I booked this property because my wife and I expected three other family members to Jon us at different times. Previously we had used our timeshare ownership status to book with the Grand Timber Lodge, just up 4’oclock Road from this property. Both my wife and I had allergic reactions to the rustiness of this listing. Despite my cycling almost every day for three weeks, I could.alleviate the impact of the dust on my eyes. My wife’s eyes only cleared up when she returned home. In addition I was struck that the master bedroom toilet was so low, more suited for an elementary age child than a mature 6’ 2 » adult. All of the appliances worked great and kitchen was well stocked on kitchen utensils. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. Back to Grand Timber in the future.

Location is a nice compromise between reasonable walk to the Snowflake Lift to ski/ride in the morning and a reasonable walk to Main Street in the evening. Wholly accurate listing and good use of space to provide separate beds for a family with adult/near adult children....we all had a great time!

Ample wood in the garage.The pots and pans in the kitchen could be replaced as many had nonstick coating flaking off. Also, the downstairs toilet should be looked at as it struggle to flush several times.Overall great experience and a really good host as they messaged multiple times asking us if we needed anything.

We love the LOCATION of Winter Point, and also the access to a pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and feels safe. The condo is easy to access, mostly clean, and well-furnished, especially in the living room. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. I'm glad they provide a humidifier for each bedroom. The showers and faucets have good water pressure. The property manager checked on us a couple times (via text) and made everything really convenient through texting, which was great! Things I wish were different: The beds are all VERY hard, almost like sleeping on plywood. It's really hard to sleep well, if you are used to a softer mattress. Also, there have been zero updates since (I'd guess) the early 90's. The bathroom tile and fixtures are quite aged. The bedspreads are old and torn, and it just makes things feel a little dirty, especially when paired with the random hair of strangers on the blankets. Also the pillows are not comfortable, they are the kind that inflate around one's head, while one's skull plummets to the mattress. Luckily, we brought our own. In addition, the curtains are all thin, thus letting in all the morning light, making it difficult to sleep in. We used the washer and dryer once, and found that the dryer hose is not situated to blow outside, but IN - to a little box of water, making the condo extremely hot and humid. This was mildly alarming. Is this even to code? Is it safe? I've never seen anything like it, and found it overwhelming. We will just do laundry when we get home. So. We weren't well-rested, but we WERE grateful for a place to stay, a great living room for playing games, and a fantastic location. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip, and will definitely stay at a Winter point condo again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. There have been zero updates, so it is not fancy. The king bed was extremely firm, with down pillows. Plenty of room, and the living room furniture is comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio + balcony. We were a little surprised to find no spices or anything in the kitchen, probably an effect of the pandemic. We love this location, and it had everything we needed, just a little surprised at how old everything seemed. But it all works, and we had a great time!

Very close to lift and downtown. Clean property equipped with what is needed for a good stay. Excellent communication with property management team. Would definitely stay again. Could use a refresh of kitchenware (pots and pans).

Property was as advertised. Close to Snowflake lift and could ski 4 O'clock run to just across the street. Highly recommend. Accommodated 5 adults comfortably.

Really great spot. 5 min walk to the lift/ gear rental office. 4 o clock run drops you off across the street from the unit. Hot tubs were nice too. Main Street is about 10 min walk so no need to ever drive. Management company very responsive. Rooms had humidifiers which was nice touch given how dry it is vs where we live.

This 'home away from home' is incredibly warm and welcoming. We enjoyed family time in front of the fire place as much as we enjoyed going into town. Lots of room to spread out with 3 floors so everyone had space to call their own. Wonderful location close to town and great skiing! Pool and spa a quick walk away for relaxing. Snowflake chair is only a 3 minute walk. See you next year.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying in Winterpoint 20! Wood fires at night, good movies, lots of room to spread out. The boys loved the separate bedroom with the bunk bed, laundry machines right off the kitchen. And yes, we timed the walk to town. From the back door to Fatty's Bar is 6 minutes 15 seconds. The snowflake chair is less than 3 minutes! My son got first chair everyday that week! Met some real nice people at the pool from Scotland, Australia and Switzerland. Having the attached heated garage was extremely convenient too, you can drop the ski gear just inside the door and head upstairs for dinner, and items in the car are always in reach no matter the weather. Plus being able to ski down the 4 Oclock run right to the condo was great for lunch everyday, the boys just came back and ate whenever they wanted. Five stars for this stay.
