I rented this house for my family who all live in different states and don’t get to see each other often. The house itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The kitchen included all of the appliances and bakeware to make eating in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner easy. The pool was perfect for the kids. The water behind the house wasn’t ideal for fishing like we hoped, but was still fun to see the turtles everyday. We even had an alligator visit us most days. The only downside to the entire stay was how far the house was from the beaches and fishable waterways. I blame this completely on myself and my poor sense of geography. We spent an hour each way almost every day driving to Sanibel, Fort Myers or Naples. Again this was not a reflection of the hosts at all. A plus side, locals said the area is very safe because it is a little farther away. Overall, we had a great time.

This home was gorgeous! The owner was hard to communicate with but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying our time! We loved seeing the gator and turtles in the canal and swimming in the amazing pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for our needs, they had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Definitely utilize the second refrigerator. It is a hike to any beach, but we only went one day. We loved the pool and the canal was so much fun to watch the wildlife… Including the alligator and turtles. It took us a minute to get the hot tub and pool temperature coordinated correctly, but once we did all was good. We plan on being back someday..

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Swimming, hot tub, fishing, and daily trips visiting the islands and Everglades! We had a little visitor(alligator) waiting down in the canal every day to greet us. That, was the kids highlight, amongst the many turtles that acquired names while we were there! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Everything was as described & pictured. A great house, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was truly a 5 star villa! Lots of room for our family, beautifully decorated, unbelievable pool/hot tub and plenty of sitting in the pool area to enjoy the sunrises. Have never stayed at a better rental! Would love to return but it's already booked for our vacation slot next year! Thank you Peter!

Memories made mission accomplished! Home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The only reason I put 4 stars for cleanliness is because the lanai area is cleaned by the occupying tenants before they leave. Loved the canal with gators and lots of turtles! Very special comfortable home!!

This vacation home is spacious, very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything you could need or want. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and canoe, the whole family enjoyed the large screened pool and spa, we spent most of our time enjoying the large patio. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable for cooking family meals, plus there are numerous areas to enjoy your meals together. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and again the owners made sure it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is nothing negative that I or the family said about this vacation home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this size home in the area.

Fantastic

The house is lovely, as pictured. There is lots of room and a fine kitchen, enclosed pool, grill and fire table. There were plenty of beds and bathroom facilities for 6 adults and 6 children age 18 months to 13 years. Unfortunately, the pool was "green" when we arrived and it took until Wednesday for the pool service to correct. Also, the AC unit in the garage "dripped" buckets of water each day that messed up the garage. This was not yet resolved when we left, though resolution was promised for when they could turn the AC off to check. Still, we had a good time in and around the pool and enjoying the large meeting/dining areas in the house while we were there.

We had a great time during our stay. Had plenty of room for everyone, the pool area was beautiful, good communication from owner, not too far of a drive to attractions. There were two thing I felt could have been better was the master bedroom was a lot warmer than the rest of the home and the pool was not as warm as we wanted. By no means did this take away from the stay! We would definitely book this place again.

This home was very beautiful. The house was nice and spacious. Our family enjoyed how there was plenty of space in this home. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. My husband went fishing with my son on the canoe and they were able to see lots of different wildlife. The house was clean and things were organized well. We definitely would come back again.

My family and I found the Villa to be a very nice house to relax in for a week. It was very spacious, had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool and patio area was extremely inviting and was where we spent most of our time. We saw numerous species of wildlife in and around the canal and found the Villa to be in a very quiet, private neighborhood. The house had everything we needed but unlike other homes we’ve rented, it was not filled with lots of excess stuff in drawers or cabinets that people had left behind or multiple sets of non-matching dishes, utensils etc… Peter and Sherri were very responsive when I reached out to them about a couple of very routine house issues that came up during our stay. They immediately addressed the issues and thanked me for letting them know. It was clear Peter and Sherri have people and systems in place to immediately address any matter that may arise. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet and private place to relax. Also, I would add that Peter and Sherri are very kind and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any other property they own or manage.

This house was beautiful and clean. The pool/hot tub were amazing. Very quiet neighborhood not close to anything really. The only negatives were not having enough light outside near the hot tub. And when I reached out to the homeowners I did not get an answer. Also, you have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel and garbage bags. Those were the only negatives but I guess that’s pretty common with renting houses. This was the first house I rented. So I’m pretty new to this. I just wished the communication with the homeowners was a little better. Overall the experience was great!

We all felt the pool was too cool, alleged 84 degrees felt colder, Would have like to have the option to pay to have it heated more.

House was better than expected. Very clean. The pool/hot tub was the best part. No reason to leave!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Large spaces with plenty of bedrooms to separate couples & children. Plenty of social area & large, very well stocked kitchen. Extra refrigerator was a plus. Lanai is well appointed with abundant outdoor seating, fire pit, mini fridge, & gas grill. Hot tub was wonderful! Pool was a bit cool but outside temperature was cooler (mid March). Appreciated infant / toddler items of pool fence & pack n play, along with pool / beach items available. Found it clean & tidy.

Very clean and huge! Two families stayed here and each had there own side of the house! Lovely patio and the pool was excellent!! Many memories made here with our kids!!

The home was as promised, beautiful. The home worked perfect for our family and friends. We all loved the pool and the kids enjoyed fishing down by the dock. We had a few small issues; fishing poles did not work, no WiFi speaker, very few towels, 1/2 roll of tp for bathrooms, and no laundry to start the load of laundry. These in no way took away from the home it was amazing and would recommend it for multiple families, lots of room to enjoy.

Property was just as listed. Nice amenities. Had a great time. Friends and family were also impressed. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This house went above and beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and the pictures did it little justice. It was fully equipped with any and everything you may need to have an amazing experience.

This was our first visit to the Fort Myers area of Florida and renting this house was perfect! The pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after a day of exploring!

The pictures don't do it justice! It's a beautiful home. The layout is very nice for families traveling together. It's arranged so that noise from one room is difficult to hear from another room. Nice privacy layout. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The gem of the property is the pool and patio area. Such a tranquil, relaxing place! Large pool! There are no close neighbors so you can enjoy your complete privacy, play your music without disturbing others, and let the kids scream and play to their heart's content. We had a wonderful weekend. My only suggestion would be to fire the current cleaning company and hire one that will also clean the outdoor areas (most will.) We were responsible for cleaning the back patio, which was fine. But the tenants before us didn't take the task seriously and there was gravel from the firepit everywhere, which we kept stepping on. And truly, if that's the only complaint, you don't have much to complain about! Wonderful house, don't hesitate. One note if unfamiliar with the area, Cape Coral is not close to the beach, it's probably a 25 minute ride or so to the beach. But with this house, you won't need to go very often. It's like having a beach in your back yard.
