The house and location were perfect in every way. Very thoughtfully outfitted for families. The kids loved the pool, and the toys/games in the house. Overall the house was beautifully modernized. Loved the fact that we could walk to Geyserville's great restaurants too.

Very impressive home with everything you'll need for a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Great location for visiting Russian River, Dry Creek, Anderson Valley. Was pleasantly surprised about the restaurants available in Geyserville. Also very close to Healdsburg too for more options.

The house has been remodeled beautifully while still feeling special and that you are the heart of old farming town. We had 4 couple and another adult on pull out. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves and then all got to be together in the kitchen and an afternoon by the pool. The host responded quickly to any needs with accessing small things. House overall was ready to go. Our time there could not have been better.

Far beyond what I expected. Would definitely stay there again and again. My family loved every minute of our stay. House was incredibly clean, well appointed with everything one would need.

We’ve stayed at this fabulous house twice now and have loved our stay both times. The restoration work is very well done, it’s spacious and comfortable, and a short distance to great food and scenery. We also love the outdoor area for our small family, especially the perfectly sized pool. The owners are so nice too. We will be back!

This is our third time at this property. It’s our favorite vrbo close to Healdsburg. It’s perfect for our family of 3 kids. The pool and gardens are spectacular, and the beds are so comfy. We love the kitchen with the gas stove, and we’ve made many meals with the outdoor grill. We highly recommend this charming home.

Amazing House!
Our group of eight LOVED the house from the moment we pulled up! Once inside the house we were all extremely happy with the layout of the bed and baths. The kitchen has updated appliances, it's a little small but it worked well. The yard was a great place to hangout early morning and we enjoyed the hot tub. My friends continue to mention how comfortable the beds were!! We will be staying at this amazing house again SOON.

This House is Wonderful!
We absolutely LOVED this house in Geyserville - so perfectly appointed and comfortable! First, the town of Geyserville is just so cute, and you in walking distance to the small, but wonderful, selection of shops and restaurants! The house itself is wonderful - it was absolutely perfect for us to hang out in the spacious, beautiful backyard, swim in the pool, grill dinner and relax, when we were not at wineries! The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and beautiful. I really recommend this house, and we all agreed upon checkout that this would be our "go to" house for future wine country trips! So close to Healdsburg too! Book it!

Great historic home in wine country.
There were so many wonderful things about this historic home. Our family felt right at home. ALL of the beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of places to sit and relax including a large dining space. The bathrooms are all remodeled and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and spa even in October. There are two nice restaurants right down the road within walking distance. We totally enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful place!
We love Geyserville and this property is truly stunning. It’s like having your own modern renovated bed and breakfast all to yourself. Blocks away from the Geyserville “main drag” with amazing restaurants and winery tasting rooms. Yard is beautiful too.

Beautiful home in quaint town!
We stayed with four families and 5 kids ages 9-11. There was plenty of space for all of us to be together and have some privacy. The kitchen is beautiful and the garden a delight! The pool isn’t huge but it was big enough for our kids to enjoy.
And the location was perfect. Close to wineries, redwoods and the ocean. Definitely a great find!

Memorable Family Vacation
We loved staying here and making memories. Our kids (ages 4, 8 and 12) loved swimming in the pool, and picking ripe strawberries from the very gorgeous garden beds. My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed. The house was bright and beautiful! Lastly, it was a great Family Basecamp to tour all around Sonoma and the coast and enjoy the restaurants down the street and beyond in Healdsburg etc... Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return!

This is really a special place. It is immaculately kept and has all sorts of thoughtful touches. The pool was amazing along with the beautiful garden. The house has everything you need, and the location is convenient yet quiet. Gabrielle was amazing as well - communicative and responsive. Can't wait to stay here again.

Small Town Luxury
Gorgeous Home. We were stunned by the historical, unique, clean outside view. We couldn't want to go inside. It was all that we hoped it would be and more. Had all the amenities including great kitchen, best beds ever, spaciousness, and an outside area that was the perfect afternoon lounging area along with a very nice BBQ AND Pool! Couldn't get much better than this. Very good location. It was a 10-15 minute drive to all the wineries we visited.......7 total. Also walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Catelli's. Our "host" was very responsive when we had a question. We'll definitely reserve this home again.

