Great communication with host, Mirko. Access and check in was smooth. We loved this cozy cabana. It was the smaller cabana on the property. Nice touch with the hammock and coconuts in the mini fridge. Though it was a bit tucked away from the beach, it is a very short walk (count about 30 steps). Walkable to shops and restaurants and ATM.

Our Cabana was even better than expected and Mirko was absolutely wonderful. His communication and personal welcome was a great surprise. Truly a great experience and we will e back.

This accommodation was behind a larger, so no sun. No good water. Half dozen roosters called to each other each morning early for couple hours. Only partial sea view

Really nice place, beautiful country and a great vaccation. Good for two. The owner is very helpful.

The cabana is adorable and has everything you need. The roosters crow every couple of hours throughout the day and night so earplugs are a must if you want to get some sleep. The bed is firm but not uncomfortable. Thongs cafe is right next door for breakfast and lunch and is pretty good. Also the Wi-Fi works great! It’s soo peaceful hearing the ocean waves while you’re falling asleep and waking in the morning.

Loved this little cabana which turned out to be the most spacious and well equipped we got to stay during our trip! It's right on the beach and close to everything in town. I just wish it was built next to the bigger Blue Moon cabana instead of behind it, so we would get even more views! 🏖️ We were provided with a big basket of fruits 🍌🍊 and two coconuts ready to drink in the fridge 🥥 which was a unique touch and really appreciated! But we had to get our own water and body soap - essentials that were included in every other place we stayed. Mirko is also a tour operator and made it extra easy for us to go on tours and schedule transfers. 👌 Last but not least, the 3 neighbor's roosters behave a bit differently from every rooster I met previously in my life and instead of crowing just before sunrise, they sing you the song of their people 24/7 and are especially vocal between 1 AM and 8 AM. They're often accompanied by dogs barking or crying. It's a blessing that the host provides earplugs which made the noise bearable but even then it took a few nights for me to start getting used to it.

Lovely stay at this bungalow for 4 nights. Very clean and well taken care of. Communication with caretaker was easy and he was very responsive. They provided earplugs which came in handy at night when there were some dogs barking.

Belize was absolutely amazing and our experience was made perfect by the efforts of the property manager, Mirko, who coordinated transportation and provided a wide breadth of knowledge on the country, village, food, activities, and available transportation. We booked this trip expecting to do most of the work, however it was made exceptionally easy and we had the best experience of our lives!

We had a pleasant stay at the Baby Blue Cabana. We enjoyed using the kitchen and eating on the deck with a view of the beach. Cozy bungalow for two. Within walking distance of Hopkins eateries. The property owner helped us get transportation to local attractions.

Awesome and convenient for food and supplies. However the poor dog as a neighbor felt heart felt sadness for how it was treated.

Beautiful property. Great location for a truly cultural experience. Host was very responsive and attentive. Cabana was equipped with everything we needed plus some extras provided by the host, like fresh, local fruit. Overall excellent experience.

Mirko was communicative and met me for both check in and check out. The cabana is small but spacious and really had everything I needed for my stay. I loved my little porch and I could see the ocean despite having a larger cabana in front of me. Do Not overpack as you do need to carry your luggage over sand about 100 yards to get to your little vacation home. This was the neatest property among a beach full of cabanas as it was kept raked and free of ocean detritus/garbage. Hopkins is a small community without boutiques or shopping but perfect if you want to immerse yourself in a friendly-ish town, eat local cuisine and take long walks on thr beach! I rented a car so I was able to easily leave town for the day to explore. And yes, That rooster😂�. Ear plugs are provided for those light sleepers.

This place is perfect for two. Very clean and stocked with everything you need and a few convenient extras like a small cooler to take on your day’s adventure, yoga mats, extra towels for showers and beach, games and books. Property manager, Mirko was very nice and helpful and took time to make suggestions/answer our questions. The location is very close to bars, restaurants and grocery’s. But what comes along with such convenience, is noise. Loud late night music from the bar behind the cabana and some neighborhood roosters crowing were consistent during our 4 night stay so heads up if you are a light sleeper.

We loved being in the village of Hopkins, enjoyed the local restaurants and the local culture. The cabana was super clean, Mirko was very helpful, reviewed everything with us, and was available if we needed him!

The cabana was great for two people and the small kitchen was equipped with just about anything you’d need if you chose not to dine out (we ate out but enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning and cold beers in the evening). There is a larger cabana in front of this one but you can still see the ocean and catch the ocean breezes. Luckily the cabin came with earplugs - there is a loud rooster in the neighborhood who isn’t afraid to be vocal whenever it strikes him. The location was great - walking distance to anything in Hopkins. The grocery store and many restaurants are within a few blocks. And if you have any questions, Mirko, the property manager is very responsive. He can also arrange tours and activities in the area. The only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars is because of that darn rooster. That’s not something that can be controlled but folks should know it can be a little loud.

Property was convincedly located just steps away from the beach. The bungalow was efficiently laid out. Frig, and kitchen items provided including coffee maker. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Site provide information for many different excursion activities. Perfect for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this location or the property located in front of this location for bigger families. Jeff and Erin

For me, my stay at Hopkins was perfect in every way. My life is normally very hectic , so coming to Belize from August 4 to the 10th was extremely relaxing. Everywhere I went the people were warm and friendly. Hats off to Peer's Restaurant. The setting reminded me of my personal "Paradise" with the ocean views . I plan on coming back to Belize next July. I hope to rent the same property. Mirko is very knowledgeable and helpful concerning the Belizian culture. Thanks to the groundskeeper Angelo who schooled me in three kinds of coconuts produced there. I give a "shout out" the lovely English lady that also maintained the property.

property was very clean..and great view of sea. walking distance to a few restaurants and real nice walk to a nice beach bar drift wood . only draw back was an annoying rooster that crowed all night even with ear plugs you could hear the rooster

My husband and I stayed at Baby Blue Cabana at the end of May 2019. We loved the entire experience. The lodging and location could not have been better. We were right on the water with beautiful sunrises all to ourselves. The cabana combined with the friendly community of Hopkins has given us beautiful memories for a lifetime.

The baby blue cabana was perfect for me! The ocean breeze & sunrises were amazing! It was very private & secured! Mirko was always a phone call away if I needed anything! The location was perfect from all the Nature exploring to shopping ,the resorts & restaurants! Definitely recommend the baby blue! I will be back!❤️🌴🇧🇿🌺🐠

My only concern was towels, not enough was in the cabin, and after one use they had an odor.
