This house was perfect for our family! It had two separate living areas that suited all of our needs well. It was a quick walk to the beach and the private pool was a great for the afternoon cool off. Carol was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to stay agin next year! Thank you!

The property was lovely: very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. It was a very short walk to the beach access, which was so convenient. The 2 living areas offered ample seating areas for teens and parents to spend time apart.

Carol’s house was beautiful! We loved the layout and 2 living areas as well as the outdoor decks overlooking the wonderful pool area. The kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Very convenient beach access close to the house. Carol was easy to communicate with as a host. Highly recommend this house for a stay at Ocean Isle.

We had a fabulous week and enjoyed the rental property! Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the two separate living areas! If I could add anything I would have a few beach chairs to share and a couple extra throw blankets for the living areas.

There were 9 of us; 3 young kids and adults. The kids loved the bunk bed room! All the adults love every part of the house! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, black out curtains up to date(very nice) appliances and lots of little extras! I really could write so much more about this house..great pool, great decks with awesome deck furniture! Carol,host, communicated on a timely manner and made sure that anything we needed or any questions were taken care of! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Outside could have been cleanlier. A lot of flies due to that. Also, another refrigerator maybe even outside. Hard to fit groceries for 4 families in that 1 fridge upstairs.

We had a wonderful experience at Carol's house. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated that this house was close to the main beach access. The views of the ocean on the top floor were amazing for this location.

A great stay in OIB
We had a great week at this property. Home was very clean and well kept. It was a very short walk to beach access, maybe around 3 minutes. Every bedroom has a bathroom with the exception of a Jack and Jill bathroom for the top floor bedrooms. We also appreciated the half baths on each level so you didn’t have to walk steps or go through a bedroom to use the restroom if you were hanging out in a living area. We had a lot of fun at the pool and playing on the corn hole boards in the evening. Highly recommend this home. This was our second time to OIB and we look forward to coming back again.

Exactly what we expected
We went on our first vacation, as an entire family...7 adults and 5 kids, 10 and under. Everything was exceptional. The location was just a short walk to the beach and it's far enough from the center of town to keep the noise down but close enough to get there in minutes. The house layout is great and we had more than enough room for our group. We really enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching the sun rise and set. Absolutely beautiful! Although we took toys for the kids, they really enjoyed playing with the books and toys that were already there.
Carol was fantastic to work with. Communication was timely and accurate. I knew all I had to do was text her if there were any issues, (which there were not!).

Perfect for our family!
We loved this property and it fit our needs perfectly with six adults, three children between 3 and 6, and an infant. Each bedroom had its own TV and bathroom giving everyone privacy and a place to relax for some downtime. The outdoor space was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool!

Home away from home!
We fell in love with this property as well as Ocean Isle. This was our first time visiting and we were very pleased. The house is clean and very spacious! It is filled with books and a feeling of home. You just feel “at home” when you enter. It’s a short walk to the beach! We were scheduled to go the Saturday after the Hurricane hit. I connected with Carol throughout the week to ensure everything was still a go. She was prompt and so kind! We were able to go that week and enjoyed our time there tremendously. Carol is so genuine and kind and truly wants you to have a pleasant stay. Be the time we left we felt like it was our home. =) We look forward to staying here again! I recommend this property and owner 100%!!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Spacious for the Whole Family!
This house is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy a week at the beach, comfortably! The kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, blender, crockpot, etc. you need. The furniture isn't your typical beach rental type, but rather very nice and comfortable. We had so many various outdoor spaces to gather our family or to escape for some alone time. Even with 14 of us in the house, we all felt like we had our own space!
The beach is a very short walk and Carol was always very responsive and gracious to answer any questions I had! Highly recommend this house and we will be back again. Thank you!

Great vacation
This was a great house for our annual family vacation. We made use of the backyard pool every day and the house had plenty of space for all of us. It was our first visit to Ocean Isle and I would definitely go back.

The property was as advertised. Seemingly, however, one thing that doesn't get mentioned in most postings/reviews are the quality of the mattresses. We've stayed at OIB properties in the past where the beds were awful...not at this property...the great sleep enhanced the vacation.

Beautiful Beach House
This was a new experience for us as we sold our condo this year and decided to rent a house. Carol was wonderful to address any questions we had. The location was very close to a public access that even had parking spaces there. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

This is a wonderful beach house. Our grandkids loved the pool and the bunk beds. The bedroom layout was perfect for our family. This was our first stay in Ocean Isle and we hope to return again.

Family vacation gem
This was a lovely home for our annual family get together and the foosball table and pool provided hours of entertainment for the grand children. We loved having two living areas so the children could have their own spaceThe kitchen was well equipped and the decor was well appointed. One suggestion would be to replace some of the outdoor furniture which was worn and broken. The colorful Adirondack furniture, however, was comfortable and fun.

Wonderful vacation home on Ocean Isle!
We loved staying at this beautiful home! The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! The outside decks were wonderful to relax on with great furniture to sit on! We loved the rocking chairs. The pool was fun for our afternoon swims with the grandkids. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Perfect set up for us with 7 adults and 3 kids under six.
