We just finished an amazing month at Bozenas home. It is exactly as pictured and as others have stated, it is a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to everything you would need. We walked everyday over to Siesta Key. It was a nice 30 mins walk over the bridge onto the island. When we wanted to go to the beach, we would drive over to Turtle Beach. Siesta Beach is beautiful but we found Turtle to be easier to access and went daily. Bozena was quick to answer any questions we had and we would definitely want to book here again if we decide to come again to the area. Truly one of the best rental we have had and we have had many.

Close to beaches and stores but quiet walkable neighborhood. 1 block from catholic church well furnished.

The Air Antena for the TV was complicated and didn’t work well for us….other than that, great place!

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, in a great location. The neighborhood is very well maintained. Bozena was so nice to deal with, she was very responsive to any concerns. If we return, I’d stay again at this property.

This place met all our needs. It was is a neighborhood that is safe to walk. Neighbors were very friendly. The house itself is cute and well equipped. The host, Bozena, is delightful and very quick to answer any questions. What I appreciated most was how easy my mother, with very limited mobility, was able to get around. We brought her transport chair and heminwalker. The layout of the house made it really easy to navigate even with the chair. The shower has only the slightest step down(maybe half an inch) and was large enough handle the entire household taking a shower at once. Luckily we did not have to test that theory!😁 It was also very conveniently located to a lot of stores and restaurants and close to the beach. We look forward to returning ro visit again and hope to stay here.

The home was clean, cozy & beautifully decorated. Back yard is very private & the neighborhood was quiet. Carport was nice to keep our vehicle out of the hot sun & easy access to the door to the house. The only concern I had was a visit every night from a pair of racoons in the yard. They walked the fence line every night & a few times darted under fence. However, we just never knew when they would be back or come closer to us. It was kinda scary & kept us inside more then we wanted. Otherwise, the home was beautiful & comfortable. Close drive to the siesta key beaches too.

The place to stay! Located in a beautiful deed restricted Gulf Gate community. Beachy vibes and very elegant. Bozena was very helpful and was excellent in responding almost immediately with any questions or concerns. I would absolutely rent this property again and will refer anyone I know who plans on renting in the nearby area. Thank you again, Bozena!

Beautiful house! The master bathroom was awesome huge! Huge backyard! Looked just the pictures! The owner was very nice!

Had a wonderful stay! The property manager is so nice and so accommodating. The beach is so close without all the traffic and noise.

Nice location , quiet , well kept residential area.10 minute drive to beaches, plenty of different restaurants..Could have used an outdoor hose for clean up from the beach and perhaps a better grill if you plan on BBQing as we did.

Very clean well managed property, owner Bozena was very helpful and pleasant to chat with no need for anything well stocked and more, go to the beach items , patio items , bicycle , nice washer, dryer , was close to siesta key beach was really within 5 min. . The neighborhood was very nice and shopping , resturants just outside residential area, the best pizza place is SAL'S try it , honest the best pizza . We will stay here again.

I spent 8 nights here with my husband and toddler. The space isn't huge but was perfect for us! Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and shower is nice. The backyard is very nice and was great for our son to run around and for us to sit in the sun. It's a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks perfect for taking a stroll. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and toys and also the short distance to the beach was great. Everything seemed to be as the pictures showed and Bozena was great to work with! We would stay here again!

I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Sarasota/Siesta key. Located in a great neighborhood which is on the quiet side but that was a good thing. Secluded back yard. Updated and very cute. Love the master bathroom! Bonzena was very welcoming and accommodating. Home had everything one would need. Great accommodation very close to shopping and great beaches. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to COVID but Bozena was very accommodating and understanding of our early departure. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to be your home away from home while in Sarasota. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

