We chose this property for a family getaway with 8 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 1-14. The outdoor space was the selling feature for us. We took full advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub. If the kids got bored of that (which they really didn’t) they had plenty of other options of entertainment to choose from (pickle ball, basketball, soccer and ping pong). The outdoor seating areas and kitchen worked so perfectly for our group. Dan was a responsive host and really thought of everything guests would need. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and gadgets we needed for cooking home 4 out of our 5 nights. Linens were also provided which was a huge plus. The bedroom downstairs housed our older kids but definitely ran warm. Dan was kind enough to come over and install fans which helped with air flow but if you or your child runs warm, it wasn’t the most comfortable sleeping temperature. We really enjoyed our stay and the house made our family trip quite memorable.

I rented Dan's property for my family to stay in for my wedding in Bridgehampton. Dan was an excellent host and his house/yard was a great place to stay. Only small note is that the pool never felt as though it was heated.

We were very happy with our family’s experience renting this lovely house over the summer! The house was very clean and suited our extended family of 9 and 2 dogs extremely well. We were welcomed by Dan the owner upon arrival and it was a nice touch that he was available to give us a guided tour and answer any questions before our stay began. He even left us ingredients for S’mores which we thoroughly enjoyed one night around the firepit. The fenced in backyard was absolutely perfect for the kids and dogs. Any down time the kids could be found enjoying the resort like pool and hot tub area surrounded by a brand new trex deck. It was great that this area also had a fence around the perimeter of the pool which avoided any chance of the dogs potentially jumping in. In addition to the pool area, the kids loved playing on the custom basketball court everyday as they love to hoop. The central location of the house was another big plus and it felt like everything we normally do when vacationing in the Hamptons was just a short drive away. Overall a great experience and will definitely consider a future return visit to Dan’s house!

Our family had an awesome stay! The absolute best part about this home was the amazing outdoor spaces. The front porch, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, covered patio area, dining veranda and fire pit were a hit with our crew. The owner, Dan, thought of every detail and was extremely accommodating. He communicated with us promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was immaculate and included sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. There was plenty to do for the kids - with lots of sport activities and a diving board. This was a truly relaxing family vacation where we made lots of memories!!!

Property was great. Clean, updated. Great kitchen and backyard. Kids loved the pool, basketball court, soccer net and all the space in the backyard while the adults enjoyed the deck space. Perfect place for hitting the beach during the day and barbecuing and jumping in the pool and hot tub afterwards. Our stay ended too soon.

We were a large family group with many young children. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was great. All kinds of sports equipment was provided; the pool was lovely and kept the children very happy. The house was cool and comfortable; air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Property was as listed plus updates. Perfect for families with children with many options of games and activities to choose from. Great kitchen, well equipped. Easy communication with a responsive owner. Thanks Dan for a great week.

We had a great time at Dan’s beautiful home! We had 7 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 3 to 12, and we had plenty of space to hang out inside and out! The backyard felt like a resort. We enjoyed the new deck and fire pit, the pool and the great lawn with soccer nets and a volleyball court. I would highly recommend!

Starting with the good - the backyard is very spacious. Lots of room for the kids to run around and play. The porch is also lovely and a relaxing place to sit. The house is very conveniently located, only 10-15 minutes from just about everything. The owner was also generally nice. Moving on to the not so good. The property was passable, but not particularly clean when we arrived - used bars of soap were in the bathroom and dirty dishes were in the cabinets. There is a toilet that makes a very loud whistling noise, which would wake us up at night. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable, I had to buy a mattress pad just to get some sleep. Despite what the listing says, you will not have access to an 85 degree pool, as the owner does not give you access to the pool heater yourself. Finally, on day 3, he agreed to turn the heater on during the day, but the pool is too large to effectively be heated. The new trex decking is beautiful, but gets so hot in the sun, you’ll burn your feet. Wear sandals! The basement has a sort of damp smell and the bedroom in the basement is the only finished part, so you’ll have to walk through an unfinished basement to get to the bedroom. Definitely not the best bedroom for kids, so just be aware of that.

The photos do not do justice, this home is Beautiful. The yard is huge, the salt water pool is delightful and inside the home is just perfectly updated and spacious. This home easily became the home of my family of 13 (ages ranging from; preschoolers, teens, young adults and adults) and our mini schnauzer. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling and eating our family dinners at the the huge outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. There is literally space for everyone to not be on top of each other. Mr. Sullivan (property manager) is pleasant, easily accessible if needed via phone and provided info on local destinations; beaches/shops/etc. This was our first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t be happier with the time spent in this home! It was the best big family getaway!

My family of 7 ( immediate and extended) just stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. The backyard is perfect for summer stays and even more perfect for children. It was by far the highlight of our stay. The pool is beautiful and the grounds were kept so nicely, with a perfect patio situation for a bigger group. I really cannot say enough good things about the backyard and pool. The house was great, the only thing to call out is the 5th bedroom in the basement is a small finished area in a unfinished basement. So not ideal for young kids, which was where we initially were putting our toddler. But small glitch in the overall setup and the children's room upstairs has two beds so it was easily fixable. Dan was such a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive and came to the house a few times which was really nice. We had an issues with WiFi and Dan worked to fix it until the very end of our stay and was incredibly apologetic even though it was obvious he was at the mercy of the cable company. We would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone, especially families with young kids.

This property has a cozy cottage feel. It was ideal for our family (ages 1 to 78). The outdoor space is magnificent and well maintained. We all loved the pool! There is ample seating on various outside areas. We spent alot of time under the pergola because of the heat. The front porch is beautiful and welcoming. There is a fridge outside to keep water and drinks in. This was great to have. The kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded and beautiful. There is also an outside shower which was great for all especailly the kids. Dan was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definetly stay at this property again.

