Very comfortable accommodation. Nicely decorated.

We arrived with a little glitch upon arrival. I called and they were very responsive and fixed the situation quickly not to inconvenience us at all. The stay was very nice and its location to downtown is a great bonus.

A beautiful historic home just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Four bedrooms made for plenty of privacy for our larger group. We loved walking to the bakery for coffee and breakfast before exploring the park and lake.

Me and my softball team had an excellent time at this property. Good location and the hot tub was great.

We came to have a place to stay while celebrating a friends bday. It slept 3 couples very easily and the beds were super comfortable. Only downside I really saw is that the hot tub couldn’t keep a hot temp and just got cold from what I was told (I went to bed and the others tried to use it). That was a bummer but we enjoyed the stay regardless and loved the Christmas decorations. We will probably return in summer to get some use of the cruisers and explore more!

Over all great stay, awesome location. There were hairs upon pulling back two of the upstairs beds and the hot tub did not hold a warm enough temp, hovered mid 90's, to enjoy with cooler outside temps.

This is a charming overall clean, except 2 of the beds had lots of black hairs. We had to wash our sheets. The bathrooms have no locks and the downstairs bathroom doesn't even shut all the way. One bedroom upstairs has no privacy at night the neighbor can see in. More over the door hang up clothes option would be great as there are No closets and at least a dresser in all the bedrooms.

We have rented and booked several places through VRBO to host dinner and game night with family and friends—The home was perfect but the lack off clear communication of house rules and false accusations with no way to dispute extra charges made this experience horrible. The House Rules included no more than 8-guests, animals allowed, children and gatherings allowed. The owner was clearly monitoring us which was fine because we didn’t do anything outside the house rules but our privacy felt invaded. We were also accused of having several more people in the home beyond the 8 and accused of having people in and out of the home at 3am- not the case. For safety reasons two additional guests stayed ( 8 adults total as allowed per house rules) in the home and we were honest and confirmed their stay when owner questioned—never denied and explained circumstance. The owner said they attempted to make contact and lived close by but never had a VM or missed call. Two days after checking out of the home, the owner falsely accused us of breaking the hot tub and charged an inconvenience fee as other renters could not use the hot tub. This was after other guests had already used the property and after the housekeeper had been at the property to maintain it. So I give 2/10- I recommend the owner have clear communication about house rules adding quiet time and require photos to be taken before and after.

Very nice , clean home right in the heart of Coeur d'Alene . A little hard in corresponding with owners/care Takers. Other then that would highly recommend this property.

This was our first time in Coeur d’Alene and we had a wonderful time. The location of this property was perfect, within walking distance to everything we did. Nicole was wonderful in suggesting dinner spots. We will definitely be back!

House was located close to downtown and the lake great for us who hosted daily

The house is very conveniently located to downtown, McEuen Park, City Park, and the boat launch. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful. Thank you!

We stayed there for just one night, an antique house with a great location, a quiet neighbor, we managed to walk to the Coeur d'Alene lake in around 10 minutes. The decoration of house is not my favorite, we like the modern style, but we did have a sound sleep.

Great historical home in walking distance to downtown. Nicole answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The only thing that was lacking was an area to hang clothes in the upstairs bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Only spent one night in this well preserved historic home and was very relaxing. Temporary fix for sagging roof was a little concerning but great location!!

Enjoyed our stay and great to walk into town. Older house, but had a lot of charm. Beds comfortable and host was great.

Everyone enjoyed the event, it was team planning time and was conducive to the event. The setting was comfortable and enjoyable. One person commented that they thought they really thought the artist of the pictures was talented. Everything fit our group well. And the fireworks were a nice touch also!

Charming older home, nice easy walking distance to downtown and waterfront, easy access by bike to the area, not fancy but very comfortable.

Walking distance from downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill, and City Beach. Comfortably accomodated our group of 6. Overall a great stay!

The house was well suited for our family stay. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and organized as well. The location was only blocks from downtown which was nice. Fenced yard for our dogs and a hot tub that was fun. The bed in the master was pretty good, and the other upstairs bed was soft which was good for my daughter. The downstairs bed was firmer and good for my other daughter and her boyfriend. The kitchen was smaller, but had everything we needed. Overall the house was charming and comfortable. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking in this area.

As a family we have spent vacation time in CDA every year for over 20 years. Our stay at this property did not disappoint. The home was clean, safe for young kids and well equipped. There was even firewood for the fire pit and the home was decorated for the season! The fenced backyard and gazebo are the perfect elements for relaxing privetly in the hot tub. Our stay was for four nights. At least once a day we would walk with two small children and a toddler to either the shops and restaurants in midtown or downtown, or either of the two beautiful parks. We never tired of the walk or returning to the lovely, welcoming front porch of this charming home. The location is wonderful. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property. Our family enjoyed it very much and we hope to return!

It was perfect for our girl's getaway weekend. I would definately stay again. Parking is slim, but we all found spots. It would be great for multiple couples, small families, etc...

Close walking distance to downtown and the lake. Comfy and cozy. Had a great time sitting in the backyard around the fire pit. Charming!
