Great property for two adults. View of the bay is awesome. Very clean and included many of the day to day necessities including sheets, towels, soaps, shampoo,etc. Location was great for a mid winter stay. During the summer season it would have been a bit far from the ocean and would not have been convenient if that is important to you.

We loved this picturesque condo right on the water. Beautiful sunsets, lovely neighborhood and neighbors and only a few minutes walk to the beach and to restaurants. Spotless and comfortable

My husband, son, dog and I just returned from a few nights stay in Dewey. This condo was the perfect size for us. It's located right on the bay and within walking distance to the beach. There is a bar on each side of the condo along the bay that does play music, but we actually enjoyed sitting outside and listening to it. We did not hear the music inside the condo, so it was not disruptive. We did use the crab trap, which was fun for our son to see. Details of what was expected and the check-in/check-out process was well communicated by the owners. I would definitely recommend this condo/unit to anyone visiting Dewey with a small family and/or dog!

This condo is meticulous maintained. The owners have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is stunning, and private beach and grounds for pelican cove are a nice oasis. Close to everything in Dewey.

The location is amazing with private peer for fishing and awesome view on the bay. However, the Northbeach night club is too close to enjoy all of it. The loud music and noise starts at 3 pm and last until 1 am making it impossible to rest at night and even enjoy the evening in private area outside. The property is not maintained well, cleaning standards are not the best and past due for renovation and redecoration.

The condo was very cozy, with a beautiful bay view. It was located in a walkable area where we could let our dog run on Dewey Beach.

The property was as advertised. Very neat and clean. Easy check-in process and the keyless entry worked perfectly. Right by the water for fishing and the private beach is a great spot to enjoy tea and a book in the morning. The sunsets are amazing. I would definitely rent again.

The condo is exactly as described. Location is great, walkable to everything in Dewey. The private beach area is a lovely place to have your morning coffee or evening nightcap. It was nice to see the sunsets too! The hosts include a bottle of wine and delicious coffee for guests, a very sweet gesture. Thanks you!

Restful Time
Nice quiet time at the beach within 20 feet of the bay. Friendly neighbors. Removed from the traffic. Walked the entire week to all locations.

Wonderful time on the Bay
We had a delightful time at this lovely condo. It had beautiful views and connections to the bay. We loved the bird watching. And it was a very short walk to the ocean. And walkable to many restaurants and easy drive to many fun adventures. We would definitely stay there again. We went in February which is off season and It felt very safe and was quiet.

Views are the best!
Our 3 night stay was everything we hoped for and more! The unit was perfect for my husband and I and it was located within walking distance of the the beach and lots of restaurants and a short drive to everything you could want or need. Bathroom is newly updated and the shower is awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes but could have used some regular size spoons.
The scenery however, is what stole the show. It was absolutely wonderful to wake up to the view of the water and to sit and watch the activity on and around us. It provided the relaxation I craved.
Our host was available for every question and was quick to respond. We will certainly consider staying again if we are ever back in the area.

A lovely and quick getaway
The property was just like the advertisement - the reality was just as lovely as the pictures. Steps away from the bay, a few minutes walk to the beach. It was a great opportunity to sneak away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy nature. The property was updated, clean and all amenities were there for us. The view from the condo was amazing. Thanks for the respite!

Dewey Beach Property
We have a nice time. Great view of the Bay, walking distance to the Beach. Beach was beautiful. It was Spring Break (which we didn't realize) so many people on main street but we have a nice time. Our puppy Bruno loved the beach :-) We will visit again soon.

Great intimate condo!
Great intimate condo that is 5 minutes within walking distance of the beach! Perfect for small families, especially those who are adventuring out on their first family vacation. The condo was the perfect size for my family of 3. The owners do a great job keeping the space clean and have awesome house rules to keep it in great condition. The bottle of wine upon arrival was a great touch as well. This was also great for our 9 month old because the owners provided a travel high chair, crib, etc. so we did not have to pack these items which gave us extra space in the car for other thing. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Peaceful and relaxing
Perfect little getaway. The cottage was very clean, well kept, and had great bay views. Location was great as well, close to the beach and all restaurants. We will book again.

Great views of Deleware bay
We recently rented this property,although the space was small,we never felt crowded. Our dog enjoyed the private beach and beautiful sunsets right from the house. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and even left us a nice bottle of wine. House had all you need for supplies as well as plenty of condiments. Short walk to public beach with plenary to do

Perfect location
Fabulous view...felt like we were on a boat, the water is steps from the door! Walking distance to sandy beach/oceanside too, and in season plenty of restaurants and grocery close. We had to drive to nearby Rehoboth in April to eat/shop...but it was worth it to have such a quiet stay before the crowds come! The place is small, but has everything you need. Bed is super comfy.

Perfect Winter Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, immaculate home! We had gone for a weekend away, and we’re treated with super water views, both from the bar in the kitchen and from the couches in the living area. The beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the great shopping and restaurants of Rehobeth are very close. We highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay just 2 blocks from the beach and waterfront on the bay with an adorable sand patio. Very private and quiet. Bay view and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay, Water View
Beautiful spot on the bay in a welcoming, friendly private community. Quiet and relaxing. Two blocks to the beach. Newly refurbished condo with everything you need. Towels/sheets and bathroom amenities helpful to cut down on packing. Very clean, especially for dog friendly (no hidden dog hair!). Responsive and helpful owners. Recommend 100%.

Amazing
Second time renting. Cannot say enough Cat and Paul are great to rent from. The location to the beach and bayside are awesome. Everything is easy to walk to and much quieter than Rehobeth. Our Greyhound dog was comfortable and was easy to do potty. If you are looking to chill out and truly relax this is the place.

Didn’t feel welcome
While the property itself was nice, upon receipt of final confirmation we found that towels and sheets would not be provided, which was a surprise. We were also informed of a number of fees included as a result of not abiding by the extensive rules enforced by the property owner. My fiancé and I followed the rules but could not relax feeling as though we would run afoul of the rules and be subject to large fines such as a fine per beach chair if not placed back in the closet as found. As there was no flexibility expressed, we supposed this to mean a fine if the chair was placed just as neatly outside the closet as in it. Overall, not a welcoming feeling at this property. I’ve used VRBO a number of times and have not had this experience.
