We had a great time staying at this property! Super convenient location, ground floor, on the corner, easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very well kept, updated and clean!

So much space. Everything we needed. So close to the pool-but not loud. Chill, relaxing and the owners/property managers were so helpful. We have stayed at several condos in this area- but this is our new favorite.

My husband and I took my daughter, her husband, and three children (6,2, and 1) for a last minute beach weekend. The weather wasn't perfect, but the location of #103 allowed the kids to play underneath the large covered patio and the courtyard. It was also easy to walk right out to the beach or pool with minimal effort. Thank you! We will be back!

Property was very clean and spacious. Bedrooms were large. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location and close to the beach.

Me, my husband, and his ex-wife planned a getaway together as she was needing a vacation and so were we, school was starting the next week and she had planned to take the children camping and had invited us along. Me and my husband have sleep apnea and have to use c-pap machines, so I went online and looked and treated her to an indoor vacation at the beach instead. This listing looked perfect for a quick get away. Right on the beach, and a pool if the waters were too rough. Enough comfortable beds, and bathrooms for 8. It was not a disappointment. Beautiful place to stay. Clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The donuts🍩 were great too.

We had a wonderful stay - condo was great- beach was beautiful- pool was great - traffic was not great trying to get around but not a big deal when you stay at the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo! We’ve stayed in the building before so knew we like the property but never on 1st floor. Condo was very clean and accommodating. They even left donuts which my kids loved. We hope to stay here again for our next summer vacation.

Where do I even start? We had to change a date due to sport's schedule change, the owners were super quick to respond and very understanding and accommodating which was just the beginning of a PERFECT trip for us! Upon arrival there was the sweetest gift for us waiting from the owners, then you walk right out the large sliding glass doors to a perfect ocean, courtyard & pool view.. you will not find a better location than this condo, especially if you have littles one or do not enjoy walking stairs or elevator rides with pool toys, a cooler, beach wagon etc., you literally walk right out your door to the pool and beach a few steps away!! We have stayed multiple places over the years in the Destin area, this is now our new go to and home away from home, thank you again for allowing us to rent, stay, and enjoy from you!! Great trip!

Loved the location and the walk out to green area!

This property was nice for our family. Close walk to the pool and beach. Nice grassy area for kids to run around right off patio. Grilling station just steps away. Clean unit. However, the management company charges $50 to check in at a DECENT time. Normal check in is 4 pm. Why so late? The whole day is gone by that time! So it is an extra $50 to check in by 1 pm. I think that’s ridiculous. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We absolutely loved unit 103. The location is great, being on the end of the unit makes for less foot traffic past the patio and easy access to the pool and boardwalk. The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation.

The property was perfect for our family of 7. Location was perfect. It was nice to have a condo that is a walk-out to lower level....no lugging stuff into and out of elevators to go to pool or beach. I never heard anyone above us or outside or between the walls. Never heard anyone's washer/dryer running or toilet flushing like you hear in other places sometimes. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The keypad entry was great...no looking for condo key.

We had 4 adults and two kids for this trip and the condo was perfect! We had plenty of room and it was true to the pictures. The location was perfect - you’re ground level and near the pool, but at the end so no heavy traffic in front of your patio. Also very easy & quick to get to the beach WITH chair (2) & umbrella service. I would not hesitate to stay here again & would recommend! Oh, also tons of fun/yummy restaurants nearby.

This is a very convenient condo located on the bottom floor, which is perfect for young children or older folks who do not want to wait on elevators! The décor was very cute and up to date! I would highly recommend this unit for families.

This condo is perfect for toddlers. Easy access to the beautiful outdoor area, pool, and beach. The corner unit is very quiet and has everything you need. The pool is perfect and the beach is a very short walk! We loved everything about this condo and will absolutely be back!

Who doesn’t forgot that one thing you needed to take to the beach or pool, being on the ground floor with a 16 month old it was easy to just step back into the unit to retrieve it. Everything about this place was beyond my expectations, the call about the Wi-Fi was working within a few hours, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. loved the binder for restaurants options, ones to visit and which one you might want to pass on. Okaloosa donuts were fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge 103. It's a lovely condo, with beautiful views, in a top notch location. The owners were very easy to communicate with and left a sweet welcome basket for us when we arrived. We're looking forward to booking again in the future!! Thanks so much!

We staying in waters edge 103 and loved everything about our stay. The u it was comfortable, clean, family friendly, and appointed with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk out to the courtyard, pool and beach! Can’t wait for our next stay.

This condo has everything you need for a week's stay at the beach. We had two couples and a 2 year old, so the accommodations were perfect. Being RIGHT on the beach on the ground floor was especially helpful while trying to entertain a toddler. You literally walk out of the sliding glass doors onto a grassy area, perfect for kicking around a beach ball or blowing bubbles with the kiddos. Although the kitchen appliances were dated, they worked like they were brand new. I questioned that stove, but man did it get the job done. The oven preheats quicker than my GE Elite appliances at home! Ha! Most importantly, CareySue and Paul with Easy Vacation Services were A W E S O M E. They made sure we had ALL of the information we needed before, during, and after our stay. We appreciate them being so forthcoming with information, answering any questions we had in a very timely fashion, and being helpful, which, honestly, we didn't need much of since we had everything we needed. We would certainly consider staying at this property again and using Easy Vacation Services to book directly. :) Thank you for an amazing family vacation that we will never forget!
