House was super close to Starr Pass golf course, and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. There’s lot of sitting room inside and outside, and a huge dining room table for all of us to eat together. Hot tub was a plus; wish I had brought my kids bc they would’ve loved the trampoline—but alas, this was a kid-free trip, and it was nice to relax with just the adults. Fariba was a great host, very helpful and available when we needed her. We thought we had left something there after we had gone, and she was responsive and so helpful in looking for it. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place that accommodates lots of people

As a group of retirees, we enjoyed this property and it’s location. The proximity to golf at Starr Pass was ideal. The neighborhood was excellent and close to all amenities. The home was clean, and bright, and well appointed. Fariba, the host, was always quickly available to us and responsive to our needs.

Pros: Beautiful home. It is as advertised.... a mansion with highly ornate decorating. I appreciated the friendliness of the Host as she gave a detailed tour at check in. Kitchen has every dish and appliance that you could possibly need. Cons: Minor issues .... I'm glad for the detailed tour because she showed me where to find the towels. They were in a closet by the entry way instead of in the bathrooms... except the masterbath had towels in it. I wouldn't have thought to look there. It would have been nice to have toiletries similar to a hotel. A small shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The kitchen is wonderfully supplied ... but the dishes and glasses were all glass or otherwise delicate. It would have been nice to have some that were more casual. The house is beautifully and intricately decorated with vases, statues, etc. We were all very mindful of the placement and delicacy of the items, and showed respect and care for all of it... kind of like being in a museum. It is not a place to kick up your feet and relax. Major issues: My siblings and I were gathering from around the country for my brother's 80th birthday. My brother lives in Tucson and has raised his family there. With all of my siblings and their spouses together, we totaled 8 who would be staying at the house. A much better option than individual hotel rooms. This beautiful home is advertised for a capacity of 16 house guests. I thought this was really great because it would be large enough to accommodate a two hour Sunday afternoon visit from my nieces and nephews who live in the area. But, at no time would we exceed 16 people in the house. Much to my surprise, I was billed an additional $400 for the possibility of having them stop by for a couple of hours! Important to note the "No Guests or Visitor" policy. Needless to say, we made other arrangements for the gathering.... a picnic at the park. It was lovely, but not what I had planned when I booked this large home. The $400 charges were removed from my account. The end result was we didn't spend very much time at the house.... ate breakfast then gone for most of the day, returned in the evening to talk around the kitchen table and then sleep. Found other interesting things to do in Tucson. My brother who lives locally opted to stay in his own home and was only at the house for a couple of hours on the day of check in. So there were only 6 overnight guests and no visitors.

Great place with lots of room for our Church youth group with plenty of room to spread out. The place was very clean with a large kitchen to prepare our meals. Would recommend this house for groups.

We had a total of 5 people stay. it is a wonderful home in an upscale neighborhood. Felt just like home. We were in town for a convention. we will definitely book again!

We booked and paid our non-refundable fee just before Covid hit. The host revised our stay dates to the following year so we did not lose our payment. Very accomodating.

Communication from Fariba was perfect and she stayed in communication all week when we had questions. The home is spectacular located in Starr Pass with every amenity imaginable and a gourmet chefs kitchen! Thank you and we will see you next spring! Thank you for everything, Robert

We had a great experience at this property. Eleven of the women from our golf club enjoyed our stay. We had enough room to practice line dancing, play card games and have large group, as well as small group conversations.

Not what we expected!

Easy access, convenient location, spacious, nice hot tube, patio heater was nice for the cool nights.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 people. The owner met us at the house and showed us around. She was very nice. There was enough space for everyone and lots of toys and games to entertain the kids. At the end of the day the adults relaxed in the hot tub. It was close enough to the snow and Trail Dust town so the kids enjoyed the car ride. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Perfect house for 8 golfers!

The house is a showplace. We had a great time in Tucson The house is well maintained and clean. There were just three things that were drawbacks the single bed in the master bedroom is really not a bed just a settee and that forced another to climb up the spiral stairs to the crows nest. The shower in the master bath has 9 heads but only one worked and had a weak stream. The freezer door would only open less than a foot and made putting ice bags in difficult. Overall these things did not deter us from having a great experience on our trip Farbia you have a beautiful house Thank you

Our group of lifetime friends (50 years plus) travels for a long weekend retreat every year. We were met by the house manager when we checked in. She gave us a tour, explained how things worked, like the Jacuzzi and the television. And left us a 27/7 telephone number in case something came up. Outstanding service. This house was excellent. The two cooks in the group raved about how well the kitchen was outfitted. Every type of utensil, pots, pans, glassware etc. that a group of 10 could need. The bedrooms were nice, lots of bathrooms, large dining table and plenty of living space. Jacuzzi worked perfectly, ping pong and basketball, Outdoor BBQ with plenty of propane. 2 garage spaces as well as off street parking. Close to stores and golf courses. Just a short putt to the Tucson Airport. The owner was very quick to reply to the half a dozen questions we had prior to locking in our vacation retreat dates. Clean up / shut down / check out was a fairly simple short list of items. I really wish we had stayed longer as I arrived back home very relaxed. I would recommend this house highly! It should be on your very short list when looking for a place in Tucson, to gather with friends and family. Thank you for having us in your home.!

Perfect location.

You must see this Star Pass prosperity to fully appreciate the attention to detail. From the large formal living room and dining room, to the professional kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, we enjoyed our stay and slept beautifully. Our host was attentive and very accommodating to our group's needs. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to being repeat visitors next year.

We hosted a family reunion here and we loved it. The house was beautiful and our out of state guests loved the surrounding saguaros and hiking trails. Plenty of room for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at the house with our group of young female cyclists. There was plenty of space for all the girls, and it was awesome having tons of room to do yoga in the living room, store bikes in the garage and cook huge meals in the kitchen (and there were plenty of bathrooms so no lineup for showers after rides!). We had a great stay—would absolutely go back!!
