My family of 5 (2 kids, one baby) stayed in the upstairs condo Mid-July and we could not have been happier. The view was insanely INCREDIBLE and the access to the pebble beach and tidal pools in the "backyard" was the icing on the cake to an amazing rental location and property. My young boys had a fabulous time exploring the tidal pools, catching crabs, and hunting seaglass. My hubby and I were able to easily relax and watch them, loving the privacy of the property. We were able to stroll through Perkins Cove with the kids and baby/stroller any time of day we wanted to, without worrying about the hassle of parking (=PRICELESS!) or fighting traffic in. Loved popping in to the deck at Barnacle Billy's to feed the kids and grab a rum punch for ourselves - then pick up THE BEST EVER lobster grilled cheese at Footbridge Lobster on the way home and eat on the deck after the kids were asleep. The condo location is perfect for daytripping - we covered Portsmouth, NH / Portland / Nubble Light House / and Kennebunkport as easy outings while we were there for the week. The condo is beautiful, beds are super-comfy, linens and towels are superb, and furniture is in great condition. As a bonus you can see the footbridge from the 2nd (kids) bedroom - my boys loved seeing it go up and down - and also loved that there was a TV in the bedroom and they could wake up and watch sportscenter!!! We had a blast and can't wait to return next summer. Thank you to Carrie and her mom for making our stay AMAZING!!! :))

What a terrific location with beautiful ocean views! This well appointed second floor apartment was very clean, comfortable and impressively decorated. Plenty of opportunity to walk (we were on the Marginal Way in less than 5 minutes), shop and dine (numerous choices) without taking the car out. Having a lobster dinner delivered and enjoying it on the deck while the sun was setting was a particularly memorable experience for the four of us.

Amazing views from this lovely, well cared for, spacious apartment. Everything you could ask for to make for a perfect vacation. Perfect location to the harbor, many restaurants, marginal way and a trolley stop to the beach. Although, we found the view from the deck so nice we found ourselves not wanting to leave. Can't wait to come back next year!

We had an amazing time at this rental in Perkin's Cove. Beautiful space, amazing views, and all the conveniences we needed while traveling. We were traveling with two small children and they had a fantastic time playing in the tidal pool (in our back yard!), walking the cove and playing at the beach just a short walk or trolley ride up the road. We loved every moment of our trip and would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Maine. Check in/Check out was easy and all questions we had were answered immediately. Great vacation!
