We stayed at this lovely property over Thanksgiving and could not have made a better choice. The Villa was spotless, check in was easy, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms were very spacious. The pool area and views are gorgeous and taxis were available whenever we needed one. We used Cabo Adventures for excursions and were really happy. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful property, a perfect place to stay if you’re in Cabo. Very inviting very helpful. Very comfortable close to all the attractions. Everything you would expect from a five-star resort.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Choice of several pools, many restaurants and a short walk or drive to Cabo San Lucas and the Marina. The personal concierge, Armando, helped us with the transportation and booking day trips, last minute usually as we had trouble making up our mind! Would love to plan a return trip!

This was truly our dream vacation the villa was luxurious. The beds and furniture were amazing the view from the balcony was gorgeous perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook, we did have an issue with the microwave not working but it didn’t interfere with our visit. The staff were super helpful and most enjoyable to speak with they gave us great tips on the best authentic dinning (Thank you Oliver). The pool area and service there was also excellent. The valet was always available with a ride to anywhere we needed to go the onsite market was convenient and had everything we needed. Armando our personal concierge was very attentive. We had a wonderful stay here for a week with our two teenage daughters. The villa was beautiful. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing, cooking and storing meals. The rooms were all spacious as well as the bathrooms with plenty of closet space. The beds were very comfortable. The resort location was perfect, the grounds were well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We made sure to get to the pool before 8am to get loungers. We only ate poolside from the grill and thought the food was good. The host was easy to work with and provided lots of great info regarding activities, transportation and restaurants. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again.

Firstly the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. This is a unit at a full service resort so you have a bellman, room service, and poolside service available to you. Unit was very well appointed with everything you need. Was a great trip. Will stay again!!!!!

We had a great time in this villa! The property is beautiful, the food is incredible, the beds were very comfortable and the host was very helpful in planning our stay (giving tour, transportation advice). We loved our stay and would definitely love to return!

Stayed here with our 3 teenage daughters, we felt safe and had everything we needed close by. Staff was great, food was great and the small market/deli (close by) came in handy.

Our family had the most wonderful Spring Break week at Sarah’s property in the Villa La Estancia resort. The condo was spacious ,well appointed, had comfortable beds , and featured a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed many meals outside. The grounds were immaculate and the resort staff was so helpful from the concierge and pool staff to the gym managers. We spent most of our time by the pool - heated pool, lounge chairs, and even a swim up bar! If we wanted a change of scenery , the beach was just steps away with plenty of lounge chairs . It was so nice not having to lug chairs or towels down the beach or pool - it was all taken care of so you could truly relax and enjoy. We traveled with our girls (ages 6-14) and they enjoyed the resort immensely too! It’ll the vacation was just perfect and the villa & resort property were the highlights of our trip!

Excellent property - nicely furnished & comfortable, great view from balcony of property, pool & sea. Only downside is the cruise ships that anchor straight off the resort's beach block the view. Would stay here again.

Beautiful large villa with all the amenities we needed for our Cabo vacation. Nice Mexican decor and very comfortable. The pool was perfect; heated but refreshing. The resort and grounds were so well kept. Resort staff was amazing: bell staff, pool staff, housekeeping, lobby and everyone in-between. Location is perfect: close to popular bars and restaurants, yet quiet within the resort.

The 2-bedroom was very spacious and super clean. The decor was classy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we used to prepare some of our meals. The beds were comfortable and great water pressure in the primary bathroom shower. The patio was a great place to relax and see some breathtaking sunrises! The property owner gave me a timely response when I emailed her some pre-trip questions. High recommendation for this property…wish all our future travels included lodging like this one!

We return here every year because this is a lovely condo in the beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is nicely furnished. Our host is always easy to communicate with making our vacation relaxing and worry free.

Sarah’s unit is first class! Great amenities throughout! We were able to have breakfast, Lunch and dinner on the large patio everyday. Exceptional views of the property and ocean. Rooms were clean and spacious. We will be back!

The room itself was outstanding. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the patio was my favorite. I highly recommend booking with this owner. The restaurants at the hotel were overpriced and the service was not great. All lounge chairs at the pool and beach were full of towels by 9am every day. Towels were not removed from the chairs the entire day even when no one was on them. It was disappointing. We have been to Cabo many times and because of the restaurant issue and location being a little too far to walk multiple times a day to town, we would not stay at the Estancia again.

This place was amazing! Already planning our trip back here. Location was perfect! Taxis were 9 dollars and a 5 min drive to downtown. We walked on the beach to mango deck. It’s very quiet on our beach and not to many people trying to sell you stuff. I loved our resort and was very glad we were there over the other two resorts. They were more in the shade and loud music. People were so nice. The food at the pool was amazing! We did room service one night and the rest we took taxis to see downtown. Room was huge and we cooked breakfast every morning In there. Loved the sun chairs on the patio in the mornings and played cards on the porch every night! The six hot tubs were so nice as well. Loved it here.

Overall great stay. Easy check-in and the property is very clean. Staff is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Booking and communication with Sarah was very easy. Lovely condo with a pretty distant view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bed very comfortable. We were 4 adults and plenty of room to relax inside and out. The staff at Villa La Estancia are wonderful. We did a lot of walking in and around town and also used Uber. Uber can only pick you up on the other side of security gates but they can drop you off at the entrance to your hotel on the return. Very safe and well kept resort.

The villa was outstanding! Two bedrooms with two queens in one and a king in the master. Perfect setup for families! Fully stocked with everything needed. Easy check-in and great communication. Would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and even better than the pictures. The view from the balcony was incredible. The location of the Villa was perfect. Close to hotel lobby and pools. Comfortable beds, cold AC and lots of room. We are already making plans to go back and will definitely stay here again.

What can I say but what an amazing experience at Villa La Estancia ! Upon arrival you are welcomed home and that’s the feeling you get though out the resort. The villa was so clean and inviting you might not want to leave and enjoy the rest of what the resort has to offer, but by all means do get out and explore. The pool, the beach the restaurants all great !! Taxi’s are at the ready to take you downtown which was super convenient. Or a nice walk if you’re a little more adventurous. Back to the villa, so comfortable with all the amenities of home. Spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large patio as the sun came up over the resort with those beautiful ocean views. If you’re looking for a home away from home in CSL this is THE place.
