The house was as comfortable as advertised in a great location with easy access to both Quechee and Woodstock. The owner was a good communicator and checkin and checkouts were easy. The kitchen was very well equipped and comfortable to cook in. Our timing was not great as we arrived just after a microburst took down 20 trees on the property. While the owner had removed the fallen trees, the signs of devastation were visible around the house and the the air was filled with the near nonstop sound of timber saws on the surrounding properties. Once the saws stopped on the weekend, however, the tranquility of the place returned. We hope to return again to enjoy an even more peaceful stay.

I rented this house to be the homesite for our family who were arriving to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The rental was lovely, the owners very good at communicating.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful, very clean but homely, new bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Great spot away from everything but only a short drive to Quechee or Woodstock. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the booking process. Would definitely recommend for any families looking for a nice comfortable home away from home

My friends and I stayed here for my brothers bachelor party and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house and surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous! It provides the perfect amount of privacy / seclusion but also only a short drive from all you need (restaurants, hikes, golf, breweries, etc.). One of our favorite parts of the house was sitting out on the wrap around deck, enjoying the peacefulness during the day and the stars at night. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time staying at the Quechee home. The owners were so communicative and friendly and their home had a huge windowed living area looking out at trees! We just wished we could have stayed longer! My entire family was so happy and content at this home.

We had 2 families staying here for a wedding at the Quechee inn. It wasxanveasy, 5 min drive away, very convenient. We were 8, with 3 couples, so the 3 bedrooms plus many twin beds in the basement was plenty for our group, with room to spare (we needed flexibility, as we weren't sure who could come when we reserved. The house was very comfortable, with good size living room dining room configuration, plus a large deck, and a fairly quiet road. Guillermo was very responsive, before, during, and after the rentall

Stayed here for 2 months with a group of friends. Guillermo was ever so accommodating to our every need. The property was clean upon arrival and was stocked with all that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed at the Gonzalez's house for 4 nights for our daughter's graduation from Dartmouth. We couldn't have chosen better. The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean. Perfect to relax, sit outside on the deck, enjoy nature, cook meals, you name it.... Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The communication with Guillermo was very good before and while our stay.

The property was very clean and well maintained and stocked with the items we needed for the 3 days we were there. Furnishings were comfortable, not fancy. It was kid friendly for our grandchildren ages 1-8 years. There was enough shade and a large deck so it we could be outside most of the day even with temps in the upper 80's, and AC units kept the house cool. It accommodated 12 people easily although as might be expected the hot water did not last through back to back showers for all. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and worked with us during the uncertainty around Covid 19. Our family was quite happy with the property and would stay there again..

Nice location - upgraded bathrooms - minimal towels/blankets - tired furniture a bit over priced for the weekend considering all the ancillary add-on charges.

We rented this property while attending our son's graduation from Dartmouth College. The location was great and it was a lovely location to relax between activities. There were 5 of us but the house could have easily accommodated another 6 or so. The layout was appealing and there was lots of space. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils as well as coffee, and a few other staples. There was even a selection of board games. The owners were excellent in communicating with us throughout the rental experience. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our winter stay in this spacious vacation house just up the hill from charming Quechee Village. The large living/dining room has a working fireplace and tall wraparound windows looking into the woods. The galley kitchen is well-equipped. The three bedrooms are well separated from the living areas. Downstairs is a pool room and bar with large capacity bunking space. We explored Quechee and nearby Woodstock. This listing delivers what is advertises and is well cared for. Also, the owners were attentive to our needs and communicative.

Our family spent a long weekend at the home to enjoy the fall foliage, the home was plenty big enough for 6 adults and 4 kids... as well as the family pet. Close to many attractions yet secluded on it own lot with plenty of trees. Everything we needed was available in kitchen and bath, we would definitely consider staying again next summer.

College athletic team; our stay was great for us as a team vice being stuffed in 3 hotel rooms. Plenty of space and beds for us to spread out. Quite place to relax after each competition day. Could not have worked better for us. Thank you.

We were a college golf team of 8 people that very much enjoyed our stay at this house in Queeche. It was spacious, had all the beds we needed and a nice large family room and dining room to hang out and eat. The only downside from the first moment I opened the door was that it smelled inside kind of like a wet dog. I was in the master bedroom upstairs and the smell was strong in there as well. There is carpet throughout the house, so not sure if they need to be steam cleaned, but at least no one in my party was allergic to dogs. So we could all deal with the smell. Other then that one issue, the stay was great! Thank you for having us.

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to town and all things Quechee has to offer. The house is spacious and has a great floor plan with a basement that adds sleeping space and privacy. The house was spotless when we arrived and is exactly as the pictures show. Great linens and towels!! Guillermo (the owner), called us as we were driving up to Quechee to make sure we were ok and to ensure we had his number at hand. He offered local references and made himself available . We will be renting this unit again this winter and hopefully next summer!!

This house was very conveniently located with easy access to Quechee and Woodstock. Everything was clean and the owners were very pleasant to work with.

We loved our stay at this home. It provided all the comforts of home and is in one of our favorite places to visit. The house was clean, well equipped and had more than enough room for kids and adults. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and sheets were provided. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room and the adults loved the fireplace and that gorgeous view from the wall of windows at the front of the house. The house is just minutes to the Quechee Club House and is easy access to route 4 and many close by ski areas. We enjoyed, skiing, show shoeing, sledding and just relaxing in front of the fire. I definitely recommend staying at this home and the owners Guillermo and Elena are a pleasure to work with. They respond to questions quickly and are happy to share their love of Quechee with others.

One of the best things about this house is how private it is while at the same time how accessible it is to some of Vermont's finest offerings. Getting to the house was not challenging, thanks to the paved roads leading up to the level driveway. This was most unlike many of the other (also excellent) Vermont rentals we have had, where we struggled with dirt roads and an admittedly under-equipped drivetrain! The house itself is gorgeous and modern, with an inviting brightness to it. Watching the sun rise (and set) from the main living room was just breathtaking. The kitchen was stellar and helped us to put together a homely meal away from home. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms themselves are artfully put together. Although we were only here for two nights, we would gladly stay again if we find ourselves needing to stay near Quechee and the opportunity arises!

The home was very accommodating and welcoming! It was spacious enough for our group with plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The dining room was great for meals and the living room was nice for hanging out after a day of skiing! Very easy to get to and the owner was very nice and responded to questions quickly! Would 100% recommend staying here!

We rented this home for 2 nights during the summer, looking to spend family time in the heart of VT. We had a blast! Extremely spacious, with plenty of beds to fit more than one family. Its very well kept and clean. The lot is private and you feel intimate with nature. The kids loved the pool at the Queche Country Club, which you get free access to. We are thinking of going back during winter months to hit the nearby ski slopes.

We planned our family vacation very carefully to have the best summer ever, with our grandchildren. We were so happy! The kids had lots of fun, lots of fun places to go in the area, but most of all, we enjoyed every second we were at this property. House was spotless, everything worked perfectly, lots of room for the children, even a pool table, and the property has this huge area full of beautiful trees, where we lit a firepit almost every sunset and enjoyed the green view from all the windows of the house. We will certainly go again and also try in the winter. Thank you to the owners who made this possible. They were very handy and helpful, in and out process was very friendly. Love this property!
