Clean, tidy and cozy. Great place to stay!

The house was well stocked with all dishes and cookware you could want. Beautifully decorated and very cozy! Salida made for a wonderful weekend trip from Denver and staying here was great.

The house is quite comfortable, and we found the kitchen setup to be good. It was also convenient to have the parking off of the alley. The river and the shops and restaurants near the river are all very walkable from the house.

Loved this house- from the location to the amenities to the cosr- this house was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. Everything you needed- they had thought of.

Nina’s Place was a great setup for a family of four like ours, and it basically had all the things we needed. We loved it being so close the park, library, grocery store and restaurants.

The property was clean and fit our needs for a weekend stay for a family of 4. Enjoyed our time close to Monarch Ski Resort and Princeton Hot Springs.

This spot worked well for us as it was close to the downtown area.

We loved our stay at the “little blue bungalow”. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen and dining area. The beds were comfortable and rooms more spacious then we thought, in fact the house felt bigger then we thought it would be. We also enjoyed the short walk into town. We would stay here again when we come to Salida!

Clean, well laid out, and close to the center of Salida.

Well kept and generally had all you need. Could use extra tissue on hand, but minor inconvenience. Enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located in Salida, this is a very clean and user friendly house. Plenty of room, great back yard, comfortable beds and very well stocked and easy to use kitchen. Property managers are wonderful. Deer roam the town and one morning had a doe and fawn in the back yard.

Our stay at Nita’s House was awesome! Very clean property. Everything you need was there. Nice back yard with a place to part your car off the street. Neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of downtown or some of the businesses on the main hwy. We were there to ride bicycles so we parked the car when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left.

Long overdue vacation was ruined by the inaccurate info on the site which describes the property as air-conditioned. There is a small window unit in the room behind the kitchen which does not cool the bedrooms at all. It was like an oven with record heat that week. Management was cooperative and brought 2 large box fans but indicated the owner refuses to purchase ac units for the bedrooms. It was 97 and took almost 2 days for the house to cool down as many windows have sheer curtains and no shades so no way to block out the sun. Sleeping with a box fan blasting in our faces for the 3 nights we were there was awful and resulted in us not sleeping well at all and me getting sick. Climate is changing. Air conditioning is a necessity. We never would have stayed here had we known there was no ac in the bedrooms. This was a really awful experience for us and although management gave us a discount it was not enough to make up for the truly awful experience of staying in this hot little house. We do not recommend this property and will not return.

5 stars all around. Excellent location, accuracy of photos, cleanliness, check in and out, and the little touches of Salida (art work, books, etc.) were a treat. Very comfortable beds with rooms that offer black out shades (if needed). Awesome yard. Look forward to returning.

Located close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood, this home is tastefully decorated with art from local artisans and feels "homey."

The home has nice interior features, remodeled kitchen, baths, rooms. We wanted to be close to downtown for this trip. We walked to shops/restaurants during the day, but at night, it felt better to drive. Spent several hours in the back yard patio area reading, having drinks & watching the deer eat in the yard.
