We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean condo. Host was very responsive! The property is on the second floor, so there are four sets of stairs to get to the property if that is a concern to future bookers. Thanks Kathy for the wonderful stay and great memories!

This house is ideal for a family vacation! Close to the beach/boardwalk, restaurants and bars. Spacious condo big enough for 2 families. Host is easy to talk to and work with and responsive. Will rent again next summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s house. The condo was clean, fully stocked with amenities. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Check in was easy and Kathy was available by phone for any concerns. We had a great week!

Once again this beach house was perfect for our family vacation. This was our fourth stay at this property and it never disappoints. It feels like home away from home and the location is ideal! I highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a great stay and Kathy her husband were fabulous hosts. Answered all of our questions promptly and even helped us get back in when my husband inadvertently locked us out.🙄 Clean and comfy up-to-date condo that was perfect for our beach getaway this year! Thank you

The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make is upgrade the mattresses. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Perfectly located, this spacious and welcoming beach house is ideal for family fun. This was our third time renting this property and our vacation could not have been more awesome!

The property had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
It was clean, spacious, decorated for the beach vibe. More than generous parking was provided.
Located convenient to shopping, the beach and boardwalk.
We stayed in June so the neighborhood was very quiet.
Our host Kathy was very accomodating!
A huge bonus was the use of the grill!
We were able to eat healthy meals during our stay.

Perfect location tons of parking and extremely clean !!! Kathy is very sweet and accommodating:) She let us stay a whole extra day bc there were NO GUESTS!! Extremely well equipped with supplies …. Will Definitely Return ❤️

This warm and spacious beach house was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and we felt very much at home. Our stay could not have been better and we hope to rent this property again next summer!

The property is beautiful and the decor is so welcoming. My husband, son and his fiancé really enjoyed relaxing, watching college football and the views from the deck. My husband and I were able to take our walks to the wall and the boardwalk. It’s such a great location. The owner is very responsive and left welcoming messages, thorough instructions and recommendations for order in and restaurants. It was such a great end to 2021 and beginning to 2022.

Great condo! Very clean! Only recommendation is to give a key for the closet that the fire extinguisher is located in. Thank his we didn’t need it but if we did we wouldn’t have been able to get to it. Also, the freezer gasket needs to be replaced. Anytime you opened and closed the refrigerator the freezer would open. Kathy’s condo is kept very clean, beautifully decorated and in such a great location! We will definitely be back!

Property is located within a short walk to the beach which is great when you have a large family with little ones. Great home away from home and Kathy was a great host.

The house was very clean, and in a very good location. We were very close to the boardwalk, and the street was very quite. Kathy was very interactive when I needed her. I definitely plan on renting again.
