Excellent stay at Vanderbilt Beach condo of Bernice and Steve. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the terrific condo. The place was fully equipped including even a dishwasher, washer and dryer which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely accommodating and located nearby for any questions or help that we required. The location is excellent and its convenience to the beach is great. In addition there is a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

We were looking forward to finally getting away after a tough year. We were so happy with our condo! The building has only 2 stories with a pool on the roof! The pool was warm with brillant views. The beach is a short walk and they provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We had our morning coffee with the view of the lagoon. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The owners live across the street and are so nice and helpful.

The rooftop pool is amazing! The location is safe, the owners are so helpful and friendly, they gave recommendations for the area which was great. The unit had everything one would need...towels, beach chairs, WiFi, appliances, etc. The only drawback is the unit is not a true 1BR, it has an alcove (so no bedroom door). I would absolutely return to this property, the owners do a great job ensuring you have everything you need.

The place itself was super clean and had a lanai porch overlooking the water which was so beautiful and relaxing. The property is only a 3 minute walk away which you just cannot beat for the price! The beach itself is clean, calm, and has an incredible view of the sunset. There are a few places right within walking distance to eat with is awesome and you are just a short drive away from MANY other stores and restaurants. The pool deck was also incredible - there was a CLEAN pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Plus, it was never too busy! You are a short drive over to some of the other local beaches like Naples Beach and Lowdermilk Park (You are provided a parking space too!) Neecee & Stephen - thank you for being such incredible hosts! We will definitely be back!

Great property. Great area. Great host!

The view is a little misleading, but the location is terrific. Only one long block away from Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is not a true one bedroom, but there is a wall between the kitchen/living room and the sleeping area. The owners are terrific to deal with and will check in to make sure everything is good. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but the place is clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a solid value.

If you’re looking for a clean no frills eclectically furnished efficiency style apartment in a great location 10 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach with helpful hosts and a super comfy leather reclining loveseat, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for an apartment with up to date stylish designer furnishings, you’d be better off at the Ritz across the street.

Absolutely fantastic week. Property was so clean. Had everything you could need. Short walk to fabulous Vanderbilt Beach. Owner made sure everything was great. Super communication. I can’t say enough good things about this property and owners. Best vacation. We will return again.

Bernice and Steve are great hosts!! Very attentive and checked in with us several times to be sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. The condo is very upscale and cozy and the balcony is where we spent each morning and evening. Very nice area of Naples with many walking trails. We will be back for sure!!!! Karen and Steve Brandt

Had an awesome week at Bernice’s condo. It was a perfect location to the beach (less than 5 minute walk), had a great view from the balcony, and was a short drive away from just about any type of restaurant you’d want to go to and a lot of other hot spots in Naples. It’s such a romantic location on the beach at sunset that I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip! Will definitely be back next time I’m looking for a beach getaway!

Bernice and Steven are terrific hosts who are attentive and caring. The location is quite remarkable. The condo is clean,the living area roomy and comfortable; kitchen and eating area beautiful as well as functional! Our only preference would be a larger bedroom as it is somewhat small, however there is plenty of storage space. Overall a great spot.

This property is excellent! Very clean and great hosts! After picking up a few groceries we actually didn’t get back in the car again before we checked out....walked to beach, restaurants, live entertainment and rooftop pool a real plus! Definitely recommend!

Great location for fabulous beach and as others have said Bernice and Steven are so accommodating and didn't hesitate in helping us escape Dorian and arrive a day early! Would highly recommend everything about this for a great vacation !

Great location, neat as a pin, very convenient, variety of restaurants within 1/2 mile ( Ritz carlton to Royal scoop) , public or while foods, walk to beach, pool and hot tub on roof, all make for a super visit--- and, the owners are wonderful, welcoming, responsive and helpful! First let me say that the condo was not only perfect for my husband and I, but it was immaculate. Everything we could have needed was provided. Bed was very comfortable and a wonderful view and short walk to the beach 🏖 Secondly, our hosts were incredible! They provided information on great spots to eat and shop. Not only that but were available via text to answer any questions that we had. Truly, we felt like royal guests. If you need to get away, we could not more highly recommend a place.

Everything we asked for and more. Proximity to the beach, restaurants and all the amenities. We couldn't have been air dropped into a better location. The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean and nicely appointed. Bernice and Steve were super to deal with through all aspects of our vacation. Thanks for the wine and a few beers on our arrival! We will certainly be back. Clean, cozy and the location is great. Ideal for a getaway couple, offering easy access to so many things and places, including Vanderbilt Beach, a vibrant gathering place literally across the street. The condo has a nice lanai with a view of the bay, and all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay were provided. Bernice was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating before and during the trip, even stopping by to greet us and say good bye. Will definitely stay there again, we actually tried to extend our stay on this visit, but it was booked.
