Great location

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very well equipped and the location by the pool and beach was amazing. This area of Cayman has an amazing neighborhood feel where we could relax away from the cruise ship crowds.

This is a wonderful property with the most fantastic views. The unit had absolutely everything we needed.

We tried to book late at night the day BEFORE we arrived. Owner said she would need more time for cleaning before she could rent it. We asked to book it for two days later and we’d find a hotel for one night. When we landed, she had hustled to have the unit ready for us THAT DAY!!! That was just the beginning of a great vacation. The owners were accommodating and quick with responses. The unit is VERY nicely updated and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect. If you’re looking for partying all night long, you may want to look at 7 mile beach. If you’re looking for a family friendly beach and pool, close to many of GC’s attractions and tourist spots, this is it. The yacht club next door is perfect for a nice, but casual dinner and a couple drinks (try the coconut crusted fish with the curry sauce.....SO good!!!). . We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

We stayed in the condo for 2 weeks and it was fabulous! It is everything described, and more. Definitely get a rental so you can explore other parts of the island, as this location is more remote-exactly why we chose it. Rented kayaks from property manager for much less than next door. Couldn't be more pleased with the property and would return in a heartbeat!

The unit itself is in superb condition. It was extremely clean (as was the condo complex) and had everything we possibly needed. We also got very lucky in that it seemed to be an off-week so we practically had the complex to ourselves. The restaurant next door was great - we didn't make reservations for the beach BBQ and didn't realize how busy it got with the boats coming in, so unfortunately couldn't sit on the beach that night. The area as a whole is great, and had a great time travelling around the area most days. We'll definitely be vacationing in the Caymans again and will hopefully be able to book this again.

V easy low maintenance condo. Convenient to Kia I and starfish. Owners and manager were v helpful and responsive.

The condo was beautiful inside and out! My family and I enjoyed our stay and rate this place a perfect 10! We enjoyed being close to many tourist spots but away from the hustle of Seven Mile Beach. Every night we walked to Starfish Point to watch the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed eating at Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill adjacent to the condo. We arranged a deep sea fishing charter and the captain was able to dock at the Kaibo Yatch Club also adjacent to the condo. A great day on the water where my husband and son caught a 55lb Wahoo. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen in order to prepare some of the fish they caught! Everyone we met at the condo were so friendly and nice to talk to. Lying on the hammocks watching the boats on the water was so peaceful. We definitely plan to return in the future! Thank you for your hospitality! Kind Regards, Laurie

The condo is large and very comfortable. Having private beach access in a few steps makes this a gem. The owners more than deliver on their description and we will most certainly stay there again.

The place was clean and updated. The location is great so close to Yacht Club, Rum Point. And water taxi to get back and forth to Camano Bay. The beach just outside the condo was a great relaxation spot to start and end our days!

We rented this unit for 4 days and had a lovely time at Kaibo. The pool and beach are literally a stones throw from the unit and our kids loved playing at both. The real gem for us was being a 10 minute walk on a quiet road to Starfish Point. A great spot for families with toddlers and young children. The water is calm and is a great place to learn to use a snorkel and mask...not to mention see Starfish!! (Tip: Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds). The condo was great spacious two bedroom that was well equipped (especially the cooler for excursions). We used the beach toys and borrowed snorkels and fins.. the bikes looked nice, but the kids bikes were just a bit to big for my little guys, so we feel have to come back next time to use them. We had a few small issues but Barbara was quick to resolve them and the owners were quick and helpful to respond to questions. Kaibo itself is a bit remote (which we really liked), with the nearest full grocery store being quite a drive, but that wasn't an issue if you planned accordingly or minded a 30-40 minute drive.

We loved the condo, the property, and the beach. Kaibo is next door and the food is awesome. We will be back soon.

Our stay at this 2 bedroom condo was absolutely fantastic! The newly renovated ground floor condo has everything you need with the beach at the back door and a infinity pool steps away. It is bright and spacious with a screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and beach. The Kaibo Beach Restaurant has a great little shack to get coffee and pastries and 2 full restaurants with great food, one beachfront casual and the second is one of the best restaurants on the island. There is a weekly BBQ with live music that shouldn't be missed. You can book tours to all of the sites like Stingray City, charter a fishing boat or take the water taxi to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach all from the marina at Kaibo Beach Yacht Club. One of the many nice amenities is the short walk to Starfish Point were you can walk in the ocean with the Starfish at the white sand beach. A little further away within walking distance or by car is Rum Point with its beachfront lunch spot and bar. The photos show what a great property this truly is offering all the amenities of home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing beachfront holiday.

If you're looking for a quiet relaxing week, the condo is perfectly located in the Kaibo Yacht Club area; a beautiful large main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet with plenty of space; additional bedroom with 2 beds, large closet, kitchen area which the condo owners have kindly supplied all the necessary cooking / kitchen ware; brand new washer/dryer/ toaster/ Kreurig Coffee machine (love the blue colour)...all you need is supplied. The condo is very clean with a spacious sitting area and a Lanai. I enjoyed my coffee each morning in the Lanai ...watching views of the ocean and boats arriving to pickup nearby guests for Sting Ray City/ Snorkelling, etc.... A community pool is within steps from the condo, as well, within close proximity are the Coffee Shop and Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant. The Beach BBQ each Tuesday night at the restaurant is amazing offering a large buffet; live band; dancing; limbo....we all had a great time! I would not hesitate to recommend the condo...I'll be back in due time...thank you Mike and Sandra for allowing us to share your home. Kindest regards Maddy:)

We loved our stay at this condo it just received remodeled bathrooms and new paint which was really nice. Place has it all wifi ,pots,grill,coffee maker etc etc .The porch is super nice i spent every morning and evening just enjoying the view . The area is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. It's only a short drive up to rumpoint for some of the best snorkeling on the island. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning someday my self
