We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. It was difficult to get assistance with parking and in touch with someone left as we left some really expensive AirPods in the room. But the location and unit was wonderful.

The kitchen was filled with roaches! When I called to complain, the woman on the phone didn't seem surprised nor did she seem to care. They supposedly sprayed twice while we were away. Did not affect the roaches one bit. I called again to voice my concern, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. If it werent for the roaches, the stay would have gotten a bit of a better review. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. They did fix the upstairs toilet that wasn't flushing well. The condo is nice and seemed pretty clean other than toilet and showers needing a good scrub. The full size lower bunk bed was terrible but the kids managed. Parking here is horrible.The rental agency describes the parking situation but in reality, it is worse and horrible. If the units are full, you probably won't be able to park.very tight parallel parking. I called after we checked out and got a person that seemed concerned about the roach situation. She apologized and said we could get 10% off our next stay. That will not happen. We will stick with sunnyside tennis resort. The best thing about this condo is proximity to the beach and the balcony off of the master bedroom. The roaches ruined everything else. Now, I can only hope we didn't bring them home with us.

We spent a week at this property with eight people from three separate families, and it was a fun stay. The location is amazing, and the beach is extremely nice. We loved how close we were to the Gulf and had an awesome time seeing tons of things like a manatee, birds fishing, and even dolphins!However, the beds were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. One of the frames had a broken support board under the mattress and was practically unusable. The staff were very responsive, and I appreciated their communication when addressing the issue. The other beds were usable but with minimal comfort.Overall we had a wonderful time and would return in the future given the chance. We might pack some mattress toppers or extra pillows.

The condo was great! 3 bed 3 bath. Living room, dining area plus bar stools, kitchen, extra refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, garage and a parking space. Main level bedroom can sleep 5 ( 2 double beds and a twin), upstairs bedroom can sleep 4 ( 2 twins and a double), the master has a large king bed. A full size air mattress fit in the living area beside the dining table. The garage can fit 2 cars if needed, and there is a parking space outside the garage. The garage has a door to the beachside of the condo for easy access to chairs and toys. The master bedroom and main floor both have balconies with plenty of seating. The pool was a short walk down the deck and private. Our 6 kids, ages 12-22, used the pool every night after we returned from dinner, it was nice and quiet. The beach is also a short walk from the condo deck, it’s close to the rinse area and path to the beach. Get out early and setup and come back to condo to pack cooler and get kids ready. No one messed with anyones things. We found lots of shells and the ocean was beautiful. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and baby sharks. We will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Vitamin Sea. The place was exactly as advertised. We arrived and used the garage code and door code provided to us. We found the place very clean and ready for our stay. We never had to interact with anyone for any issues or for information. Everything was provided to us in advance.Vitamin Sea was spacious and well maintained. Oceanfront, quiet location
This is a quiet area of the beach! Beautiful sunsets everyday from your balcony. We have stayed in several of the units in this complex, but this one is more outdated and under stocked than most. We grabbed a few pans and things from nearby store we needed, reset the internet while there,, and brought our firestick. We enjoyed our stay. The reviews are pretty accurate, but if you go knowing that there are not "extras" it is a nice option! Plenty of space for teenage kids and adults too! Excellent location!

Didn’t expect any of this
We paid for a beach front rental at The shores through Blue Swell but when we got there the beach was fenced off and they had pipes and bull dozers on the beach. I paid for an extra day so we could be on the beach a little bit. People should be told ahead of time that they are putting more sand on the beach or get a discount. People pay extra for beach front property but if the beach is closed off you could pay less and go across the road. We also had no ceiling light in one room so we had to use lamps. If things couldn’t get any worse they had to work on the garage door and we had to move are car somewhere else. After we thought it was fixed the next day they came back and one of them just walked in to the town house while we were in it. The guy seemed nice but it’s the fact he just walked in.

Two burners were rusted out and one burner missing with grease all around area on front porch. Hope they replace for next guests to use. Furniture all worn out in Living room and TV’s not clear. Bring your firestick it really helped. Kitchen was clean and appliances nice. Stairs creaked so bad going up and down. Bathrooms need updating. The pool was clean but two tables had busted umbrellas. Laundry room is located in garage and not the cleanest. With some updates this place could be amazing!

