We loved this apartment. Clean, modern, well-designed, very functional and perfectly located on the river. Nina, the owner, was extremely responsive and on top of every detail. The area is car-free, so no onsite parking, but there is a public garage that is easy to find and a 10 minute walk away. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had such a warm welcome to this very central, very comfortable and very special apartment. Ljubljana's Christmas lights were switched on while we were there and we had a marvellous view of them from our windows when we'd had enough of sampling the mulled wine, Gibanica (Slovenian cake) and other goodies outside. We enjoyed the friendly people, the architecture, the food, the wine, a cycle tour, the castle, strolling round the streets and exploring the many wonderful buildings and places in Ljubljana. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The owner was really helpful, meeting us, giving us information, booking our transport back to the airport and walking with us to the pick up point (and retrieving a forgotten bag with passport contained therein!)

We loved this apartment in the heart of Ljubljana. It was cozy and calming. Nina was a wonderful hostess and she spared no detail. The location was perfect, right next to the river and walking distance to the castle. Parking arrangements nearby were easy and reasonable. We hope to be back!

Central and strategic position of appartment with the nice pointview, sophisticated and refined interior design, very clean and louminous, we love so much white colour! Well equipped, nothing is missing, owner is friendly and hospitable, speaks a few languages, We have had a very enjoyable stay in Ljubljana and we hope we come back!

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Very close to the Triple Bridge, Preseren Square, restaurants/bars, and sites. Nina was great to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment is small, bu tit is a very efficient use of space. Three adults fit comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

I travel quiet a bit for work and live out of the US 9 months out of the year. It's so refreshing to find a place to stay that is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Nina (the owner) has gone through great measures to make this apartment perfect for your stay and I was not disappointed. The apartment is laid out in a way so that there is no waisted space. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 people and I never felt like I needed more room. My wife and I stayed for 8 weeks and my wife had a friend join her for 2 of those weeks, we all enjoyed the space together. Nina was kind and helpful and went above and beyond what would be considered standard as far as helping us goes. We have enjoyed our stay and will look back with fond memories of this beautiful place. I hope someday we can return to Ljubljana and if we do we will defiantly stay here.

This is a beautifully updated apartment in the best location in Ljubljana. There isn't anything the owner didn't think of to make our stay comfortable. I was here for a month and then my wife came to join me for a month. There was two weeks in there that my wife's friend came and all 3 of us enjoyed the space. Nina the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and met every need we had. I will always look back on our stay in Ljubljana with fond memories because of her desire to please us. You won't be sorry if you stay here, one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many as I live out of the US 9 months out of a year.

Nina did a great job communicating and assisting us during our stay. I would highly recommend this studio Appartment. The location is the best and the apartment is exactly as stated. There is only one word to describe EMMI and that is perfection! There is only one problem with EMMI and that is that we will compare all of our future VRBO rentals to this one and I am afraid that it will be hard for any of them to compete! We have rented many times before, and although we have had some wonderful experiences, none can compare to EMMI! First of all, the location is perfect.....right in the middle of everything with wonderful views, and yet very quiet. The apartment was immaculate! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel-everything was top quality-the linens, robes, slippers, glassware...you name it! There was a bottle of wine in the refrig as well as some other goodies. We were met by Nina who was delightful! She gave us all kinds of information and was a real joy to meet. The apartment, although small, is the most efficient use of space that we have ever seen-you can tell that this is a family of architects! There are excellent restaurants all around, especially the one right downstairs in the same building-it was fabulous. We loved Ljubljana, the Slovenian people and EMMI-we will go back and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment!

Every detail and amenity has been thought of in this beautiful, modern and unique apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nina was always helpful and available to explain everything. The location is fantastic and quiet.

Such a well-designed, clean, light, airy place in the absolute perfect location! We had a great time at EMMI.

THis charming studio apartment with the latest high tech , high speed internet and built in washing machine, dishwasher, and flat panel TV was Perfect for our week long visit to Ljubjiana! The pop up internet connection and power on the center island allowed us to immediately plug in and connect with colleagues across the globe with crisp video conferencing and excellent internet speeds. The creature comforts including the modern bathroom and built in washing machine and coffee machine were handy as we could people watch out our window while waiting to finish laundry. THen head out for a stroll along the river and cafes that make the old town so famous! 2 minutes walk to the farmers market as well as the Funicula up to ljubjiana castle and the outdoor ballet performance at the nearby performing arts center completed our week :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the gracious hospitality of our hosts and look forward to returning !

We just got back from my stay at this amazing place. This modern newly renovated and furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 or even 3 guests. Everything in the apartment is new and spotless.I think the owners are the architects, the place is very modern. It is small, but fully furnished. Loved the view, especially from the bay window. What a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful city. Location of the apartment is great. It is so convenient to get everywhere. I would definitely come back.
