The only problem we had was the check in process. Make sure you check email and have code to get into room. Once that was resolved it was great.

Loved that this property was steps from the beach, in a quiet area, and a great eating spot was 2 blocks away!

This property is right across from the beach! Nice location and is walkable to restaurants. Nice to have a pool to use!

Pool was warm, view is great, condo size is perfect for 4 adults & 2 children.

We were very happy with the stay - just a few minor things to mention. We could have used more forks, and I was sent an incorrect pool access code. And the hair dryer does not work. Other than that, all was good. Thank you!!

Happy to say this condo did not disappoint. Fresh,clean and so welcoming made our short stay so enjoyable. Perfect location….next time in Destin,we know where to stay.

I will start with the positives first. This condo is beautifully decorated and clean. It has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It has every beach accessory you could possibly need: chairs, cart, umbrellas, floats, and toys. The downside of the condo is the refrigerator was making a loud rattling noise from the moment we arrived through the day we left. The owner did have a repair man come look at it but it was not fixed. The condo below this one was being renovated the entire week of our stay. They turned the water off to this condo while we were trying to take showers 2 days in a row with no warning. That was extremely frustrating. They started drilling and pounding at 7:00a.m. Every Single morning and it lasted all day. We were not able to sleep in or take naps. The drilling was ear piercing loud. This was very unfortunate and made for a lousy stay. The owner had no control over this but it is not something we wanted to have to deal with on vacation especially given how much money we paid to stay there. The condo itself could use some updates. The appliances are very old, the cabinet paint is cracking and peeling, and the walls need painting. If you want a good beach view and a central location, this condo is sufficient.

Very clean and nice unit! Short walk to the beach and the view was amazing!!

The closet under the stairs had a great supply of chairs and boogie boards for the beach--that was really nice to not have to bring or go out and purchase these items! The pull-out sofa wasn't super comfortable, but it was nice in that it allowed our kids to bring friends on the trip. Very clean place and an excellent location in the heart of Destin!

Property is as advertised. Nice and clean, directly across from beach, excellent location. Close to many restaurants, easy to get everything. I would definitely recommend this property. I would most certainly stay here again. The one thing i would advise is that you bring your own bath towels so your not having to do laundry on your last night. Especially if you like taking a shower in the mornings.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! It's so beautiful and you are closer to the water than it appears in those pics. We had 3 adults in our group and had plenty of space. And we were so close to lots of shopping/food options. Communication with the property owner was always quick and so helpful! Thank you, Fan, for letting us stay at your beautiful condo! Not only is the condo itself beautiful and well kept, the location is amazing. The beach is directly across the street (public access). There are many wonderful restaurants and shops very close as well. Coffee on the balcony watching the beach was amazing. Thank you.

Our stay in Destin was great. Condo was just what we needed. Everything was in close proximity to either drive or ride. Condo was close to the beach. All restaurants were that ate at were excellent.

Perfect location, clean, and owner is very responsive. We will defiantly stay again.

This property exceeded view and location expectations. We had a great time and the beach is a very short walk from the condo. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family friendly. We did have an issue with the code on the door not working one evening when we returned from dinner, but the host responded right away to my text and was able to reset it remotely. We didn’t have anymore problems with the door lock after that. The host apologized and stayed in contact to make sure the new code was working. We got a $50.00 refund for our trouble which was very appreciated, but unexpected as the issue was solved within minutes of reaching out. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic view and location.

Condo was neat and clean! We loved seeing the ocean all day from our balcony. I gave a 4 star because the pool was closed all week and we had no knowledge of this issue. We had small children excited to swim. No compensation was offered except for us to find another condo with an open pool and they would give us a refund.

Are hosts were delightful and very attentive...we appreciate their help and understanding... everything was perfect!

Everything was good! Location was perfect check in was easy and property manager was always available. The only issue we had was the ice maker didn’t work but maintenance man came in a timely manner but was unable to fix it right away. . Would highly recommend this location!!

We ended up arriving earlier than planned and they were able to accommodate with no hassle. It's a cozy stay with a gorgeous view from the balcony!

The only thing I’ll change is having to wash towels or anything else when it’s a 120 cleaning fee being paid! Other than that everything was great!
