! We stayed in this home for a week. The pool was lovely.  The owner is very quick to reply to any concerns or questions

Oven didn’t work but grill was fine.

House adequate, comfortable beds, and lovely pool. Front door has issues and we got locked out. Disconcerting! Furniture was worn and all sliders were difficult to open and close. Great location with a good view.

House could be amazing but it is not, it is a rundown rental property.

overall, I enjoyed my stay at Villa Marco. The house was clean and had great views of the canal from various rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom was very far away from the other bedrooms so if you had a large group of people, it gave you a lot of room to spread out. My favorite spot in the house was sitting out on the patio looking at the pool and canal. The biggest minuses were that the front door knob kept falling off and you had to keep putting it on to get out of the house. We arrived in the dark and it was at the end of a cul de sac so it was hard to find our house number because there were not any lights on. It could also use some baking dishes and more water drinking glasses.

Spacious, clean, well equipped.

We had a great time staying at this house. It was spacious enough to accommodate both young and old. The view from the patio was beautiful and having the pool right there let us all enjoy a nice relaxing week. Mike was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

House was clean and in good shape. Plenty of seating outside and overall a really spacious house. I would definitely go back to this house. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with.

We Had a fantastic stay. Michael Z. was always available for any questions that we had. House was clean and accommodating. We comfortably slept 10 people. The view on the canal was very beautiful. We saw rays, star fish and dolphins. Thank s again Michael Z.

We stayed at this very comfortable and well equipped home with our 4 teenage and adult children. We loved having all of the conveniences of living in a home from cooking meals and just relaxing with the use of a very nice pool. Located on a water canal, we rented a pontoon boat from Rose Marine and docked it at the house to conveniently load up our gear. You are just minutes away from a Publix grocery, wall-greens pharmacy, gas station, and other shops. One of the nicest parts of our stay was dealing with the owner of the home. He was very easy to contact and very helpful with all of our requests. This is a great home in a great location. We Highly recommend this property.

we wanted to spend a week in marco island just to relax and get away from the hussel and bussel,and let me say we had a great week,this house has everything you can need and more,very clean,very quiet nieghborhood,awesome pool and mike really goes out of his way to make sure there is everything you can possibly need and more,mike is a very attentive owner who cares about your stay,i highly recommend this property if your looking to stay in Marco island,i know i will stay at this property everytime i head that way,thanks again for everything Mike

We looked and looked for hours, trying to find the perfect place for our family to vacation. Then we stumbled up on the Villa Marco Island. We finally all voted and decided on this place. We made a great decision in the end and indeed. Everyone loved this place. The house is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The house worked great for everything we wanted - well equipped kitchen, great and clean pool, perfect Family room, comfy living room with great 60” TV and several flat screens TV’s in the bedrooms, fishing poles and even beach chars and umbrella for our use at the beach. We loved the location and convenience to all the restaurants, grocery stores, gym, tennis courts, beach, ice cream shops and marina. However, we found ourselves becoming more lazy as the week went on and enjoyed staying by the pool all day, soaking up on the sun or sitting on the deck and grilling and at night enjoying the camp fire. My kids loved fishing of the dock and seawall and running around the yard. We enjoyed sitting in comfortable arm chars at the Boat dock, watching the Sunset and seeping cold drinks. My elderly mother was wondering thru out the property with desire to explore and test all the setting areas. The Host Mike, was helpful in answering all our questions. The check-in and the Entry was smooth. The Host provided us with special Entry Codes and we entered in to the Villa Marco Island ( the house). Villa was Air Conditioned and very clean before our arrival. Our biggest pleasure was, that we had a chance to bring our little doge. It all worked out great for us. We came from Europe and never regretted to travel that far to enjoy this house, beautiful water views, wonderful Florida weather, gorges Marco Island and wiled life around us. P.S. Mike Z was a Brilliant Host. Thanks Mike. This is the place that we will come to again and again many times in the future.

We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room and very clean. There were fishing poles on the patio and my daughter loved fishing right in the back yard. We saw a manatee and tons sting rays. The pool was great, it was fun to eat breakfast on the patio every morning. Next time we go to Marco Island we are definitely staying here. I called Mike with a couple of questions and he was very helpfully. Five star all the way.

Nice and relaxing at Villa Marco Island We were relaxing and watching dolphins and manatees, and birds from the private deck as the spectacular sunsets. PRIVATE POOL! The pool is Large and very clean. We rented a boat. It doesn't get any better than this! !180 degrees canal views. It's on a quiet and panoramic tip point of the very quiet street. 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms open kitchen / living room/family room area w / Fire place, dining room, Hi speed WIFI. 60”TV with 100 channels of cable and 3 more flat screens in bedrooms, boat dock. Great restaurants in walking distance, water front dining with a catch of the day. Several boat rentals close by. You actually dead end into the house so it is one of only 2 houses located on this point.190 feet see wall and dock on side canal for fishing Very nice property. We are pleased with the choice and wishing to com back soon with friends. We were very happy with everything and hope that you will have the same filings about Villa Marco Island. Julia Konov. The Villa Marco Island head exceeded our expectations. The facility was very well maintained. Pool was spotless. The pool view along the channel were great… we saw dolphin and even once a manatee and her young swim by the dock. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.?Lots of towels both for the home and the beach.?Property was very clean and everything was to a high standard. Marco Island is Beautiful. Great beaches. Excellent location. Superb dining. Nice fishing spot. We were very lucky with the choice.??Host Mike Z, is a super communicator. He was very helpful in working with us.?Highly recommend to you rent Villa Marco from Mike Z, as we will in the future.?the Princess tour which offers a wildlife scenery (variety of all kinds of birds, dolphins, etc.) from the luxury of a very comfortable boat (lunch and full bar in a restaurant were pleasant additions). Here at Marina you can also take a boat for deep sea fishing or rent a pontoon or a boat. We also went on a airboat tour and saw a lot of birds in the Everglades and alligators (even took pictures with baby alligators). Naples is very close and offers exceptional fine dining and shopping. We visited Venetian village.?We highly recommend this house to everybody and we can't wait to come back.?

We stayed at the villa in April 2014 and had great time there. The location is convenient, everything on the island is just a short drive away. Our kids loved fishing in the canal off the villa's boat dock and were lucky to spot a few sea animals, including a dolphin, a manatee, and numerous stingrays. The pool was nice and clean. There are several orange trees and a mango tree on the lot, and we did pick some oranges for juicing but the mangoes were not ripe yet. Communicating with the host Mikhail was easy and smooth. He is wiry attentive. They were prompt in answering our questions by email and over the phone before and during our stay at the house. We loved it .... a lot.
