Best week!! We loved the outdoor space!!! And the view was THE BEST!!!

We just returned from our stay at Coconuts and we are thrilled with the choice we made to stay at this lovely villa. The location is excellent - easy access to any of the beaches on the island and we went to many! The property is unique given its amount of land and location at the top of a hill. This provides a generally flat lot with an absolutely AMAZING view! And the landscaping is equally amazing with a lush garden of flowering plants and trees. The owners, Kevin & Danielle, have thought of just about everything you would want and have made it available - coolers, shade tent, chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear (though we brought our own), and even a vacuum to clean out the rental car before returning. Everything is well documented and in good working order. The AC units were more than sufficient to quickly cool rooms even on the hottest days. Water pressure was sufficient and the outdoor kitchen is a huge benefit. Hard to find anything to be critical about. The property is close to the road and dumpsters are nearby which means some noise from the road and frequent visits from the junglefowl and feral cat community. Neither of these things detracted from our stay, but are worth noting. Kudos to Kevin & Danielle. Great hosts, wonderful property, we would absolutely return to Coconuts!

Beautiful views with everything you would need for a day at the beach or just hanging at the house!! We spent days at the beach utilizing the chairs, towels and floats they provided and spent most evenings in, cooking in the outdoor space and playing pool/table tennis and enjoying the view! Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!!

Wow! What a great place and great hosts. The view is tremendous and all the amenities were wonderful! Host went well above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Our family (wife and I, four children ages 8-15) had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, with the fantastic view across the water to St. Thomas. The pool, hot tub, and billiards table were all wonderful. We used the telescope at night to see the craters of the moon. Everything was in good condition and working order. Excellent communication from the owners as well. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to St. John, this is where we will stay.

The view from the property was absolutely gorgeous. Had a small issue with one of the doors locking and the owners sent someone to fix it right away. I would definitely rent again and would recommend to others!!

I don’t think there is anything this property does not have. Everything about the villa was amazing. The views are breathtaking at all times of the day. It’s close to the grocery stores, the town, and the beaches! The outside grill and pool table were great to use while making dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and responded promptly if I had any questions. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay that is relaxing, clean and close to everything look no farther! Also, the entire place is air conditioned which was great for the August heat!

First off, Kevin and Danielle were unbelievable and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. As far as the listing and accuracy, by far a "dead-on" description of the many amenities and unbelievable beauty / location you get to enjoy on this property. For a return trip to our honeymoon location, this will be a spot we will want to come back with our kiddos and enjoy for many more anniversaries!!! WOW!!!

We had the most amazing time in St. John, and a huge part of that was staring at Coconuts! I am going to try to summarize the highlights! 1. The property itself was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and a retreat all on its own! We loved how there were separated sleeping spaces for everyone in our party so everyone could have their space! The kitchen was well stocked. And the owners had every single thing we needed during our trip.. I.e. beach chairs, floats, snorkel gear, even down to shopping bags for grocery shopping. The outdoor living space and the stunning tropical vegetation was all a wonderful part of the experience. 2. AMMENITIES! Pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, pool table, ping pong, corn hole, hammock… to name some of our favorites! We hit up the beaches during the day and spent the afternoons at the Villa because it was an oasis by itself! 3. The owners, Kevin and Danielle, have so clearly done everything the can to make sure their guests’ experiences are wonderful. Their communication before and during the trip was above and beyond - with an incredible amount of information to help you plan your trip. Their attention to detail in everything made experience that much more enjoyable… from labeling light fixtures to providing detailed are instructions on how to use amenities. 4. The VIEW. That deserves a bullet point all on its own. We never tired of sitting and looking out over the islands. It is truly spectacular. 5. Location - while it was about a 15 minute drive to most beaches, we enjoyed being away from hustle and bustle and up on top of the island where the views were spectacular. We cannot wait to return to Coconuts. Already trying to plan our next trip!

The property has a phenomenal layout- tons of focus on enjoying the beautiful weather and views of St. John with plenty of outdoor amenities (loved the pool, outdoor kitchen, and grounds) and lots of thoughtful touches like color-changing LED lighting for the pool at night and Bluetooth speakers wired around the outdoor areas. Amazing spot!

Our stay at Coconuts was nothing short of idyllic! Kevin and Danielle were the perfect hosts and have created an island oasis for their guests. It felt as though we were staying at our own private resort! The view that greeted us each morning was breathtaking, and the sunsets in the evening were beautiful. We loved that it was centrally located on the island and provided easy, flat, off road parking. We spent our days hiking or exploring the beaches, then returned to Coconuts in the afternoons to rest and relax. We loved that there was plenty to do for the family such as swimming, napping on the hammock, playing pool or corn hole-Coconuts provided something for everyone! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to any friends visiting St. John.