Where to start! I would say the #1 thing we were so happy about finding in this well-appointed home was the beach tent identical to the one we have at home. It lets us stay at the beach longer vs. sitting unprotected in the sun. I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were coolers, blue ice in the freezer, bug spray, every kitchen utensil/pot/dinnerware that could possibly be needed, a gas grill, etc. Bozena’s home is so lovely and comfortable. The back yard is wonderful to sit in and we weren’t bothered by bugs. A nice quiet neighborhood but is SO close to lots of things. It’s a great place to be in terms of accessing beaches, restaurants, and other sites to visit. To be honest, I was worried that I was going to be disappointed that we weren’t staying right on the water. But it was no big deal, it’s a 10 minute drive to the closest beach. The house is so great to stay in, it made up for it and it never even crossed my mind that I felt like I was missing out. You probably won’t get parking at Crescent Beach. No problem, just keep driving down that road, almost to the end you will see a sign for Turtle Beach, turn right. Plenty of parking and public restrooms. Some days we drove down to Venice to the beach there for a change of pace, it was about 20 minutes or so. I will say that you probably would need to get to any public beach a bit earlier on a weekend day. During the week, it was no problem. If you need to run out for a quick meal, don’t hesitate to go to Gecko’s, you’ll see it at the corner of Gulf and Tamiami, very close. The food was consistently good and they have outdoor shaded seating. On Monday’s it’s $5 hamburger day! Bozena texted us to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. She is very kind and accommodating, you can tell she takes pride in her home. We will MOST definitely be back, we hated to leave. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest and most well stocked home we have rented. Thank you, Bozena!

Love this house! Clean, modern, located in a residential area, close to Siesta Key & shopping, restaurants. The only problem for us: no outside dinning table with chairs in the shade, or an umbrella! We came from up North to enjoy Florida weather in April (from 42 F, to 80 F) & the only shaded place was in the Carport! We hope to return soon to a nice outdoor table with 4 chair and an umbrella!

The property was everything we needed and just as it was described. We are hoping to return to it next year! The neighborhood was quiet and close to all that we needed. We chose this location because it is close to where our daughter lives, and she liked the property as well.

Very clean unit with all the amenities and extras that you will need. It seemed as though every time someone forgot something, it was added to the inventory at this unit. Great appliances and all the comforts of home. The master bath shower is cool.

Thanks ever so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything was provided and it was very clean and comfortable. The back yard was private and relaxing. The neighborhood was quite and lovely. There was plenty to see around the area incuding the Mote, Spanish Point, Jungle Gardens, and and Selby Gardens. We biked on the Legacy Trail which was wonderful! The local restaurants were excellent and so were the beaches! Thanks so much for taking such good care of us and answering any questions that we had. We highly recommend this property. It was a rare find and we loved our stay!

Nicely remodeled home that had everything needed other than cable tv but we found a family sports bar for our team sports. Very convenient location to get to beach, golf courses, sightseeing, and shopping. Enjoyed daily walks in quiet neighborhood and nearby church area.

This amazing house is located only five minutes from the beach! all the appliances are brand-new and it looks like the house was just remodeled in the past few months, a lot of nice furniture's, 2 cost bedrooms with comfortable beds! By far the best Airbnb rental I've experienced and I travel a lot

My boyfriend and I had an amazing extended weekend stay at this house. It's a short drive to the beach (5 minutes), and let me tell you, that's the best beach in the US. The sand is white, soft, and comfortable to walk on. The house has 2 large bedrooms, and it looks like it has been recently remodeled. The living room is large, comfy sofas, cable tv with Netflix. The shower in the master bedroom was AMAZING- a walk in shower with a waterfall, very high pressure. There is a 2nd bathroom in the other bedroom as well, for those of you who have children etc. All the kitchen appliances were new, and we had a great time cooking everyday. The place is very quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Grocery stores are very close nearby, as is an LA Fitness. We also ate out a few times, there are many restaurants nearby to choose from. Our favorite one is the WaltsFish Market. We cannot wait to go to Sarasota again and we will definitely be choosing this rental again!! Thank you for everything!