A great place for never ending outdoor family fun! Plenty of space and places for the young and old. Dan was super responsive and accommodating!

Had the best time here with my friends and family over the July Fourth week. Great yard for activities and a pool that one could dream over. With a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, group coordination was never better! One could tell that this home has been loved by the host family and we as guests loved it right back. Hope we can come back and stay again next summer!

Lovely outdoor property. House well suited for a multigenerational family. Upon arrival, though, there were no instructions for WiFi, trash disposal, operation of outdoor lights, or operation of TV remotes. However, Dan was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely rent again!

Dan's house is everything he says it is and more. The pool is wonderful, the deck (a third of which is covered so that you can enjoy the outdoors even if its raining) has lots of sitting areas and a large outdoor table. The rooms are well appointed and there's a private den/5th bedroom downstairs that was a great place to hide from the family. Location is perfect: A short drive to bay beaches and ocean beaches, Southampton and Sag Harbor. Will definitely visit again.

Dan’s property was amazing! We had a large group- 3 families, mixed from adults and kids down to toddlers and a baby. The house was fantastic… large, open floor plan. The dining room and kitchen was more than adequate to accommodate all of us, and the kitchen was one of the better stocked houses that we have rented. Dan was super attentive and able to resolve the very few issues that we had. That being said, the house itself was only part of it… the outside space was phenomenal! The driveway had a painted half court basketball court and tons of space for the kids to scooter. The backyard had a beautiful, fenced in pool, plus an enormous yard… there was a full size soccer goal, a sports wall, and just tons of space to play anything and everything. The outdoor “beer” fridge was a plus! While there were not the kickball bases that were in the listing, there was more than enough space and highlights to make this house amazing for both kids and adults! Would definitely recommend for a large, outdoor-loving group!

The house has great space to spread out a large family gathering for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We took advantage of the pool for all ages. Great outdoor space. we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great location, the house was in close proximity to several beaches and different towns. The yard was perfect for the dogs and we spent most of our time at the house on the outdoor deck and patio area.

Dan's property is everything you could want for in a Hamptons escape. Perfect for families or a couples retreat, the property was immaculate and has everything you need to enjoy the Hamptons properly. The beautiful pool (with diving board), amazing fenced in yard (great for our dog), movie room and renovated kitchen all made for perfect amenities during our stay. The house's proximity to Sag Harbor (15 min), Southampton Village (10 minutes) and the beaches left us with amazing options when we decided to leave the house. Additionally, Dan was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire process, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. If you're looking an excellent Hamptons retreat, look no further.

We stayed here for a week with family and had a great stay. The property is great with a perfect pool and a huge lawn for the family and dog to run around. House was well stoked with the core needs and the location is perfect to get around the Hamptons without getting caught too much in the craziness While we had some issues while there Dan was more than accommodating and worked hard to make the stay a great one

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this house. Our grandchildren were in heaven with the beautiful pool and the grounds. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. The area is beautiful and the house is very, very nice.

Dan is a great host who communicates and responds promptly. He takes good care of his property (and clean!) and makes his guests feel comfortable just like home. Highly recommended.

This house is just perfect for a week in Southampton. The house was clean, tidy, had more than enough room for 9 adults and a dog. It had all the kitchen/bbq amenities you could ask for and the backyard is huge; plenty of room for activities and the pool was the perfect place to cool off. The location of the house is perfect; just a short drive/uber to the beach, town and wineries. The owner, Dan, was super helpful with all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave!

Our family had a wonderful experience renting this property. The house was immaculate upon arrival and contained everything we needed for a week away. Dan was a superb host, promptly responding to every inquiry. While we visited with a small group, the backyard provides ample space for larger families: expansive yard for soccer/running kiddos, heated pool, lounge chairs, couches, and more. The first floor bedroom/full bath is perfect for visiting grandparents. The second floor provides plenty of sleeping space and a newly remodeled bathroom. Child proofing allowed us a relaxed stay (gates at top/bottom of stairs; child locks on stove, extra gate around the pool). The house is secluded enough to provide a quiet getaway, yet just a short drive (10-15 min) to everything you need (shopping, restaurants, beach). We highly recommend booking this home.

Our family had a great time at Dan's home. We were traveling with two sets of grandparents and 2 young kids ages 2 and 6 and everyone had a great time, especially in the huge backyard and pool. The house was well-equipped, spotless and Dan himself was very responsive anytime we had questions. There was a leak in the house that was dealt with quickly and Dan went out of his way to fix it and even offered us an extended stay even though it was a complete fluke and was not his fault.

I rented this property in July with my four children and a few of their friends. I also had friends stop by to socialize and relax. All were impressed with the house and the setting. The kids played hoops, soccer and whiffle ball, in addition to the hours spent in the pool! Our mini golden doodle fully enjoyed exploring and running around the spacious and fully fenced backyard. The proximity to the village made it easy to head to the beach, bike around town and have a nice meal at one of the local establishments! The entire experience was enhanced further by Dan’s quick responsiveness when I had a minor question or two regarding the house or its amenities. The only complaint was that our week went by too fast, but hopefully we’ll be in a position to return again next year!

Dan and Michelle were nothing but great from beginning to end. They were avalable for questions and kept in contact during our stay. The pool was great. There was a fence around the pool, which was comforting since we have a toddler. The property was a nice size with plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Everything was clean in the house and ready for us when we arrived. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and not too far from town. We had a great stay!