Wine tasting weekend
We had a great time. Gabrielle was very response and when she wasn’t available she had another contact for us. The house exceeded out expectations. We really enjoyed and took advantage of the vegetable garden.

Great Location - LOVE this house!
I have rented this property and few times and love it every time. The location is great and close to everything in Geyserville and Healdsburg. Easy access to the freeway . The house itself is beautiful and very clean and comfortable (beds VERY comfy). It's rare to find such a lovely vacation house with a bathroom for each bedroom. I love the high-quality appliances in the kitchen. There wasn't any lacking that I wished it had. To top it off you have beautiful views of the hills in Geyserville. It's nice to be able to walk to the restaurants. The experience is always great including all correspondence with the property manager. They are very accommodating and kind.

Great Geyserville House
This is a lovely renovated historic house in the perfect location. An easy walk to nice restaurants, a terrific bar and several wine tasting rooms (including Locals- which is great fun). A short drive to lots of wineries, Healdsburg and Cloverdale.
The host is very responsive.
I guess the pictures in the listing do not convey that it is nicely equipped in every regard, the 4 bedrooms are not small, and it has a truly great backyard- perfect for relaxing or eating dinner. The house also has a nice small garden with herbs and delicious tomatoes. Perhaps the pictures make the pool look bigger than it actually is, but it too is lovely.

Highly recommend for groups
What a beautiful, clean and well appointed home. The property is gorgeous and extremely comfortable for groups or families. I was able to enjoy this with a small group of friends and it was incredible to all have our own personal bathrooms and bedrooms. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway in a great location in wine country. In addition to the house being so well appointed, the hostess is very kind and very communicative. She answered my many questions with lots of patience and in a very timely fashion. Look no further than this home.

Fabulous family weekend
We were in town for my sons wedding. We all loved the house and felt like we were at home. Would definitely love to come back to the Boswell homeand sure hope we do!

Lovely house, updated with modern comforts but still keeping the period feel. Has really everything you would need - including a well-appointed kitchen and a lot of great toys for the kids. The pool/spa is well-heated so we were able to use it even in December. Walking distance to downtown Geyserville (a small funky little town).

What a great home with all the amenities including the kitchen, four large bedrooms, several outdoor areas, a pool, hot tub and beautiful gardens. A perfect location for a weekend of wine tasting and walking to several great restaurants for dinner. A no brainer for four couples or a large family for a perfect weekend.

Geyserville Dream
We were so thrilled with our recent stay in Geyserville. The home was perfect for our group. Very clean and well appointed. We loved the outdoor area. The host even brought us flowers and organic peppers from the local garden. Wow. The beds were SO comfortable. It was very convenient to have a washer dryer available as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect family/friends getaway in wine country
We LOVED our stay at the Bosworth! The house is beautifully decorated, with no detail overlooked in aesthetic or practicality- you won't be going out to buy a kitchen tool because it is all there and then some! We enjoyed runs on the running path, walks to town for coffee or dinner, short drives to wine tasting at Trionne, Skipstone, Truett-Hearst and frequent visits to Healdsburg. We also enjoyed the fruit and herbs from the garden and just hanging at 'home'. The Bosworth is a great place to get away with your family or friends and make memories. We will definitely return.

Amazing! The house is gorgeous and great for a group.
There is enough room for everyone to have their own space. Everything you need is in the house, no detail overlooked. The pool is a perfect size, the hot tub is great, and all easy to use (there is a cover over the pool with a key pad to open it up). There is a binder inside the house telling you how to do anything you need in the house, and where to go outside the house!
The location is PERFECT! The house is walking distance to two outstanding restaurants. As a foodie, I was blown away with both meals. There are also two little markets/liquor stores down the street in case you need anything.
We spent one day exploring wineries in Healdsburg and then decided to make the 45 minute drive to St. Helena on another day. Everything feels so close. We all left saying we would definitely come back.

The Bosworth is simply WONDERFUL!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bosworth!
The house was lovely, comfortable and the outside gardens, trees were an unexpected plus! The pool and hot tub were icing on the cake.
Gabrielle provided excellent pre-trip information and responded immediately to every email inquiry.
The MASTER binder in the house provided information on everything one could need to make the stay easy!
