The property was great. Easy to get to downtown for shopping and casinos. Food was pricey.

The property is just as advertised - nicely appointed, comfortable, conveniently located right next to the restaurant. The Somerset is a low-key, boutique property with great service. This was our second time there and we saw a lot of familiar faces. Mark and Kiki were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the island. It was a relaxing week that we badly needed!

Couldn't have been happier at this gem of a property located at a great resort. A soothing vibe. Perfect in every way. We'll be back.

This was an amazing trip! The unit was awesome! We loved this resort and close proximity to everything! The staff at this place are all so friendly and were so accommodating to our girls, age 8 and 5. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mark for the great place to call home for a week!

Our vacation was pure perfection! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The extra amenities, including laundry and dishwashing detergent, were also much appreciated. Mark and Kiki communicated with us throughout the trip and gave great recommendations of excursions and dining experiences. Mark even arranged a cleaning service during our two week stay. The resort was absolutely incredible and the staff was very friendly. Our children loved the kids club. It never felt crowded and there were always chairs available at the pool and beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Turks and Caicos.

Ritz Carlton service, mellow vibe, plenty of gracious staff happy to assist you with every need. Be served tasty drinks/Caribbean food without ever leaving your beach or pool chair. Like being at your country club without all the usual people and instead of grass have your feet in silky sand and bumb in warm crystal clear ocean water along one of the most beautiful beaches in the world- Grace Bay.

our Trip was unbelievable. Mark and Kiki are fantastic. They are extremely charismatic and helpful, making suggestions on where to go and what to do. They could not have been more outgoing - thanks for everything! That was just the host - everyone at Somerset was delightful and eager to answer any questions and assist with everything from dinner reservations to booking activities - we can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Mark was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Fantastic location, with just a quick walk to the beach and pool. The place was clean, modern and had every amenity a family would need. We can’t wait to stay here again.!

We stayed here in April for a week with our two teen boys and absolutely loved it. There was so much space and we were happy to have this room to sprawl out instead of a standard hotel room with two beds. It was spotlessly clean and they came in mid-week to clean again and give all fresh towels, sheets, etc... The resort itself is outstanding--no need to rush to the beach to get your towel on a chair because there were staff down there ready to get a chair and umbrella for you at all times. The service was excellent. The only negative I would say is all the service fees on top of your already expensive food and beverage bills. But...other than that, absolutely fabulous.

This property is amazing! The villa itself is very spacious and with lovely decor. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are top of the line. It had absolutely everything we needed. The resort itself has beautiful grounds and fantastic infinity pool with views to the ocean. The staff were very friendly and we felt very safe at the property and on the beach. We really hope to come back.

This was our 2nd trip to Provo and Grace Bay. The condo is centrally located and seemed to be on a quieter stretch of beach than where we stayed last time. We had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. Having a kitchen with a full-size fridge was very convenient & I used the washer/dryer almost everyday to wash my boys’ clothes. The Wi-Fi seemed to work fine most of the time allowing my husband to respond to work stuff when needed. The little restaurant at the resort is right outside the unit but we didn’t mind. It was never loud & very convenient to get breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast is not included with the unit but the pricing is reasonable. You will need to tell your server in the restaurant & at the beach that you are in 1A & not charging to the room. They will let you fill out a form with credit card info. so you will have a “tab” during your stay & don’t have to bring CC with you to the beach each day. We rented a car this trip & explored a lot during our stay. If you are from the US please note you will need to drive on the left side of the road & there are no stop signs, just roundabouts. It took a little getting used to but we got the hang of it quickly. Our favorite meal was CoCo Bistro. Our favorite activity was a private boat tour with Capt. Nik (sail beluga), recommended by host Mark. We swam with Jojo the dolphin, snorkeled and explored iguana island. Mark was a great host & available (by text) during our stay with lots of helpful information. We are planning to return ASAP.

Great location on Grace Bay. Staff is very friendly and helpful at the Somerset. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We rent a condo everywhere we vacation and this one is great for the price. I was very impressed when we checked in and Mark met us there. It gives you added comfort knowing you have a personal contact in a foreign country. The air conditioning works phenomenal so you might want to bring blankets if you have someone in your family that likes to keep it cool at night. We will definitely be back. Ron

We had the most amazing time in Turks and Caicos thanks to having this great place to stay. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I wish I could say we utilized the kitchen, but we went to so many fabulous restaurants. Everything about the Somerset was lovely- the people, the beach, ability to walk to restaurants. I wish I was there now! We will definitely go back.

This property was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and had the amenities we needed during our stay. The location on Grace Bay was conveniently located to restaurants and shops and we will definitely go back.

This property is beautiful, the resort is located close to everything! We rode bikes everywhere we went. We enjoyed having the Hobie Cat and paddle boards available. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Communication with Concierge and owners very punctual! we will definitely be back!

My family had a great stay here! Unit is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Perfect for our family of four. Randy took care of us during our stay and was super helpful. The resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on the beach. Just beautiful. Easy walk to town. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying here! The hosts were very responsive of all of our questions prior to arriving. They had Randy meet us at the property to check us in and even gave us a phone to use for local calls while we were there. The somerset property is amazing and town is a short walk or bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as picture. Lovely property. Check in with the property manager was a breeze and the owners were great to work with. Highly recommend and will certainly return. The location was perfect.

The property itself is lovely, with the perfect beach, relaxing pools, and lush grounds. The staff at Somerset are helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The condo itself was well appointed and beautifully decorated. It felt like home for our time on the island. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Having rented a car, we were only a few minutes from anywhere that we wanted to go. I have stayed at several different resorts on Grace Bay, and this was my favorite. Kiki and Mark provide everything that you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for another great time in Grace Bay!
