Great location , walk right into the action but as soon as you shut the private door it’s peaceful.. had all the amenities you’ll need .. hopefully they’ll look up and see all the fans vents and blind that we’re terribly dusty and pillows super cheap and flat.. but everything else was clean and we very much appreciated the stay.. the roof top looked super abandoned.... however, I would go bback.. thank you for your hospitality

Minutes from Bourbon and Decatur Streets. Very private suite, cupboards filled with dishes, coffee maker and filters, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, extra toilet paper and trash bags. Easy enough to find, parking is a expensive and having a car is unnecessary when there is 24/7 shuttles for $3/ day. Unless you are traveling beyond the city limits, then sure, you'll want a vehicle. But keep in mind what you might spend for parking, different hourly rates avail as well as multiple day option.
Seriously great location for food. We only wished there were better pillows and maybe an extra heavy blanket.
Will reserve through this location again! The customer service gal was super helpful and walked me through the steps to get in. There is a balcony, take advantage of it if you can. Beautiful evening sky!

We enjoyed this Condo very much. It was very quiet, no street noise, and short walking distance to the French Quarter. We would highly recommend this property..

Very clean property. The location is great for access to Bourbon and French Quarter. I would suggest they leave more than two wash cloths if the reservation is for 3 adults and when I asked for additional towels I was told to wash what was there however that wasn't the point. The only other complaint is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable.

The location of this condo can’t be beat!! Walking distance right into the French Quarter and right next to casino. Will definitely be back!

Nice but… They won’t tell you if you can check in early until that day- noon we found out.
The apartment is clean. But the bed was very dead- loud and creaky and NOT comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable either.
Bring your own coffee- no Keurig and only Folgers. No tea.
Biggest issue was the noise. We stayed out of the quarter for some quiet but the one giant window is constantly rattling and sounds like it’s about to break. Then this location backs up to the rear of hotels and there were garbage trucks and deliveries waking us up every night multiple times. Would have been better to be in a hotel with quiet windows.

It was a very good apartment , great location for the French Quarter in NOLA.
There was some street noise early in the morning from garbage trucks. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors, they were generally quiet so not a real issue this time.

Overall this property was good. The location was great, and clean. Beds were comfy. We did have a few issues: pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and looked old/discolored. Also we were given two bath towels, but NO hand towels, washcloths, or kitchen towels. The fan in the bedroom also needs a good dusting!

This rental is located nearby and short walking distance from all sights, shopping, casino and restaurants. I highly recommend it for those who like their privacy and not all the hustle and bustles of pricey hotels.

We are experienced NOLA visitors and choose properties in areas we want to explore. Rentals can vary throughout the area so you need to know what you want to experience. This rental provided a great location, local transportation and new activities in the Central Business District next door to the french quarter. We will certainly stay there again.

Our stay at this property was good. The unit was spacious and clean and the mattress was comfortable.
I took away one star because it was missing a few amenities (Kleenex, conditioner, lotion) and the table for eating had very uncomfortable stools with no backs). There was also a fair amount of early morning (5 am) street noise that disrupted our sleep.

The loft was great! We loved the roof top balcony as well. I wouldn't recommend parking in the quarter. The Bed worked fine for us!

Only complaint of this property is an incredibly uncomfortable mattress and very noisy with every move. Poor sleep due to those factors.
I would recommend to offer maps of the area within the space to help renters jump start their site seeing and touring of the city.
A new bed would make this a perfect place!

The WORST bed I've ever slept in. The bed frame is broken and sounds as if it will fall apart with the slightest movement. The property should not be rented until the owner replaces the bed. Additionally, we've never stayed on any property that didn't have cable TV.

It was amazing ! Easy entry to building and room. Everything felt secure and safe . I had a late checkout in which after original check out time the room acces code was changed. When trying to enter my room again I was locked out but with one simple phone call . The code was changed while I was on the call and the operator who stayed on the phone with me until I was in the room. Literally 2 min call and crisis averted lol ! Great customer service ! Perfect location and walking distance to most attractions and street car ! It was an excellent stay !

The only issue I had with this is the bed. It was very squeaky every move was loud squeaking and pillows were flat. Upgrade mattress/ pillows.

Just what I hoped for
Nice apartment with a convenient location. Once I parked in a nearby public lot, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go (conference center, French Quarter, and Art District).
Grateful for kitchen appliances, open livingroom space, bed and bath; free wifi; and the security of a Passcode at the lobby entrance.

Stayed a couple of days on our way to Florida. Took in a Dolphins Saints game and spent some time in the French Quarter. The condo was within walking distance of everything.
