We loved the house and the kids had a great time jumping off the dock and swimming in the lake. It is a great spot for families!

I booked both properties (this house and the one next door). LeDette and Mick were amazing hosts. Always willing to answer our questions or let us know where to find things in the property (mainly the kitchen). We had 22 family members staying together ranging from age 2 to age 63. We had an amazing time using the lake (we rented a pontoon) and enjoying the property. The air conditioning in the upstairs was a bit weak but it was very warm outside so we understood the struggles it may have. Air conditioning everywhere else was excellent. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The location was perfect for us. We rented a boat and docked on their private dock the whole time. The hosts greeted us and were helpful when we had questions. Large open house with lots of room for our family of 9 to hang out and enjoy each other. There were a few items that needed repair but I'm assuming that was wear from the summer crowd that came before us. Overall great experience.

This house was a wonderful fit for our family of 11--6 adults and 5 children under 7. The house and property were very comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. Our only disappointment was that the children were not able to access the water because of toxins in the slough. We were able to enjoy City Beach, Schweitzer and Silverwood and the kids had a great time riding their bikes around the neighborhood

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. (Very clean) The pool table/dinner table was a big hit and the hot tub was well used! The kitchen is large and very well stocked with everything we needed. Having an extra fridge/freezer was awesome! This is also the first rental that has enough garbage containers! It was a tight fit for our boat at the dock but we made it work. Fires all around us but we were able to get a couple days with some sun! The owners were very friendly and there for us when we had questions or concerns. Thanks Mick and LeDette!

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the space so much. Having the house right on the lake was amazing. The house was very clean and the hosts were so friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up.

This home was very thought out... every aspect of this home is welcoming. All supplies and necessities are already supplied for families. The home owners have supplied an excellent notebook full of any and all information an out of town person may be curious about. The local restraunts should give the owners a promo code for guests and a percentage for advertising thier restraunts...😁

We had a great time at this property! There were 16 of us, some coming and going throughout our 9 day stay but comfortable and plenty of space when all there. Deck overlooking the water was best place for morning coffee and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. House was well appointed and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed+, and really appreciated the extra fridge and freezer in the garage with such a large group. Ample parking including for boat trailer. Laundry on both floors was definitely a perk. The weather was 80's all week, calm water on the canal, dock great if you bring your own boat. We also rented the pontoon boat that was available, great to get out on lake, went into Sandpoint a few times, and enjoyed swimming off the pontoon in the lake. Beds comfortable, the 2 showers and extra 1/2 bath worked well for our large group. Kitchen table was very large & great for family games and eating together. Mick and LeDette were gracious hosts, met us at the property and walked through to answer any questions and were very responsive with all questions before arriving. Thank you Mick and LeDette, we highly recommend your beautiful home for large family vacations!!!

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. Owners were right next door and very attentive. They were there upon our arrival and did a thorough walk through with our group. Mick was wonderful going over the pontoon boats and jet ski. The pontoon boats and jet ski being available, right at the property, was one of the best parts of our trip. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and even some basic spices. We hope to return to this propertly again.