The property is as pictured. Danielle and Kevin were very helpful and made checking in very easy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was really nice to cook in. I do recommend renting a car instead of relying on a taxi to get you to places. Most of the drivers didn't know the location or didn't seem to want to go up that way, so we had problems with scheduling a taxi to come get us. It's not in walking distance to town. It's about a 10 minute ride though so it wasn't long. Getting taxi along the beach side wasn't a problem, just from the property for us. Other than transportation problems, everything was great!

Coconuts is a beautiful spot with incredible views. Very, very well appointed villa with an amazing outdoor living space. The only time we spent inside was to sleep! Can’t wait to return. Thank you to Kevin and Danielle for being such gracious hosts.

Really nice outdoor and indoor living and sleeping areas. Including dinning, cooking, and entertainment (swimming, jacuzzi, pool table outdoor cooking, & view of the islands a Cruiz Bay.

What a view to wake up to and then the sunsets were even better. Great property- we cannot wait to return. The hosts provide a very detailed manual about the home as well as staying on St John.

We had a fantastic stay at Coconuts. The trip was amazing with phenomenal views. We rented a car and this property was close to everything we wanted to see on the island. Kevin and Danielle were very responsive helping us with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful vacation had by all!

We had a perfect week on St John and loved staying at Coconuts. Kevin and Danielle provided everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for shade. Loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the hot tub. Can’t wait to return!!!!!

We absolutely loved Coconuts! Not only did it have all the amenities we could possibly want, the view was one of the best on the island! Danielle and Kevin were fantastic hosts, welcoming us to the villa and explaining how to use everything, and giving us tips for beaches and restaurants. We would not hesitate to book with them again the next time we come!

Five of us spent a week at Coconuts in January. Kevin and Danielle were great hosts, meeting us on the way to help transport bags and groceries. They gave us a through orientation to the home and were immediately available for help when we needed them. Coconuts has a wonderful view of St Thomas that is enchanting both day and night. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and cooking at Coconuts most of the time we were on St John. Kevin is very knowledgable about all aspects of the island and gave us great suggestions on where to go to eat, see great views and snorkel. His written instructions "Welcome to Coconuts" was extraordinarily helpful in planning our travel, making a long travel day efficient and smooth. We will definitely return when we have a chance to get back to this beautiful island.

hummingbirds galore, breakfast overlooking the bay, sunsets in the hot tub, cocktails at the outside kitchen bar while playing pool... this was a perfect place for us to relax when we weren't exploring all of the magical beaches, snorkeling with the turtles and hiking the gorgeous trails. We will definitely be back. Hosts were fantastic! Very informative.

This beautiful Villa was perfect for our family! Everything was as described in the listing/pictures. The breezes kept the villa cool, but it was nice to have the AC in the bedrooms. Kevin and Danielle were great to work with! Kevin gave us a lot of tips for snorkeling and restaurants, and gave us great info about star gazing and using their telescope. The jacuzzi was great to sit in at night and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Coconuts. The property is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking in a honeymoon. The outdoor kitchen was completely stocked with utensils which was great since we cooked most of our meals at the villa. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

We recently stayed at Coconuts, a group of six. The layout of the property was perfect, with everyone having a separate space, but able to gather on the beautiful deck and enjoy the spectacular view. The owners were very attentive and ensured that we received a detailed review of the house. The house was close to beaches and downtown Cruz Bay. We all had a terrific time.

My family of 5 spent a week at Coconuts! It was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful views, close to Northshore beaches and easy access to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property overall. Couldn’t be more please on porch for entertainment and cooking. Owner was on-site and very attentive to any needs. They have thought of all the details to make your stay enjoyable.

This is a gorgeous property with one of the best views on the island. We will definitely return.

Perfect location on beautiful St. John. Great outdoor spaces and a one of a kind view. Close to town and convenient. Kevin and Danielle were attentive and available if needed, but in our case there was no need. A wonderful place to stay on a wonderful island.

Kevin met us at our car rental so we could follow him to Coconuts. He even stopped with us at the market for groceries on the way. He then took time to walk us through the property so we would know how to use its many features. There were 6 of us (3 couples) which worked perfectly in the three private bedrooms. One bedroom is a loft above a common family/dining room but we never used that space as a group. We cooked and ate every meal outside which allowed us to enjoy the amazing view and excellent weather. We had a couple of showers but that didn't slow things down as most of the outdoor space is covered. Kevin provided recommendations on beaches to visit and hiking trails to take. When we ran out of coffee on our second to last day I sent an email to Kevin and a bag for our last morning was waiting; hung on the entry door. It is a great property situated in the middle of the island with amazing sunset views.

We left today with much sadness. Coconuts has everything you could ask for-privacy, an amazing view, a well-equipped kitchen and perfect porch. The property managers were in touch almost everyday to offer thoughts on hikes and beaches. Would highly recommend this rental.
