Perfect property for a large group ski in ski out! We just spent spring break there and it was absolutely heavenly!! Watching the snow falling while in the hot tub is amazing!

My family has stayed and skied in Breckenridge for 30 plus years and have stayed in numerous locations. This one is top notch. Extremely convenient ski in ski out and the home was set up perfect for a large group. Everyone in my family commented on how wonderful the place was and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this home if you want a fantastic skiing experience with extreme comfort. I also can't say enough good things about the communication with Jane. She was wonderful to speak to and very good with communication when we had a question. Thank you Jane for helping us have a great family ski vacation!

The kitchen felt a little small for the number of people we had, but it was well furnished and was the closest thing to a complaint anyone had on our trip. 11 people were extremely comfortable, there were no gripes about bathroom situations; the trail access is almost unrivaled, we had people enjoying the hot tub every single night, communication with the host was excellent, and it is the cleanest/coziest rental my girlfriend and I have ever stayed at.

Our family has been doing a Breck vacation for 10 years now and this property was easily our favorite so far! From the initial reservation to check out, Jane was so helpful and communcative. We arrived a little late on a Thursday but arrived to Christmas music on the tv’s, lights on in each room, adorable Christmas decorations, and a crockpot full of the BEST Thai Curry soup (which was so needed after a full day of travel). So many things in this place were a positive - great spaces for all 15 of us, everyone loved their beds and the crazy soft blankets. You know how some rentals feel like a sad IKEA showroom? Where it’s all bland and basically cardboard? This place is NOT that. It’s so cozy and well-appointed from fluffy towels to the quality dishes to the real, human-sized shampoo & conditioner in all of the showers. The hot tub is huge and a real gem for post-skiing. Speaking of skiing, it’s super easy to hop on the 4 o’clock run. The kids found the hill outside the house to work for sledding (the house had sleds available, which was awesome!) I think our favorite part of the house was the different spaces to gather. We loved the big dinner table, thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, and watched some football downstairs while we played pool. The linens are so clean and smell so good - it just all felt so clean and well cared for. We felt like we were staying with family. Jane was available for any questions and we always felt safe and taken care of. The detail put into the stay was wonderful - ski holders and chairs in the garage, humidifiers in the rooms, pack & plays and high chairs for the little ones…it was all so thoughtful. Highly recommend a 4 wheel-drive vehicle, the driveway is pretty steep but we made it work with a little Rav4 and a couple of shuttles! Absolutely can’t wait to come back.

12 adults plus my six great grandchildren had a most memorable family get together. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need for preparing, cooking, and serving. The large, hot tub could easily accommodate eight of us. The floor plan allowed lots of spaces for getaway conversations. Although expensive for us, we might consider doing it again. This home was very large, very clean, perfect for our friends group trip. It was a short walk to a beautiful hike, and we saw two moose right outside! The soup waiting for us upon arrival was a nice touch.

Jane does an incredible job managing the property. Everything was as expected, but she was an incredible host with soup and bread prepared (which was great for the cooler temperatures) and a large bowl of chocolates which we put a dent in during our stay. The layout is great with clusters of rooms and bathrooms being somewhat separate offering small retreats from staying with a large party. The views from the large deck were overlooking the town and the amount of stars you could see at night were exactly what you would expect when in Breck. Would highly recommend.

The home was beautiful, and an easy 5-8 minute drive to Breckenridge downtown district and the gondola. Jane, the owner was extremely easy to communicate with via text, email or phone, and she was very responsive to any inquiry. We had 11 in our party, including 5 children ages 3-9. The home comfortably accommodated us. We easily could have upped our party to 17, which was our original intention, but our youngest son and family had to cancel. Plenty of baths, TVs, deck space, and large bathrooms.

The property is great! Lots of room. The dining room table is fantastic. We were able to seat our entire group of 15. Location is wonderful. Close to the base of Peak 8. Two dishwashers and two washer and dryers. Jane was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely consider going back.

The house was as represented; well stocked; two dishwashers and two clothes washers made it convenient for our large group; the location is fantastic with a short walk to town and easy access to the Gondola; there is a enough space to be together (there were 12 of us) and room to find private quiet time; check in was easy and everything worked as expected; the house is resort clean and house rules were very reasonable. We had a great week! Thanks Jane!

Overall, this property was wonderful place for our family reunion. The common areas were very pleasant and the deck was great with spectacular views.

Very spacious and accommodating for large groups. We had a 3-5 member family per room. Great place for kids to be able to play outside and for everyone to ski in and out. We could not have had a better time. Highly recommended! Jane is a wonderful host!!

The property was great, flat yard for the grandkids to play ball, awesome view from the huge deck, easy access to hiking trails, couple of minutes to downtown. Had zero issues while we were there for our 7 nights. Everyone in our group from the little ones to the adults had a great time.

We will definitely rent from Jane's Lodges again!

We had a wonderful visit at the Slopeside House. We had the warmest of welcomes with the lights on, heating on, and yummy warm soup waiting. The house was cozy and full of all the amenities we could ever need. Perfect location to everything you may want to see and do. The house is within steps to the ski slopes, minutes from downtown Breckinridge and short drive to other local towns of interest. We can’t wait to visit this house again in the future.
