We enjoyed the property but there were two major issues that we feel was not a pleasant experience for the price. We had bugs roaches and lady bugs in the rooms and kitchen. Also there were nails sticking out of the carpet that injured my boyfriend and his son went through his thumb and foot. I was not a happy camper.

The house was everything and more for our unexpected extend family gathering. Plenty of place for us to relax and unwind. Anthony was quick to respond and very respectful. Great location as well! Thanks again for the memories we will be back again and again! All our best, Linda and family

We rented this house with friends for the pool and spa- which met our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi and entertainment worked well. The property needs some work otherwise. The faucet on the sink was not bolted down and was taped, which doesn’t work well with water. The owner said he ordered a part overnight, but it never arrived for our 5 days. There were holes in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was broken, and other small repairs that would have been nice to have done before renting. The place was not very clean and the landscaping was overgrown. We saw 3 mice in the house. Garbage was overflowing the trash cans on the side of the house when we arrived and smelled. The owners did come and remove it on trash day. Despite that, the layout of the house allowed us to have a great visit with our friends. Relaxing in the pool was very nice.

We had a great stay here. The house was a great size and we were able to spread out. After the horse show we enjoyed chatting poolside or soaking in the hot tub.

Very well furnished, comfortable house. The pool/hot tub were fantastic! Lots of towels, insulated plastic cups, and other comforts. It is in a subdivision so we were sensitive about being too loud.

My experience was exceptional. Anthony, the owner was easy to contact and responded promptly before my arrival to the property. The house was everything you see online and more. The character of the owners shine through their home. I rented this home to celebrate my daughter graduation from the University of South Carolina. Leading up to our arrival we loss a loved one, gathering at this home with family away from our home is what we needed to take our mind of the heartache and celebrate this momentous moment. I would definitely rent this home again and would encourage others to do so. Thank you Anthony for opening up your home to me and my family.

I thought that the price was good for the house but not after the extra daily charges to heat the hot tub and the pool. House and pool were nice.

The house was great for the birthday weekend. The pool, spa and outdoor TV was the highlight of the trip. The one down fall that we had was that the house wasn't as clean as it should have been. The ceiling fans and in master bath had a thick thick build up of dust. Pay attention to the small things. We could tell they had dogs and other pets. But overall we would rent again and we recommend for a great family or friends trip.

I stepped out of the mayhem of 2020 and into the haven of a Florida centered oasis where I felt like we temporarily left it all behind! One of my best stateside birthdays ever! Everything we needed was their! Owner was prompt and super responsive! Not a single negative! Oh and those beds and that gym were handed to earth from angels!

We celebrated our mom‘s 90th birthday at this house and it was an Exhilarating experience. The house is plenty big enough for the whole family and the pool was the highlight of the weekend. We had a glorious time I would not hesitate renting this house again. The owner was more than accommodating in any of our needs or questions and that was very much appreciated. You definitely would want to see this place!!

We had a great time at this property!! It is just as pictured in the photos and was the perfect size house for 10 of us to safely celebrate my upcoming wedding. Before we arrived Anthony had already notified me that the previous renters had dropped the remote in the pool and gave us clear instructions on how to run the features from the control panel. The electricity wasnt working in one of the upstairs rooms but as soon as we notified him he came out and fixed the issue immediately! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and being so helpful furing our stay!! We had so much fun and I would definitely rent this property again and will recommend to anyone interested in a safe place to vacation during the pandemic! Thanks again and GO CATS!!

We needed a chance to have a relaxing pool weekend close to Atlanta for a quick get away. This place was perfect! Beautiful and fun pool area and comfy home to relax.
