Nice and comfortable condo right next to the park and concert venue in Winter Park. Quiet otherwise, with very easy walking to the main drag in town. For cyclists, you have easy access to road, gravel, and mountain biking trails directly from the condo.

The location was perfect and convenient. Condo was well appointed and hosts were extremely easy to work with!

The property was very clean. It was easy to get to and always had parking available even though it was a weekend. We loved using the hot tub and it was very close. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bath towels. There are no stairs. The owner was very kind and available. Great place.

This property is as nice as the pictures! David and Jane are very responsive hosts. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to the mountain, walking around town, and going to grab a bite to eat. We will definitely stay again!

This condo was great for our family of 4 - very clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals as well as a high chair and pack and play for our infant. We've stayed at the Trailhead lodges before and you can't beat the proximity to Hideaway Park (right across the street), pool on property, and ability to walk to most anything you'd want to on main street. As of July '22, there is currently some construction taking place adjacent to the property, but we knew this ahead of time and it was not disruptive to our stay at all.

We really loved this property and it’s location to the Winter Park town. It’s a quick walk to restaurants, bars and markets. The drive to the ski area is super convenient. We also did a snowmobiling tour that departed just 8 miles from the condo. And, of course, the drive from Denver is pretty easy, too. Loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as the pool table in the community room. Condo was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed for a fun ski week!

Wonderful home and awesome location. Dave and Jane are so easy and pleasant to work with. My family and I enjoyed our stress free vacation. The home was clean, well stocked and the location is unbeatable.

The Condo was perfect for the 4 of us, plenty of room for more as well. The kitchen was very well socked. The condo was very clean and homey. Location is the best! So close to the bus system, a fun sledding park, great restaurants within walking distance! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay - this condo was perfect for my family of six. The kids loved the pool on the property and the unit is well laid out for families. It is also a great location off the main road, so we had easy access to a number of activities in the area. Highly recommend!

Great mountain getaway
This condo has everything a family needs or could want. Great location across from park and walking distance to paved trails or dirt trails for mtb. Host was great. Condo was clean. Community pool was nice. Would stay here again if returning to winter park. Thanks

Great Place to Stay with Family
We arrived with our children and another couple. The condo had plenty of space, a great spot for housing all of our ski gear, and lots of games for the kids to play. We liked how it was on the ground floor, right across from the pool. And it was only a short walk to the bus. It checked off each of my boxes- the location and space of the condo being two biggies. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. If we ever head back to Winter Park we will definitely stay here again.

Great Place!
This place was perfect for our time in Winter Park. We had 4 adults and 2 teens in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is a great coffee place just around the corner that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this condo for its location, cleanliness and floor plan. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful time spring skiing at Winter Park. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location is great. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping. The ski hill is two minutes away with free parking. Jane and David were great hosts and very responsive.

Spring Skiing Trip
We had a wonderful time spring skiing at Winter Park. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location is great. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping. The ski hill is two minutes away with free parking. Jane and David were great hosts and very responsive.
