This was our first time staying in Caldera Springs. This home was perfect for our three families. The layout was ideal for grandparents and kids. We will try to stay here again.

We have gone to Bend every winter for the past 8 years and have stayed many different places including Mt Bachelor Village Resort condos and houses in Sunriver and this house was by far the best place we’re stayed. The layout was perfect for two families that included 4 teenagers and beautifully decorated, comfortable,, and super clean and organized. We would love to be able to stay here again.

We visited after Christmas, looking for a few days in the snow with our three college students….just a few days alone with them before they head back to school. We didn’t get any snow but we had a great time. The house is beautiful and cozy! It was such a treat to have it decorated for Christmas. I must say the house was exceptionally clean! The kitchen stocked more than any other home we have rented. We even completed one of their huge puzzles and played some games. Even though my kids are older, there was an elf in the shelf and they had a blast moving it for their siblings. All the little touches made it so nice!

We spent 3 nights here over the New Year holiday and enjoyed every moment. Suzanne was great with communication before, during, and after our stay making sure we had exactly what we needed. The house was still decorated for Christmas, which added a magical element to our stay in what is a beautiful, clean, and well appointed home in a great location.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this lovely home in Caldera... My group of 8-10 gals have always enjoyed this home, perfect spaces indoors and out. Bikes + Hot Tub are always a hit!! Thanks, again!

The house is spacious and beautiful, perfect for multiple couples/families with kids. Hosts were great with communication (they helped us book a year ahead of time) and left the sweetest welcome gift. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the house had everything we needed to ensure everyone had a seemless and fun experience. Thank you!!!

I had a VERY disappointing experience at this home. Upon arrival we noticed a slight mold smell, upon further inspection we found the washing machine was filled with mold…SEVERE MOLD with a horrible stench! I immediately called the cleaning team as per the instructions at check-in and the cleaning person confirmed that she had not cleaned the house. She indicated she had not cleaned the home because the owner had been staying there; as a result, the owner would have been responsible for cleaning the home. I then went through the home, and it had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time and the oven was filthy…I could not see through the oven-door glass. As a result, I spent the first few hours of my vacation rewashing all the bedding, dusting throughout, sanitizing the washing machine, and cleaning the oven (2 bottles of oven cleaner) - mind you I had to buy the cleaning products that evening as this home had NO cleaning products. I talked to the owner the next day and she was “very offended” that I would think her home was not clean. She tried to turn the conversation by asking if I had read the wonderful reviews her house has received; I said I had but at this point I think you may have written your own reviews! The owner then again tried to deflect by pointing out it is an older home so what did I expect? I EXPECTED A CLEAN HOME! I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this home...unless spending 8 hours cleaning is your idea of a fun vacation!

My family and I enjoyed a great vacation here. House is clean and well maintained, and was extremely comfortable for four adults and three kids. Location is great — very close to the Caldera Springs club house and Sunriver proper.

We had the best stay! House has everything you might need for a great stay. All the adults had their own room with bathroom and kids had a fun space to sleep and play. All went really well. Can’t wait to go back!

House is ideally situated and comes with loads of bikes, a two-seater pedal car, ping-pong, pickle ball equipment and pool floats. Lots to do right in the neighborhood - golf and biking, neighborhood pool and fitness center. Be sure to go to Quarry - the neighborhood pool. It's got a water slide, two hot tubs and food/drinks delivered at poolside. Wonderful long shelf for toddlers and no need to take towels - huge fluffy ones as well as recliner covers provided. The house is about a 2-minute drive around the loop to it, or if the whole family is old enough a short bike ride. Teenagers can easily bike there. The big SHARC pool is often crowded, so this alternative is great. Plus, there's a great small kids park just a walk across the drive from the pool. Amenities in the house are good - laundry room includes a small ice-maker, which was great during the hot weather. Kitchen is well-equipped. BBQ is a smoker type that makes great steaks. Two patios and a nice hot tub for evenings after little kids are in bed. Suzanne is a wonderful hostess and the house cleaner is super conscientious and easily reachable. Honestly, I'd give this house 10 stars.

We spent Easter weekend at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the property and the area. If you enjoy walking, biking, going out to dinner or just staying at the property and visiting with your friends and family, you will enjoy this property. The house is beautiful and very nicely furnished. We enjoyed seeing elk and even a coyote out the windows of the home.

Great experience. House exactly as advertised. No access to an indoor pool in the winter is the only downside but otherwise a perfect stay.

What a wonderful home! We had a great time visiting Crater Lake, Bend, Sisters and Klamath, CA. Caldera Springs is an excellent base for these day trips. The community is quiet and provides a great place to relax. If you're a walker, the development is a perfect place to get exercise. You'll find the home exactly as described. Suzanne is a wonderful host. 3 King Beds and bathrooms in each bedroom is a HUGE plus. Kitchen has all you need to cook - but why cook, there are great restaurants in Bend and Suzanne's book of Things to Do/Places to Eat is very helpful. If you are traveling to the Bend area, don't waste your time looking for a place to stay. Book Suzanne's home and invest the rest of your time planning your trip!

Suzanne's house was amazing. We all loved everything about it and it could not have been more homey and beautiful at the same time. There was nothing lacking in the home and we had a fantastic time in Caldera Springs

Due to an injury my wife and I were not able to enjoy Suzanne’s home. The other part of our group were able to make the trip and enjoyed every minute of this home and location. We had multiple FaceTime’s and we’re able to visit with our family during their stay. They were very pleased with everything and noted they would love to do this trip again.

This home is set up perfectly for groups/families. There were 10 of us - grandparents, adult children and grandchildren - and we loved that each main bedroom had a king size bed and it's own bathroom. The loft bedroom for the kids was perfect as they prefer individual twin beds rather than the bunk bed setup you usually find in a rental. All of the bedrooms are nicely seperated from each other. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong in the garage. We didn't use the bikes or pool passes because the weather was a little chilly, but it's nice that they're provided. We would stay here again.

The host was terrific and clean. Great community. The host was great at communicating and very welcoming.

This property is very well appointed for cooking and for having fun cycling the trails. We also loved playing tennis; and especially enjoyed the hot tub after an active day out. We saw many deer right from the back patio. Really a lovely home and location.

The house was beautiful with good amenities (bikes, hot tub …) The area has plenty to offer - great walking and biking trails, not far from Bend and areas for hiking, golfing and biking. A pleasant family vacation.

My brother and I rented this wonderful home to celebrate our father’s birthday. The home was beautiful and very well appointed. We rode bikes, played ping-pong and just really enjoyed spending time as a family. The beds were super comfortable and it was so nice having three master bedrooms! It was so fun seeing the elk in the morning. We’re super excited to come back next year! Thank you for everything Suzanne!

Suzanne's house was perfect for our group! Very comfortable beds, linens, and sleeping arrangements. A key highlight was the herd of elk that visited nearly every morning (~7am) and every evening (~5pm). They liked to graze on the grass behind the neighbor's house, so we were able to get several close up photos. I loved this house in Caldera because it backs up to such a beautiful natural area and is close to the walking trails. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed - including a rice cooker and amazing waffle maker. The fireplace is very warm and creates a cozy environment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