Solid Townhome
Overall a positive experience but the property could certainly use a little TLC. Solid location near Rosemary downtown and shopping.

Disappointed
The location is great, and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach. However the property was a disappointment and was not as nice as pictured. The beds were very uncomfortable, chair in living room was very dirty, master shower liner had mold and mildew all over it, which is such an easy inexpensive fix don’t understand why it hadn’t been replaced. Needs to be sprayed for bugs as we had several in kitchen and living room. Several areas had mold like master bedroom and garage.

Overall great place
Love the location for sure and I've stayed at other units in here this one was the oldest by far. Needs updating and a deep cleaning. I only had 1 issue and it was taken care of right away. I love dealing with this company they are always helpful and quick to reply.

We had a great week at this property! Any problems we had were very promptly taken care of and access to the beach was amazing!! The only problem would have been parking had we brought trucks!! Since we brought midsize SUV’s tho there was no problems at all!!

Steps to the beach
We loved this property. The views of the water from inside were stunning. The walk tot he beach was just a few steps. We were all back and forth between the condo and the beach during our whole stay. We cooked and grilled during our time there. This part of the beach is perfect, with little to no other people on the beach, allowing us to pick the perfect spot to set up. We will definitely be back next year!

Steps from the ocean
The rental was clean, but definitely needs updating. Chair in living room needs to be thrown out, showers on second floor need to be scrubbed, both had mildew. Master bedroom tv could not get to work. Only two parking spaces. It is very convenient to Rosemary and Seacrest.

Good location
Property had pluses and minuses. Plus side the layout was great. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots pans etc. I was disappointed not with the view, it was perfect, but rather the obstructed view. You could not sit on the lower deck nor the master bedroom deck and see the ocean view. It was obstructed by the wood railings. I understand it is probably code and matches all other units, but that being the case if it were my unit I would put some money into outdoor seating that would seat you higher than the railing. In another note the check in was fine except the entry lock box is in a place that takes a while to figure out. We finally did but it was frustrating.

Amazing stay right on the beach!
Location and views are unbeatable! Catching the sunset with a glass of wine on the porch and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves from the master bedroom was the highlight of our stay!
The property has some mild cosmetic water-and-tear, but it was clean and had all we needed for our 6-night stay!

The Hurricane Vacation
I enjoyed my stay despite arriving on the same day as Hurricane Zeta, but luckily it stayed to the west for the most part.
I enjoyed the property, clean, nice floorplan and lots of room. Washer and dryer are in the garage, to which through you enter the townhouse with a quick landing and stairs to the spacious main level. Beautiful balcony with a great view. The 2nd level also was quite nice, an adequate master bedroom (mattress feels a little old) and a nice, but not overly large master bath (if that matters to you, being there alone gave me plenty of room). Big closet, lots of room to hang and shelve your belongings, with the luggage stand a nice element within the closet. The kitchen is nice, roomy fridge, standard range and dishwasher (note, there is a kitchen starter kit in the home that included a single dishwasher pod, and a travel size bottle of dishwasher soap - so do bring some with you or plan to spend any real amount of time in the kitchen cooking, dining, etc.
Enjoyed my stay despite managing to break my foot upon leaving the property due to being a clutz and carrying a large suitcase down the stairs, but I would return again. Beach was clean, uncrowded beautiful sand, shells and calm waters (post-hurricane) at this time of year. Enjoy your stay.

Great access to beach
Postive- good location, roomy, had extra fridge and freezer in garage.
Negative- this place needs some updating, beds not too comfortable, only TV that worked properly was in living room. Upper deck furniture needs to be changed off from living room deck. It is too big for the space given to actually sit there.

Perfect Location
We loved the location of this property. Great view. The garage is a plus. A little dated, but this wasn’t a big deal for us. The property seemed very clean and was very roomy! A ton of storage space. Lighting could have been better in the upstairs bunk room. All in all, we would stay here again!
