Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is well located, it was not clean, we could not open all the windows, the bathroom outside has no light and needs cleaning.We paid $195 for cleaning what for?I would recommend this property to my friends but not in summer, without air conditioning is too hot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location with easy access to the beach and lake, short walk across the bridge to the shops and cafes. Property was well maintained and very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we entered the house it smelt musty. On further inspection we found mould all over the inside of the windows. When entering the bathroom we found the shower curtain covered in black mould as was the ceiling in the bathroom. The toaster did not work properly and the dryer did not work at all.
