Spent a weekend with a large group here. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities, multiple TVs, huge living/kitchen/dining area, GREAT view of the bay, and walking distance from many Surf City restaurants and eateries. Would stay again!

Such a beautiful house! Even though we were there in the bitter cold of the latest polar vortex the house performed very well! We were warm and cozy as ice covered the bay outside! Very nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Thanks Tony!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful house with great accommodations. The location is excellent with a gorgeous view of the bay on all three floors. Everything is super comfortable and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt in getting back to us with any questions (of which there were few!) Highly recommended.

Completely amazing house very clean and beautiful

Tony was so accommodating and helpful when we were booking his home. He was always quick to respond to any questions. We have family in the area that we visit every year. Always enjoy seeing family photos in the homes we rent as family is what it’s all about. Staying at Tony’s home off season was so relaxing and enjoyable . The view are spectacular! The photos on VRBO do not do the home justice. You cannot go wrong with renting this property !

We stayed at Anthony’s house for a long weekend. It was spacious enough for our group and beautiful to be right on the bay. We enjoyed the location and the view!

We enjoyed our time at Anthony’s home - the location was hard to beat and the back yard area was great! We did have some issues with the air conditioning, but we were not spending much time indoors. Would recommend!

We are long-time LBI renters, and decided to come down for a relaxing Spring Break week with our young kids. Despite the sometimes cold and windy weather, we felt like we had "outside" time due to the fabulous bay views of the home - luckily we had some warm weather too. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the horizon was a lovely way to greet the day. We're giving the house 5 stars - the host was responsive and left clear house instructions. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that some of the furniture and interior details have seen better days, but we appreciated the amount of linens provided (this is unusual on LBI!). The kitchen was as stocked with tools as you might expect - we never assume the pantry will be stocked, but there were a decent number of essentials in there as well. If you have kids - the bay beach is super fun and literally a stone's throw - however if you have kids, it should go without saying that you need to supervise them while in the backyard, as there is no fencing or guardrail at the bay (it would ruin the view!).

A beautiful, comfortable, well furnished and supplied house. The location is amazing and The owner is easy to communicate with . We were sad to leave and would happily stay there again.

We came for a few nights to rest with family and friends. We had a comfortable stay.

This home and its spectacular views far exceed the beautiful photos provided on the listing website. Tony is so easy to communicate with, and the home was spotless upon our arrival. The layout of the home gives you lots of options to gather and also options to spend some quiet time. We were there in Thanksgiving, so a little colder weather, so we didn't spend as much time enjoying all of the outside amenities the home has to offer, but there are plenty. We did use the provided bikes almost every day. A beautiful town to ride a bike around. The home has beautiful views of the bay from both the front and rear of the house, beautiful sunset views from the front of the house, and the ocean is just a short four block away. We had a great week, and I would highly recommend this home for a summer or off-season vacation.

This was smooth from start to finish and we loved hanging outside, waterfront. Nice big kitchen, beautiful views.

We spent our anniversary in this lovely home and enjoyed relaxing by the water. Beautiful water views, great outdoor space.

The home was very comfortable. The location was fantastic. We loved being right on the water. The house has a lovely fire pit out back, and plenty of bikes, toys, etc. The owner was readily available to answer any questions.

This is a comfortable home with a quieter, restful feel on the bay side. Lacks simple amenities like soap and condiments, so best for people driving from the local region who can pack in everything for comfort. That said, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house on the bay. Can paddle board right off porch. Lovely great room and master bedroom overlooking bay where my daughter and her 4 sisters got ready for her church wedding. (Sent the 4 brothers over a street to grandmas house.)
