House and grounds are very spacious and comfortable. The lake area was great and easy to navigate unlike the big water can be. The covered dock was great for keeping the boat cool and clean. Downstairs game room was a huge plus for evening pool playing and hanging out with the family. Great place and will definitely come back for our family togethers.

Everything you need to enjoy a week on the lake. This was our 4th year staying at this house. The location is perfect and the dock is everything you could ever need for lake activities. There is even a small beach for the littles. The deck is wonderful to watch the sun set after a long day on the lake.

Home is amazing. Clean, comfortable and everything you need. The convenience of the ramp and boat slip/dock on the property was so nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed some morning walks. Our adult children enjoyed the lower level and their privacy as well as the darts, pool table and television and nearby golf course. We wished we could have enjoyed nightly fires with a fire pit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would love to return. Very convenient location as well. 35 minutes from Charlotte and plenty of grocery stores near home. Fuel for boat available at nearby marina. This was fantastic to not have to pull boat from water and pull it to a station. Highly recommend this property. Owners very responsive when messaged before the trip.

The property was selected because it had a wonderful view of the lake and a large amount of space for two elderly couples (in their 80s). The facility has two levels that gave each couple all the space and comfort of a home allowing privacy when wanted. Each level provided all that was needed from the kitchen to the living areas to the bathrooms to the lower level with its large game room. The picture of the facility that shows the two level deck facing the lake is it was in reality. We had a wonderful week for a 70th reunion.

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints! The house has so much to offer and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Plenty of space and beds. Very nice boat dock and beautiful views. Only drawback was 30-45 minute delays in traffic to get in and out of Mooresville but we made it work.

Our visit with family for the Thanksgiving holiday was made complete and more comfortable then any hotel room or suite. This lake property is everything it was promised to be.

We had a great time. 4 couples/ neighbors traveling together. House was spacious for everyone with a high deck and game room. Wished there was a fire pit and more chairs for the dock. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

My buddies and I really enjoyed this property. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the lake. The dock and amenities provided hours of entertainment for us. It was also in close proximity to a nice grocery store and a cool local general store where you can get anything and everything you may need! We would highly recommend this property!

This house feels open and bright with an atrium ceiling and lots of windows on the water. Fun basement with pool table, darts and Foozeball. Kitchen is all you need. Steps down to property do not have a railing which is tricky for elderly. Beds are full size. Very nice neighborhood. Wished for a canoe as we did not have a boat. Recommend property for sure.

This is an awesome house for a big family with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive, even letting us know that there would be a quick repair/swap of a jetski dock, which didn't bother us at all. The lake is very quiet here and we rarely saw another boat. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand was that there are no chairs on the dock so if you plan to hang out on the sundeck, bring folding beach loungers or camp chairs. Definitely a keeper for our summer lake week list.

My family and I were looking for a vacation house on the lake that had enough room for our family and also in our budget. This house has lots of space and everything needed for a lake house vacation. There was a boat dock for our family boat to park and easy access to the open part of Lake Norman.

My boyfriend and his kids (15 & 18) and my kids (6 & 9) had such a lovely weekend at Lake Norman. This is a hidden gem of a location. Quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the dock and caught about a dozen fish! The yard is perfect for outdoor games, and we enjoyed grilling out one evening. It was a great weekend with our blended family and hopefully we can return one day!

There was plenty of space for 5 adults & 3 kids - very nice to have a separate "suite" in the lower walk-out level. The game room with pool table, dart board & foosball table was a plus & a big hit with the kids. The 2 large deck/patio areas were awesome & it was nice to have several entries from the house onto the deck & patio. Very nice to just sit and enjoy the lake. Another huge plus was that it was extremely clean & plenty of dishes & utensils. We really enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Thank you.

On the whole the home was in good shape but definitely could be updated. The 19875 look has passed, but fortunately everything was in working condition. You do have a family of mice that show up now and then. There is a leak under the sink on the right that needs attention. On the Whole we all had a perfect time and we thank you Vey much for letting us stay in your home. We were extremely respectful to keeping it in the same condition as it was when we arrived if not Better. Thanks Again
