Location is everything with this unit. Not one negative on the Location. Right in the middle of town and never needed to use the car while we were there. As for the condo, grimy, dirty feel as soon as you walk in. Door handles were dirty, kitchen doors were tacky anf grimy. Same the shower. It smelled musty and of body ordor. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. We wiped and cleaned up to help ourself feel okay about it and made it work for the weekend. Was very disappointed for the price point.

Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Parking wasn’t as bad as I expected but I wouldn’t have been able to park without help from my daughter.

Perfect little beach crash pad! The size was perfect for my partner and I and is so close to everything you need! The parking is tight but very well described so we were prepared. Great place!

My two daughters and I rented this condo for a girls birthday weekend! We had an amazing time! This is a great location and always clean and cozy.

Clean…great location. Hated to discard sheets and towels before flights back home. But this was clearly stated, understood upfront, and more than accounted for by the location. Property manager communicated well. We parked in the allotted (included) parking spot and walked everywhere! If you’re okay with a studio and Murphy bed, then this is a great spot!

The location is great. Host is also very helpful! I left behind one of my bags and Liz worked with me to make sure I was able to get it back!

This was a perfect place for our weekend trip to Rehoboth beach. Once we parked the car upon arrival we never had to drive the entire stay everything was in walking distance. Certainly would recommend the cozy Sea House !!

We’ve been to Rehoboth quite a few times and this location was perfect for us. Once we arrived we never drove our car for 8 days until we left for home. 1/2 a block to the beach was great ! Zoggs, Thrashers, Breakfast Gurus are all favorites and in the same block. The unit was well furnished and cozy for my wife and I. We hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable studio. They really used the space well and had lots of places for our toiletries and luggage. We also loved the tasteful, beachy decor. The location is fantastic. Our family of 4 walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants all week! We will stay here again!

This was our first time going to the beaches in Delaware. The property was located close to the beach/boardwalk/dinner venues. The interior of the property was very nice for 2 people. It said can sleep 4 but I wouldn’t recommend trying. The front porch was nice for sitting out after places closed for the night to have some cocktails/drinks.

Very cute and comfortable. Loved our stay. Very affordable and close to beach. The only thing was whomever stayed before us did not clean bathroom well. Besides that it was great. Parking was tight.

This quaint room includes all you need for a visit to the beach town, Rehoboth! It has a small kitchen area, full bath & nice size living area with 2 pull out beds. The location is the best feature being just one block from the boardwalk. Highly recommend for couples or couples with 2 small kids.

Thanks to Liz. This property is an efficiency but laid out with such care you have everything despite the small size. My daughter and I had a fabulous fall weekend here blocks from the beach, free parking and lots of great restaurants to choose from. So much better than our last trip when we stayed in a hotel. There was no need to call Liz as everything was in place before we arrived.

Only 20 miles from home, but seemed like we vacationed far away! Property had that beachy theme, but done in good taste. Location was perfect, did not need to use the car at all. We had a great time!

Truly a great find! The place is tiny but when all we needed was a place to sleep after a day on the beach, this checked all the boxes. Owners make the most of the space with plenty of storage and oour kids loved the Murphy bed. This might not work for more than our 2 adults and 2 small children. Additionally, when the listing says the parking is tight, it’s no joke! But the neighbors were more than accommodating to shuffle cars anytime we needed. For the proximity to the beach (a 2 minute walk when loaded down with beach carts, strollers and kids), this is truly the best value in Rehoboth!

I was looking for a convenient location for a few nights so my granddaughter and I could park the car and be within steps of the beach, shops, and restaurants and we couldn't have asked for a better location! The place itself is small and, honestly, I would've felt cramped with more than just the 2 of us, but in this instance, it was perfect and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of storage space for all of our belongings. So if you like cozy and are looking for convenience, this is a great rental!

We will not return for several reasons that have led us to give this property an overall rating of 3/5. Liz was good about reaching me by email. However, we never received their welcome letter that was suppose to be sent by mail. Liz ended up sending a copy in the email the night night before we left for our trip, which was fine. TV cable had a problem. We were only able to receive a limited number of stations. Liz called Comcast but the problem never was resolved. Living room sleep sofa needs to be replaced. Fabric is tired and not too clean. In addition, the living room carpet is funky and gross. Murphy bed mattress is nice but sleeps too low to the ground. Kitchen is poorly supplied and they could easily upgrade all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware cheaply at a yard sale. Bathroom is okay but the shower is small if you are a larger person. The location was great, but the parking was not too good. There are six little units in the building and only room for 5 mid-size vehicles. We have stayed in many VRBOs. It would not take a lot to update and fix most of the problems.

Great location, steps from boardwalk. Convenient for family with kids. Not too much room, but it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

Nice small place to lay your head. Parked the car never moved it until we left. Walked to beach & board walk, literally 2 minutes away. Wish nicer more private area to sit outside. Other than great place for our last minute reservation.

What a great location! Exactly as advertised, easy to work with and just all around a great experience renting from them. I would go back in a heartbeat, perfect for a couple or young family on a getaway. Can’t say enough good things about our time!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the beach and the boardwalk and it had all the amenities we were looking for. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Parking is very tight. Location great if your walking around. The view is back of restaurant. We spent most time walking around since everything is conveniently located. Perfect for a family of 3.

This is our third year at this little condo, and we love it each and every time. It is always clean and each year we notice small upgrades from the year before. It is evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining this property.

This condo is perfect for 1-2 adults w/ 1 baby. The condo has been updated fairly recently and has a full size refrigerator. You can't beat the location. I didn't realize there wasn't a cleaning service between rentals though. The condo was left clean by the previous occupant; however, the ceiling fan and furniture have a good layer of dust and could really benefit from having a cleaning service come through more often. That's my only complaint with this unit. Otherwise, great!

My adult daughter and I had a great stay in Liz's studio apartment in Rehoboth Beach! It is a great space and nicely decorated. It is so convenient to the boardwalk and beach....a 45 second walk. The Jolly Trolley stop is just 2 blocks away and shopping and restaurants are right out your door. The only small difficulty is the tight, and I mean tight, parking space. I was thankful I drove my Ford Fusion and not my minivan. All and all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.
