The property worked great for us, better than we imagined. Our first trip to Montana, we went to Glacier National Park, explored around Flathead Lake and enjoyed the property. It would be hard to beat the views. The communication with Sherrie was good, quick response. We will definitely visit Montana again and would love to stay here again.

This is the home we have been searching for! For many years we have wanted a vacation on the lake and we finally got it after finding this home. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Property exceeded my expectations. The online pictures do not fully capture how great this property is. Quite, peaceful, relaxing week. Very convenient to Polson for boat rentals and shopping. The only thing that put a damper on the week was the wild fire smoke. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at Sherrie’s place on Flathead lake. It has everything you need, with incredible views of the three islands and the lake. The dock is great and my husband loved kayaking. It is a warm and comfortable place to stay! We hope to return.

Its hard to beat the location and views. Right on Flathead Lake. Great place to wake up in the morning. Kayaks included for taking a stroll on the lake and a barbecue for cooking. Loved it! Thank you very much!

Sherrie’s place is fantastic! The home is lovely with everything you need. Kayaks were great to paddle around the shoreline and out to the islands. The views are gorgeous. We had a grand time and we plan on returning next year.

We had an absolute blast at Sherie’s cabin! The cabin and the location on the lake were perfect. Sherie was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. My wife, 3 girls, and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

We rented during Covid and things were not as they once were of course. Things are more complicated now post Covid. Covid is no ones fault, but people are on their internet more often etc... The VRBO is the adjacent house to the owners residence. It is not cleaned to a regular expected standard. Minimal cleaning. The WiFi was overloaded in the neighborhood because of Covid, but the VRBO does not have its own modem, just an extender that comes from the owners adjacent residence up the hill. It’s not really strong enough to watch Streaming like Netflix. My mother-in-law and is couldn’t receive photos on out phone most of the time as well. Again, to no ones fault, there were annual fires. We got smoked out and couldn’t be outside. We couldn’t use the dock, kayaks, or the boat we rented in Big Arm. Be aware that in late August fires are annually prevalent. The host did discount us $150 for the troubles which was nice of her. Overall because of the fires we were stuck inside without functioning internet. The rental does not have Cable or Satellite. We played a lot of cribbage, but you can only play so many board games. Also, Verizon cell phones do not work in the rental property. There was one or two bars of service from the dock though. Just notes for the next folks that rent the property. I would have wanted to know these items myself.

If we had an issue or problem at the property, it would be nice to have a faster means of contacting the manager other than email.

Great lake house. Amazing view. We loved using the kayaks.

Such a great location with stunning views of Dream Island and the Mission Mountains. Quiet. Calm water in the morning and evenings for great stand up paddling boarding. The kayaks and Paddle Boat at the cabin were put to good use every day. Beach and dock very nice. Great place to swim, too. We rented a boat about 5 minutes from the cabin and then went hiking on Wild Horse Island where we saw Bighorn Sheep and wild horses. A great week!

We really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to the next time.

Loved this lake house! My family really unplugged and reconnected here! Lots of room, super clean, beautiful landscaping and stocked kitchen. A peaceful place to swim read play games and enjoy family meals.

This home is in a beautiful area! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the house and yard comfortable and well kept! We truly appreciate them sharing it with us! Just as a suggestion, a larger kitchen garbage can would be nice and the knives are in need of sharpening or replacement. Well appointed, everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Modern home with a cozy feel, backs right up to the lake with a dock to fish and park my boat! Less expensive than other locations for what you get. They even provided kayaks and a peddle boat. Owners are close by if needed. I will be back.

This was such an ideal spot. The water was perfect to wakeboard and tube. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The protected dock was perfect and we were able to keep the boat in the water. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

The location is fantastic, the view of the lake and proximity to town without being in town is perfect. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. Highly recommend and I hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed a week during July and had an excellent time. The house was very nice and clean and well equipped. The views were amazing. Nice dock and beach area to swim from. Close to Glacier National Park and many other activities. We would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely return.

We were fortunate to have discovered this "gem" while still under construction. We were some of the first guests and have returned every year thereafter. It's highly unlikely that you would find someone with higher expectations - we have worked hard all our lives and want to get our money's worth. The fact that we have spent eight consecutive vacations there says it all. Our grandkids were always with us and we view the lack of wi-fi and cable as a real plus - we watched a lot of movies. As with most things in life, relationships play a big part in where we choose to shop, vacation, etc. Fred and Sherrie are great hosts and are just "good people" who we now consider friends. The property speaks for itself, but it is important that you know that the owners are upstanding and trustworthy people. Try it - you will not be disappointed.

This spot is ideal! My kids loved it. It was quiet, comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed to make our vacation a positive experience. So much fun to be had here. We will be back!

Everything contained in the listing description is accurate. The cabin (house) is fairly new construction and it has all of the amenities you need (you do have to go without cable tv and wifi). The location is fantastic in a bit of a secluded bay without too much other boat traffic (other than our own:)) The cabin was very clean and well maintained and the owners really take a lot a pride in renting this property.

It is way nicer than it looks in the pictures--spotlessly clean, meticulously cared for, on the water, with a big dock. We loved the location and the nicely designed house. It is a home, not a cabin. The kitchen is well equipped, and the decks go forever. Big ceiling fans keep the air moving, and most rooms have stunning views. You can keep your own boat there, or a kayak or two. They provide a pedal boat. It is a great spot for kayaking or paddle boarding, but the bay is not crowded. We kayaked back and forth from here to points north and south, and one could go out to Wild Horse Island easily in flat water. You do have to be willing to go without cable TV!
