We had a wonderful stay here with our two kids (4 & 6). Location is ideal for heading to/from the beach with little ones. The size of the condo was perfect for our family and came stocked with amenities, including everything we needed to enjoy our days on the beach (plus toys for the kids!). Kelly and Sebastian are superb hosts - highly communicative and understanding, addressing all of our questions and concerns to make our stay all the more enjoyable.

We had a great time entertaining our Grandson and Family at this property. The location was short walking distance to the beach and all that you needed to spend a glorious day at the beach was at the condo. Highly recommend for a family of 5 or 6.

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The condo was lovely and a great location. Super close to the beach and we were also able to walk to many restaurants, mini golf, and shops. Kelly and Sebastian were very easy to get a hold of any time I had questions prior to our arrival. We would definitely rent again.

This property is well maintained in a perfect location. The owner's are very attentive to any issues that may arise. We had a lovely week!

The condo is located right off of the causeway bridge, therefore it makes you centrally located on the island with access quickly to everything. The home is bright and cheery, clean and modern. An exceptional stay for those with small children as there are games and child proof outlets and gates. I was there with my wife and teen aged children and we also enjoyed the house. Three houses from the beach, nice patio, second floor deck and two parking spaces. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby depending on how you vacation. And some of the best ocean water anywhere! Anyone renting here will enjoy their stay!

This cozy condo was the perfect place to stay on Long Beach Island! The condo was clean, fresh and was stocked with everything one could need. It even came with beach chairs, umbrella and beach passes. The ocean is literally steps away and the beach is vast, beautiful and clean! Everyday we commented on the perfect location this condo is located at...one street away from the main bridge, which made travel on and off the island quick and painless. Though I have to say, we never left, except to grocery shop the first day and ferry into New York City for a quick visit. Long Beach Island has everything, from ice cream/restaurants/coffee shops to cute stores/shops/boutiques to an amusement park! This vacation was the most fun we have ever had together as a family!! Kelly and Sebastian-THANK YOU for allowing us to stay at your home-away-from-home !!

Our family had the privilege of enjoying this beautiful and cozy condo just steps from the beach. We rented for 3 weeks which we hoped would not have an end. My wife and children were all so happy with the cleanliness and cozy feeling the condo provided. The location was perfect with plenty of desirable places like, woodies drive in for food and ice cream, Jaysons pancake house, and even flamingo mini golf. Being so close to the beach we went for evening walks to fly kites and enjoy the cool sand. We even had a picnic style dinner one night. The patio area with outside shower and deck out side the bedroom are also clean and well maintained. Every detail is covered by this owner who even provided beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Thank you Kelly and Sebastian for a wonderful vacation! We hope you will welcome us again next year!

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. This unit was spacious, bright and clean. The location to the beach is ideal especially when you have to lug kids and beach stuff. There is no need to pack beach chairs, toys or an umbrella because this unit has it all! My 2 boys immediately found on our arrival a chest full of toys. It kept them entertained all week! There is a great outdoor shower on the patio that we got a lot of use out of. The patio and the upper deck were both great for relaxing! I would highly recommend a stay here, the unit is fabulous and the owners are very easy to get in touch with.

This rental was great for my family. I have 2 little boys and the location to the beach was ideal. Just a few steps away from the beach. It was a lovely clean condo. Every little detail was considered by the owner. Too our surprise there was a toy chest that my kids played with the whole trip! It is a two level condo so the owner even had baby gates placed at both the bottom and top of the stairs! There is no need to bring your beach chairs, umbrellas or beach toys because this rental has it all!
